Included breakfast was great. Easy drive to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Not much walkable from hotel but easy access with car and plenty of parking. Nice pool area and hotel is kept very clean even tho rooms are slightly dated. Staff always helpful and accommodating.plan to come back again next year :)

Good location for us, near the ski hills. Be aware that the rooms have exterior doors. You have to walk outside to the pool, hot tub, and breakfast area. It wasn't far, but we were surprised by that, and it was a little cold in the winter.

Only thing we didnt like was the doors to our room were outside and not inside. So tunning back from the pool in thr middle of october was very cold. Haha. Other than that it was wonderful! Especially the breakfast bar!

We stay here when we go skiing at Nubs Nob! So easy just pull up to door and unload! Continental breakfast has great options! Pool and hot tub always clean! Rooms always clean!!!

We've come here for 2 years now to drive the Tunnel of Trees, staying at this hotel, and we've decided its going to be a yearly destination. Great location, nice quiet hotel, very friendly staff, super clean room/pool/fitness room, and yummy breakfast.

Beautiful clean hotel, very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, great pool and fitness. We were just one night, but decided to come back to several days and explore everything around. Only our suggestions are make longer pool time(until 11pm, not 10pm) and put some rug in the shower to avoid wet floor. Highly recommended 👌

The first room bed was wet 😡, they upgraded us to a suite, the ac unit had mold and it was spreading to the whole room when turned on, so needless to say I did not sleep. Very disappointed in the hotel, I thought booking at a hotel that the reviews were about how clean it was and to find out this was a lie 😡

The motel is very nice. It is clean and comfortable. The staff was great. It is in a good location about halfway between Harbor Springs and Petoskey, so getting to either place is quick. The only problem I had at all was that the people in the rooms near me liked to stand outside by their cars and talk (which, since it is a motel, was right outside my room) and the walls are a little thin, but I may have just had bad luck on that count, and there is probably not much the motel could do about it. Everything else was great, and I would recommend this motel.

Easy access for the impaired. Single level entrance. Decent continental breakfast and the last serving was very nice. Hotel was clean. Downside was walls were thin…especially when you have loud neighbors. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed this property and location. I thought it might be noisy at the intersection but once we shut the room door, it was very quiet. The room was spacious and I enjoyed the couch and the chair with a foot stool. Other than needing a towel bar by the sink for a hand towel, the room was perfect with a fridge, sink and microwave!

Theresa at front desk was rude. Said they had no public rest room for my 6 year old..In her opinion if you stay over one night you better reuse the same towels as they are short staffed.. We could not take drinks to the pool. Wpould not stay here again.

Thanks to Best Western at Harbor Springs our trip to northern Michigan was tremendous! Staff was super friendly and our room was clean and comfortable! Located in a beautiful area, we enjoyed a peaceful stay just minutes from the Little Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan! Breakfast was also very good! The staff at Best Western Harbor Springs go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay!

From the check in with Maurice to the breakfast everything was great. The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast room offers plenty seating and lots of food options, we love the freshly made eggs and meats. It's our 2nd visit and we will keep choosing you whenver you are in the area next. Located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Close to ski areas,Little Traverse Bay, Petoskey State Park and airport. Clean room with comfortable bed, microwave, refrigerator and TV. Nice size pool with handicap access to hot tub. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Being next to M-119 and a traffic light, the road noise was horrible during the day/evening hours. At night, it wasn't quite as bad as the light transitioned into a blinking light so the vehicles with noisy engines/mufflers mostly kept going through.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I figured this one was needed. Everything was just plain good. Everything was super clean, everybody was really friendly, everything went so smoothly. Take for example the continental breakfast: not typically the best thing out there as far as breakfast goes, but this one was perfectly executed, clean, well serviced, etc. Literally the first time I’ve had scrambled eggs not scrambled to order that were not overcooked. They came in a little clamshell container with some wax paper over the eggs to trap heat and steam. Someone took the time to figure that out and do it. One example among many. Good work. Will always stay here in the future.

Nice enough room. Decent TV. Coffee was not bad. Breakfast was a bit basic…kind of bad. Very few dining places around. Close enough to M119. Overall decent. But limitations combined with the cost make it a bit fo a bad deal.
