Friendly atmosphere, our room was clean & spacious. Side doors to hotel were locked all the times and opened only with a hotel room card. It made us feel very safe. Hotel has gated medium size outdoor swimming pool. Lounge chairs and tables surround the pool. Lots of room to move around. Morning hot breakfast. Hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants. We stay several times a year. Always are satisfied

Nice Best Western, clean, safe area, contential breakfast was decent. Pool was great. We would definitely stay at the Davison location when in the area. Staff was awesome.

this would have been 5 stars all around, but the room smelled overwhelmingly musty. Maybe there had been plumbing issues or the HVAC wasn't venting right. I'm not sure of its cause, but after opening the window and turning up the AC it didn't go away.

Had bugs looked to be box elder bugs one of them but me on my hand while I was sleeping. Woke me up and I crushed it. Dirty sock on floor from previous tenants. Bathtub stains. We have stayed here before and it was good. Rethinking if we would stay there again

Can’t be too harsh because it is one of the best limited options there is in Davison to stay. However the room smelled musty, you can’t even crack the window to get fresh air. I can see where they painted over mold. Can’t be good to breathe with no windows being able to open and no exhaust fan. Too much moisture, even jumping into bed I felt wet. Glad to be home. Didn’t enjoy staying here, was just a spot to rest my head while I visited family.

Upon my early arrival, the clerk upgraded the room. The room was frigid cold, 60 and ac on, the room had not been used for a period of time, grime built up in the toilet rim, dust everywhere, causing me to have a allergy reaction. I went to the counter, spoke to Rob in the early evening. He said nothing could be done until the next day. He said I could move to another room if I wanted, but I was already unpacked. I went to the counter in the morning and explained the room condition, Lisa contacted housekeeping for a deep clean. The staff with the one exception was wonderful. I’ve been coming to this property for years, Lisa the desk clerk was wonderful.

The hotel is in the very back of a lot, poorly lit and no signs. i needed a place to stay, unexpectedly, due to a family emergency. this hotel was recommended for easy access to the highway, which it was, but since it was dark, it was hard to spot and not visible from the road. even when i drove up to it, it took a bit to realize it was the hotel. front entrance is not very brightly lit and there no directional signs. the room was clean and up to date, except there are no USB ports in the rooms. the only staff i encountered was the desk clerk at check in, who was nice.

Best Western in Davison MI is becoming my most favorite hotel in the US that I've visited! Jen, Paul, Linda and staff provide exceptional customer service and this is the ONLY hotel who has ever provided extra pillows when needed, and make you feel welcome immediately!! Thank you for your kindness this trip and for passing along your sincere condolences to my family!! Thank you for NEVER failing to exceed my expectations!!

We got in late but check in was quick and easy. Went to our room and slept great!! Bed was comfortable and woke up to hot coffee from the breakfast area..yum!!! Had some complimentary breakfast which we had a large variety to choose from.

The one person on staff wouldn't help my roommates get some more coffee packets when she went to ask. It was clear to her he washigh and didn't want to be bothered with helping her at all. Otherwise the stay was ok

Check in went smoothly. Staff very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi tub had plenty of hot water. Our only complaint was the breakfast. Food was cold, rubbery, or over cooked.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The hotel seems and bit old & more similar to a motel. My understanding is its usually not as much per night (around $100), but ours was around $150/night, even with the hot tub in the room it didn't seem worth it, not sure why the surge pricing since the hotel seemed mostly empty that weekend. You could hear other people flushing or turning on their sinks or tubs. The breakfast was lacking with the hot food consisting of luke warm powdered eggs and turkey sausage.

Absolutely awesome stay. The staff and manager were so polite, nice and accommodating. The only issue we had was the breakfast service on the weekend was horrible. The lady seemed lost, didn’t know what she was doing. Everything was empty. She had to be asked to fill things up. The breakfast service was awesome during the week. So we were surprised when the weekend came along for breakfast. Besides that we would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to stay again.
