The breakfast was ok by free breakfast standards. The property is clean, but the smell of chlorine from the pool permeates every hallway. The staff are pleasant. The click in my room was broken. It took 3 substitute clocks & 3 staff, but dang it. I got a working clock. I've stayed here before & will again.

I enjoyed the real eggs and real sausage for breakfast. The bed was not as comfortable as it could have been. There was a pervasive smell of marijuana in our room and it was supposed to be non- smoking. We have stayed here before, but this room was not as pleasant.

Our last night there we asked to change floors. They had fixed tubs and the glue smell was terrible. They did let us move.

It is called the hospitality business for a reason. During my stay I witnessed both the front desk staff and the breakfast room staff treating guests with disrespect. In the breakfast room a young boy spilled his cup of orange juice. As his mom tried to clean up the orange juice, it was clear that a few napkins were not going to be enough. She politely asked the breakfast bar attendant if there was a mop. The attendant said No, and added that there was just one mop for the entire hotel and that she could not use it. The mom and another hotel guest ended up cleaning the floor with napkins. The mother was black. The breakfast bar attendant was white. At check in another guest was told three times by the staff that if she damaged the room she would be liable for damages. She did not look like someone who would damage a room. I would say this hotel is lacking in basic hospitality.
