We stayed one night at this hotel. The room was nice and spacious. My daughter enjoyed the pool and it was clean. We had an issue with the toilet bowl being clogged. The hallway was noisy in the morning, because of the other guests who didn't know how to close their room doors quietly.

My room was immaculately clean. Bed very comfortable. Heating worked well as very cold outside. Elevator broken but I personally didnt need it as I was on ground floor. Pool out ofservice for maintenance . Breakfast just okay, attendant to busy on his phone and not keeping cups, cereals, juices, stocked. No fruit, no yogurt, coffee ran out one morning had to go to my room for coffee. All in all, i would stay again, but mindful of current issues. For price and my personal needs it was okay.

The breakfast was good and had good choices. The room was another story. The tub caulk had black mold growing. The bed skirting was stained on one bed and the other bed looked like the bed sheet was not changed. The curtains were dirty and stained as well. The 2nd floor hallway carpet was dirty. Overall, the cleanliness of the room could have been much better.

Arrived at 5pm. Rooms were not ready. When we finally checked in around 6pm, rooms were not clean. Bathrooms were poorly cleaned and the floor was dirty. It was also noisy at night. Children running around until after 11pm and men arguing in the hallway around 1:30am. Very disappointing. Will not stay here again.

Dirty and smelly. Reserved 2 rooms for four guys and got one double room and one single and the manager actually said he doesnt care. The rooms were dirty feeling, maybe bc they were or they are just so outdated. Pool area stank and pool looked gross.

Comfy beds, clean and quiet. Only complaints shower head wouldn’t stay up so had to hold it up with my hand or kiss the wall!! Also heater sounded like a train so turned it off! Could use some maintenance!!

The decor was dated. Internet was slow and spotty. Very few staff on hand so, more often than not, no one was at the front desk. Although the staff spoke English, some were very hard to understand. On a good note, the gal in the breakfast room was very pleasant and helpful. We won't be back.

Staff was not helpful. Internet does not work on all devices (echo-show). Bathroom sink and tub were backed up with water sitting in sink and tub while in use. Toilet seat was about to slide off the toilet while sitting. Room phone did not work. Not a good experience at all. For what we paid for the room, it was way overpriced!! 😕👎

We reserved the hotel through Expedia on the way to Saginaw. When we arrived, they said they were oversold, and had been for weeks. At this point, I know this is not their issue, but Expedia's ...HOWEVER, the staff was pretty rude at the time of us trying to check in. I also get that, it was late and they'd been turning folks away all night. The true frustration is that this hotel is now saying we were a no show. Not true. Eventually it did get worked out, but with much more time and energy than it should have taken. I didn't stay there, don't take my money.

I made a reservation through Expedia, paid for it in full, and when I came to check in, I was told by the receptionist that there is no room available in the hotel. He said:” You didn’t show up before 6 pm so someone else came and we sold them your room”! What?!!! How is this even possible? He said: “ Well you made reservation through third party not us!” Never ever will I make reservation in any Comfort Inn hotels, and I am questioning using the Expedia too.

Well it started out not so great. The front desk staff person gave us keys to the wrong room. The horror to myself and husband as well as to the resident of the room as we began to enter. It was shocking. All I saw were legs on a bed and heard snoring. The poor man was sleeping and we were walking in on him. So sorry. How can one make a mistake like that? Don’t they record who comes in and what room one is in? Other than that the stay was great.

I made a reservation at night had an emergency and drove all the way to saginaw from cleveland. Made it there early morning and "there system" already put me as a no show. Even tho i already paid in full they wouldn't give me a room to nap. i jus wanted to nap and check out that day that a paid for. I had to sleep in my car no refund or partial credit no help at all. just took my money and sent me on my way. didn't want money back jus wanted to sleep a couple hours and check out. they denied me because of "the system". very disappointed

It's in a good area with shopping all around. The breakfast was just meh. They ran out of stuff quickly and the breakfast room was SO HOT. Couldn't stay in there very long. The pool was warm which is nice

We would have rated it higher but the elevator wasn't working and we were on the top floor. We didn't mind taking the stairs but the second night we came back to our room, the card key didn't work so we had to go all the way back down and back up again. It was just. A little inconvenient. The hotel was clean,our room was quiet, and it was close to shopping and restaurants.

Everything was neat and clean, even the pool area. The complementary breakfast was quite tasty, and the free bottle of water on arrival was a lifesaver! Checking in and out was easy, no trouble at all. Absolutely would stay here again!

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was great. There was a nice inviting 2 sided warm fireplace in the lobby and the breakfast area. The breakfast was sparse. The coffee empty, and it wasn’t at the end of breakfast time. The hotel needs a little cleaning. The elevator made a loud noise off and on. Overall, it was a nice stay. The staff was friendly.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, had a mini fridge and microwave, and the bed was comfortable. Room slept 6 with two queen beds and a sofa sleeper. Pool was nice and the pool room was very warm. Breakfast was average with eggs, sausage, waffle makers, toast, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, oatmeal packets to make your own, and saw a couple of apples. There are lots of restaurants nearby if you the breakfast isn’t what you like.

Staff was great, rooms were clean and not too small. I only have two small complaints: the elevator being temporarily out of service was a small inconvenience; at breakfast the waffle batter was mixed incorrectly (too runny) so it didn't make very good waffles.
