Everything was good, convenient location fo the highway, plenty of room in the suite, kitchen had everything we needed for a weekend trip, breakfast was good and ample, we appreciated the healthy options. Like most hotel pools, it was a little too warm and small for lap swimming, but we lap swimmers are not that common, so I understand. Front desk staff was helpful and the information sheet on breakfast hours and wifi useful, more hotels should do that.

This property was really nice. The workout room was good, small but nobody else was in there. The breakfast was good too. No hot tub but the pool is heated. It is very close to restaurants and Trader Joe’s.

Very nice property, comfortable rooms. Enjoyed the breakfast and good coffee. My only complaint was that there was very little parking available. When I arrived there were four large tour busses and a 24-28' box truck all parked sideways taking a high percentage of the parking spaces. Seems like arrangements could have been made for the busses and trucks to park nearby. I was told the busses and truck were for a performer with a concert in Kalamazoo the following night.

Front desk staff very helpful. Amenities of breakfast & indoor pool were great. No housekeeping over the weekend so guests had to get towels from front desk. Spills in lobby hallway & elevator left for days.

We stayed at Staybridge Suites in Kalamazoo for one night while attending The Lion King at Miller Auditorium, which was only a quick 5-minute drive away—super convenient! The hotel was really nice and exceptionally clean. Our room was very spacious, providing plenty of comfort for our short stay. Breakfast was just what you'd expect from a hotel—nothing extraordinary but definitely enough to start the day. The only downside was the lack of a hot tub, which would have been amazing since it was 18 degrees and snowing outside. Overall, a great stay, especially for the location! Would definitely consider staying again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke, although the hotel is nonsmoking. I suspect there had been a long term smoker staying there as the windows were open when we arrived, despite it being very hot and humid, so this was likely part of a not yet successful effort to air it out. Lots of smokers outside too. But it's still one of the best hotels in the area, at least the staff is very helpful and friendly, our room is always clean, and the beds are very comfortable. I unfortunately have to pass through this area often, and at the majority of hotels this is not the case

Each staff member we met was friendly and professional. The room was very clean. Great breakfast selection. So many movies and shows to watch on TV. Excellent internet connection. Pet friendly. Convenient location just off the highway, Easy to get to shops and food. Nothing negative to say.

Pros : The breakfast was wonderful, the pool was well kept up on and my children had a great time swimming, housekeeping was quick to arrive with anything we needed (extra blankets, towels, pillows) Cons: Our king suite was poorly cleaned, there was opened drinks and bits of food under our pull out sofa. My 1 year old son got his hands on a plastic flosser/toothpick from a previous guest in that room and stabbed himself in the mouth with it. I informed the front desk and they said they will make sure the room is looked over better next time. Overall: The stay wasn't terrible but I feel that the way the situation with my son was handled was handled poorly. I'm disappointed to say in the least that it was handled the way it was.

The main bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. There was not hot water and when I mentioned it to the front desk there was zero effort or energy in either a response or if there would be. The people above us were yelling and carrying on well into the night - about 3:30 I called the desk and said - I know they are having fun but they are jumping off the bed and opening and closing the door and we can not sleep- not sure if anyone did anything because it continued to go on for about an hour or so longer making it about 4:30am!

We stayed for one night and loved the exceptional service at the front desk by Zeus. He was very kind to get us a crib and bedding for baby, which we forgot! The hotel is impeccably clean, including the room. It was very spacious room with a kitchenette (dishwasher and stove too), a sectional couch, tv and plenty of room for the crib. The rooms are a bit older and have had great facelifts but as a family hotel, we were not expecting a luxury resort. Breakfast the next morning was great with plenty of options. Overall, a great stay.

The room setup was very nice, especially the kitchen area that had ice in the freezer, all silverware, dishes, pots, pans, anything you could think of that you needed was there. Me and my boyfriend definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again! I recommend staying here for sure!

The one room was very clean and spacious. It was a sweet so two rooms in one. My daughter got to get her own separate room and so did I. Bathroom were in each of our rooms and the kitchen was in the middle. It was a full kitchen which is great because you can make your own meals!

The staff was absolutely outstanding! I actually left my makeup bag and brand new professional hair dryer behind and the hotel called me while I was still in town ...to let me know they had it! How honest and awesome is that??? Absolutely fantastic hotel and staff!!!❤️❤️❤️💯✌️😁

Upon my arrival, the first evening there was no one at the front desk and the half door lead into the front desk area was open. There was another guest waiting for Service when I arrived and he said he had been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come back to the front desk. We both waited another 15 minutes and finally Zeus.(real name), came back in. He was the night employee.

My overall experience here was terrible! The a.c didn’t work in the room the shower had a huge hole in it no one even tried to help with a room change contacted the manager was told there’s nothing that could be done 1-10 wouldn’t recommend

Everything was very clean and updated! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious! The area around the building felt safe, I was not worried about leaving my car in the lot. I took off one star from the staff - as it took me about a half hour to check in - because he was away from the desk all that time. But he was very accommodating and helpful afterwards.

It was so great we booked another night. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful with the process and was able to keep us in the same room. It took less than five minutes. There’s entry’s at every corner of the hotel. I recommend!

2nd time staying here, love the rooms, location. The true gem of this hotel is the breakfast crew!! Top notch and under valued. I recommend adding an optional tip jar!!!
