This is not a safe place. There was no screen on our window which is right beside the bed. This is room 323, please fix this, a child could climb off the bed and right out the window and drop 3 stories. The room stunk like marijuana. Front desk staff and morning staff are so sweet and nice. Pool is too cold, sauna was out of order, hot tub was warm enough and nice!

The only problem was the hot tub wasn’t hot. They said it was on to long and that’s what happens. It was only 3:00 in the afternoon it shouldn’t have been cold.

Very nice hotel. However we booked for the shuttle to the airport and it did not start until 9AM. Had to pay an extra $30 to get to airport. Very disappointing as our flight left at 7AM. Will definitely use a different hotel with shuttle service available early

Pool closed on Sundays. Kids were upset about this amenity not being available. One of the reasons we chose this hotel over others. Not posted anywhere on the websites. Other than that, it was nice for the night.

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport, however, the shuttle didn’t start until 9:00 am. Most flights are way earlier than that. We had to pay $30 for a taxi ride to the airport. Another thing was, the pool was green.

I arrived at 9pm at night and got given room. Walked into the room and the bed was dirty, food on the tables used towels all over the bathroom. I called front desk and Dominique answered and I told her this was unacceptable and she told me too bad we don't deal with that, its housekeeping. We don't have any other rooms available so you could come down and get a refund!!!! She was beyond rude, I came down to the desk to confront her rudeness and she was even more rude about it all. Would not recommend this hotel at all!!!!

Check in when great with a very pleasant Kayla. Our room was very clean. The towels and sheets were bright white.The entire motel smelled fresh and was in great shape. The breakfast was good. They offered a nice selection. Scrambled eggs,biscuits, sausage, hard boiled eggs,bagles,oatmeal,cereal,waffles, coffee,juice and milk. The motel is convenient to Flint Bishop Airport. I will definitely stay here again when I need a place in the area.

Nice property. Nice front lobby, friendly. The bad thing had buggs in bathroom. Cockroach to be more Pacific . Removed my. Items to my car. Not talking those bugs home. I Stayed three days was visiting family. 4 bugs killed in bathroom

This place was the most disgusting place I've stayed in a long time. It was beyond filthy, the bathroom especially, there was pubic hairs on the bed, actual dirt in the corners of the bathroom, the carpet had not been vacuumed in a very long time, the coffee maker had mold in it, so did the shower, the image below of the wash cloth was from a two foot swipe on the bathroom trim. It too was dirt and mold. To make matter even worse, we woke to a bed bug crawling on one of the beds we slept in. We really should have called the Health Department. If the rooms are this bad, there is no way people should be eating there. We definitely did not. Thank goodness this was our last stop before heading home. We now have to quarantine our stuff when arriving home due to the bed bugs. Totally unacceptable. We will no longer stay at any Best Western Hotels because this seems to be the standard they accept. We had an issue a few years ago and needless to say, they did nothing and care nothing about inconveniencing their guests.

I took multiple pictures for reference. The room was filthy. There were hand prints on the headboard, the fan in the bathroom had filth and bugs in in, gross amounts of dirt and debris in corners, I never took my shoes off as the carpet had stains on it and was also filthy. The hotel smelled of marijuana and nearly everything inside was broken or very unkept and needing repair. The ceiling in certain areas was water damaged and missing, as well. Would never stay here again. Breakfast was subpar and the lady who brings it apparently didn’t show up? Upon arrival I had to wait for staff to finish smoking directly outside of the main entrance smelling up the entire lobby.

The rooms had thick layers of dust and were not very clean - mildew in bathroom, etc. The halls reeked of cigarette and marijuana. People were loud in the hallway until 4am - fighting, yelling, laughing. We had a friend in an adjoined room and her sink completely backed up and there was water everywhere. We fixed this bc of the shortage of staff and when they did come they couldnt do anything but offer a new room and it was late. They used our sink. The pool was FREEZING - even my you g son who will swim in any temperature couldnt use it. The hot tub was also luke warm and they were able to fix this eventually, but it became cold again half way through our use.

Customer service was great. Breakfast was good and the lady running it was fantastic. Room needed some TLC. Ceiling drywall in bathroom was sagging above bathtub and toilet paper holder was falling out of the tile wall. Bathroom had an odor that I couldn't identify. Overall, it was a place to sleep and the people working were pleasant

In my opinion the room is very dark - nice that it had a refrigerator in the room - we did use it. My problem was with the bed and pillows. The bed needs replace not a comfortable night sleep at all and the pillows - the pillows seemed to be half pillow. I little weird to me.

Terrible. They booked us a room that wasnt even available to book. They then reeouted us to another hotel 45 minutes away and gave us a huge time delay. Very inconvenient waiting for a room that wasnt even given to us even though they over booked it. Everyone was tired and had to make our flight at 6am the next morning. It was a complete nightmare.

The stay at Best Western was great. I was greeted by name! Kyle (front desk) went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I was even introduced to his supervisor. I will be staying here for all future visits to the Flint area.

The staff at this hotel needs to host customer service training sessions to teach others in the service industry how to treat customers because they are all simply OUTSTANDING!!! From the young woman at the desk when we checked in at nearly midnight, to the staff who checked us out the following morning, to the support staff we encountered during our short stay - literally every single person was nothing short of fabulous. We heard “good evening “, “good morning “, “thank you for your business “, “hope you’re having a great stay “, etc multiple times. The breakfast was fantastic - special kudos to Diane who was supporting the area when we were there. She asked us numerous times if we had everything we needed, if there was anything we weren’t able to find and if we were totally finished before she started putting the food away. It was better than service I’ve received at 5-star restaurants!! She seemed to genuinely care about us and our experience. The room was clean and comfortable, but the staff alone is worth returning for! Thanks to everyone - stellar job folks and to the management team who clearly stresses the importance of happy customers to their staff, we were definitely pleased!!

The stay was good. The staff at check in were friendly. The only complaints I have is I picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and it offered shuttle service. After check in the said shuttle doesn’t run until 9am which didn’t do us any good for an early flight. In the morning I went downstairs to check out and get coffee before I left to airport at 5:30 am. The clerk just sat behind the desk, didn’t get out of his chair and didn’t say a word to me when I put the room key on desk. I asked where the coffee was and he said breakfast doesn’t start until 6, it’s the same coffee that was in your room. I replied well there is no cream in the room and I like cream. He just sat there and said well it doesn’t open until 6. Stay was good until I had to deal with this rude lazy clerk.

This was just a quick over night stay, however we were very pleased with our experience while we were there. Would definitely stay here again. It was in a good area, plenty of restaurants, Meijers is close by for the items you may have forgotten, and easy on and off interstate.

Very nice property just off the highway and close to lots of shopping and dining. Room was in good condition, comfortable bed, good AC, and clean. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice hotel at a good price in Flint, Michigan.

Seamless check in/out with excellence communication. I noticed a few maintenance issues from the parking lot to the room, but overall it was an enjoyable stay. The highlight of the stay was the easy access to Mundy Commons. Great park with tons of activity. Entrance is just west of Home Depot off Hill Rd.

The reason we picked this property was because of the continental breakfast and the swimming pool. We were informed that the worker that makes the breakfast was not working that day and the pool is closed for cleaning on Sundays.

nice stay for the price. nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was 'ok', the typical waffles, pastries, cold cereal and a predone fried egg. the girl running the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Made for a pleasant morning.
