Customer service was very good, however, the exercise room was out of order and I was told I could walk up to the other Hotel up the hill free of charge. But I chose not to due to the frigid weather. T

It was ok for a weekend stay. We were in town for a funeral so it provided the comfort and affordable prices that we need for the weekend. We were disappointed that the pool was not working. The breakfast was not what we expected.

Pretty sure there were 2 visits from the police to the hotel in the 2 nights I stayed. Looked like they had homeless people staying in/near the property. People with dogs in the breakfast nook all night long. Dirty carpets, not the greatest smell walking up the stairs (no elevator). On the plus side: pool and hot tub area was clean and nice. Bed was ok. Fan in the room was loud and clunky. I had upgraded to a suite, expecting a couch or chair, but it was 3 beds in a row with 1 small tv for the room. The fridge’s freezer was frozen shut with ice, couldn’t open to use. Front desk staff seemed nice. Housekeeping came in while we were gone (again, only stayed 2 nights, and they came in the one full day we were there) without service being requested. Fine for the price, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice pool & hot tub. Used the laundry facilities with no complaints. Comfortable bed and pillows. Neighboring rooms had kids, so it was a bit noisy but not the hotels fault. It is located across the street from a WalMart and next to a Culvers. Breakfast is adequate. Would book with them again.

Stayed here to attend a wedding in Iron Mountain. Stay was ok. Carpet was filthy. Made the mistake of going barefoot before I realized how dirty it was. It had a gummy feeling. Bathroom door didn't close because it hit the toilet. Luckily I was traveling alone. Rest of the room was clean and I did not see any bugs.

The stains on the carpet were not appealing at all. The bed skirt was stained and dirty. This was disgusting to say the least. We did not have an easy chair for seating and also only one desk chair. The king size room was rented for 2 adults. We immediately went to housekeeping to inquire about another chair and complain about the cleanliness. We were told the manager would be notified and we never heard from them. We did receive another chair however the cleanliness issue was never attended to. We will not be using another "Wyndham". All 3 times we have used this particular name, we have not been satisfied with cleanliness. Time for a change....I also took a couple pictures.

Top notch service. They even cleaned my room early upon check in so I could get changed before a business event. Above and beyond good service. Very pleased. Furniture in the room is a bit dated and not very comfortable, but the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

Check in and check out were quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean. Our only complaints are that the bathroom is TINY and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were also very lumpy and difficult to get comfortable on.

The pool and hot tub were really nice. However the room was standard, nothing special. It was pretty clean, but the faucet in the tub was broken out of the wall. The curtains left a lot of gaps which isn’t great on a first floor room looking directly at the parking lot, anyone could have looked in my room. Also, there was a very large gap in the door frame to the hallway, big enough to see straight through. Between that and the paper thin walls, it was hard to get any rest between the barking dog down the hallway and the loud guests walking up and down the hallways all night.

The room was nice. The price was excellent. My only issue was they should be more careful when they place someone in a room who does not have dogs I did not get any sleep because I had a dog on each side of me and one across the hall and they started barking at 3 AM, and then I was woken up again at 5 AM with the same issue. How about keeping dogs on one end of the hotel and people who do not need to bring their dogs with him when they travel on the other side.

Tiny bathroom and 2 towels for a party of 5 in a room with 3 beds. Door practically hits toilet and one of the smallest bathrooms I’ve seen. Was convenient to have 3 beds but nothing else was as good as expected.

So I am off property taking photos on my vacation and my roommate is fast asleep, only to be awakened by an irate front desk employee suggesting "we have complaints about smoking pot in this room" to his astonishment. He denied doing so (he does NOT smoke pot) and invited her to step into the room and confirm for herself. Instead she bolted off and put a $300 surcharge on our room charges (which immediately reduced my available funds in my checking account impacting on my trip). The next morning I confronted the front desk who told me the manager was unavailable and in Colorado. I mentioned that a retired attorney if they don't refund that $300 (their warning signs say $250 BTW!) I would file a lawsuit for conversion of my property without legal process. It took two days for their BS charge to be removed from my account, after I'd already returned home. Vacation ruined. Never again will I stay here.

If you were thinking about booking this don’t. Book the American that is directly behind us, I knew as I pulled up that I made the wrong choice. When I was walking in three people were smoking a cigarette, I had to wait 10 minutes to check in rang the bell nobody came in Until one was done smoking their cigarette came behind the counter and heard they asked if I had a reservation. Great service to make someone wait 10 minutes to finish smoking when they obviously saw me walk in. The whole building smells like marijuana. The stairs are in disrepair, and my door jam was broken to the point that I was afraid that somebody might break in at night once again there are other nice hotels in the area. Please stay there.

This is an older hotel and it shows. Worn carpet and small rooms. Shower water was warm but not hot. Staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean. Morning breakfast was heavy on carbs, but coffee was good.

This hotel has no elevator. We were here for a ski trip abcs had to lug out stuff up and down the stairs. The fitness is closed indefinitely. The pool and hot tub are nice, hot tub wasn’t hearing when we first arrived, but they got someone on it immediately and was hot before the end of the day. Breakfast was nice enough, had self-a pancakes and waffles, prepackaged muffins and bagels. Also had yogurt and cheese omelet available to microwave. No fruit. No hard boiled eggs. Nothing too ’healthy’, but it sufficed just fine

We did a one night overnight in Iron Mountain. Breakfast was decent, lots of options. The coffee bar with cookies 24/7 was a really nice touch. Loved the rooms had a fridge (although it needed to be defrosted) and a microwave. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
