Broken ice makers on floors 2 and 3, no one at the front desk seemed to know how to handle that information. The wet bar faucet in the room doesn’t work. The ice smells terrible and the fan sounds like a chainsaw. The tray to put the coffee in the coffee maker is missing. The room layout is fantastic, it’s a shame it’s been left is such disrepair.

Breakfast was limited and not up to the usual Hampton standards, on Thursday, there was no coffee at 9a! Requested fresh towels daily, on a 4 night stay, it was only done once. When did Hampton stop making beds on a daily basis? This Hampton is an annual trip for us, no hot tub??!! Needed to utilize the office area, the computer did not work at night or the the next day, I had to go to Staples. The shower handle came off in my hand, the toilet would not flush correctly and the sink water was literally a dribble. One positive note was when we checked in, the front desk did upgrade our room, Thank you for that.

It was very quiet, even though they were renovating. Great location. Just a heads up, they don’t have USB ports for charging in the room , I had to buy a plug-in charger. They don’t have a jacuzzi only a pool. Breakfast was good. Staff was great.

There was NO hot water - not even warm. I advised the front desk - they knew. Said during renovations - no hot water - entire 2nd floor. I asked to be moved. No could not as booked up for that evening. When I checked in they advised pool not operable during Reno. Did not mention there was no hot water. When I book a room, I expect 3 things - a clean, comfortable bed, a tv, and hot water. I checked out for the 2nd night but it cost me $70 more than planned. Expedia handled the cancellation- they were great!!!!! Thanks Expedia.

There was no hot tub at all. Website said it was closed for maintenance but they had filled it with cement. It is closed permanently. We had to get a hotel worker to let us in the pool every time. Key cards do not work for pool. Towels were super rough. It felt like we were drying with sandpaper. Kitchenette only had a microwave and refrigerator. Refrigerator made a beeping noise all the time. All the worker said was we can put our food in their refrigerator was is not convenient for us. Door for the bathroom gets stuck when trying to open or close it.

Overall my stay was good. Slept good. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice but the cleanliness of the room is the negative that has stuck with me. The bathroom had other people’s hair on the tile and tub, and it just gave the impression that a very poor surface cleanse was applied to the room before I checked-in to it. I couldn’t help but wonder what else from a cleaning standpoint was rushed or “swept under the rug” which is not the feeling I like having when staying at a hotel.

The bathroom sink had cut beard hair on it from the previous guest. Nasty and the carpet did not look vacuumed. To top it all off. The fire alarm went off twice accidentally in the middle of the night. Not a cool thing to be woken up to on vacation.

The location was nice close to many restaurants and stores but lots of car noise through the night. Beds were clean and not too bad comfort wise. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

Stayed for one night. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The parking lot was clean, well lit at night and felt safe. The building, elevator and room were all clean. Door keys worked without issue. Overall a nice stay with no issues, just like you hope for when traveling out of town for an event.

Falsely advertised room! We booked a king room with a sofa bed. Our family of 4 checked in at the counter then went to the room to find there was only a king bed in the room. The employee who checked us in stated that they took all the sofa beds out when they remodeled but did not update online listings. He mentioned he was wondering how we planned to make it work when we checked in but never mentioned it to us. We asked to check out, change rooms, or cancel the reservation. They denied all requested and charged us the $200 for a room we had to leave so our children had a bed to sleep in. The phones were also down at the property while we were there. The smok alarm in the room was hanging by wires from the ceiling. This used to be a really nice property but we will not be going back.

We had several rooms booked at the hotel. One of our rooms did not have AC. They moved us to a second room to only have the AC also not work. Second set of our rooms had a broken toilet seat cover.

We booked a king room with a sofa bed for 3 adults, but when we arrived, there was no sofa bed in our room and the hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t move us to another room. The hotel staff brought up a rollaway bed which was extremely uncomfortable. They also did not make up the bed; they just put the sheets and blanket on the bed for us to make. When we called down for a pillow, they told us they didn’t have any left.

The property was clean in the high visibility areas- elevator, hallways, dining and breakfast areas, lobby. Our room needs some maintenance work. The electric shades on the windows were inoperable, one was even disconnected and lying on the sill. Because of this, it was very very dark in the room which made it feel cave-like. Also the outer door stuck so you had to make sure you pulled it closed completely. Staff were very very pleasant

Great customer service! My daughter and I stayed together. Our First room was missing the securlty door latch. I phoned the front desk & was told to come right down for a different room. The manager apologized & had our new keys ready when we came down. He put us in an amazing room that was larger.

During checkin. Front desk full of guests. Room not ready till 4. Trista relied checkin at. No guarantees. Bad attitude. Front desk check seemed to be confused during two night stay rooms garbage not collected. Housekeeping seemed to short staffed. Front staff doing rooms left the desk empty when l first arrived at 1:30. Seemed management was not around or didn’t care. Not a pleasant experience!!!

Service was nonexistent. And they didn’t care. Drapes were inoperable, phone didn’t work. Asked GM to send maintenance person, never happened. Same with phone. GM was aware of issue, said “yah, they are broken.” 80% of time no one was at front desk. Never again.

They over booked and overcharged.. wouldnt give a refund even though check in at 10p and didnt get settled in room until midnight. The beds werent comfortable.. breakfast had drink machines down with no substitute options.. gave me a handicapped room and spoke to a guy in a wheel chair on how they didnt accommodate his reservation either for being handicapped. Just not very well managed nor do they pay attention to bookings.

I had a problem with my room in that the overhead shower was inoperable, and I had been out in the 90 degree sun for 10 hours. They assured me that I'd be compensated in some way, but the manager was never available and has never called me back after several attempts to reach her. I will never stay here again.

Over booked the hotel and we were not given the suite we paid for. We were told there were no other rooms available. So we had to use cots in order to have enough beds for our family to sleep on. All pf a sudden at 1 am there was another room available. We had already been through enough. They did not even tell us about over booking until we got upstairs to the room and realized it was not big enough. I would never stay at that hotel again. My worst experience at a hotel ever.

Even though i made reservations there were no rooms because of staffing issues..we had to wait in lobby with 2 toddlers for rooms to get cleaned and ready and we were suppose to have 2 rooms together but had to stay on different floors and they did not even attempt to compensate us for this ..sadly that is bad customer service.

Last year the stay was good. Not good at all this year. Toilet took 30 minutes to fill after flushing. Breakfast was something we looked forward to this year. This year breakfast was terrible! No fruit, frozen muffins, hard butter, no hot coffee, no milk. This used to be a favorite place to stay but this time it was an absolute disaster.

Check in was great. Room fantastic. Lack of cold drinks at breakfast ( no water ) was unacceptable for people who don’t drink hot beverages 😞. To be told by front desk staff to go to a water fountain was very unprofessional and bottle water should have been provided. The smell of weed by people standing in the main door area was absolutely disgusting. This facility was not our usual standard of stay at Hampton inn. Will try other hotels next time. Mary wright.

Breakfast until 9. Went at 8:40 and everything but waffles eggs sausage and fruit already gone. No toast, pastries, oatmeal. Sink facet in room was so loose when turning on water. Felt like it would break off. Room 62 degrees when we first arrived. Maybe great for housekeepers but not us. Thermostats weren’t correct I think I’m done with Hampton Inns.
