The elderly lady at check in was very pleasant, but after that, total down hill for them. When I walked in, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and staleness. I unloaded the car and then went to get something to eat. When I returned, I began looking around, and was totally shocked!! The bed spread was filthy, the pillow cases were stained and look like they were used as ash trays, the sheet were stained with god only knows what, with cigarette burns in them, the toilet look like it was cleaned in a month or longer, the light over the sink didn’t work until the next morning, the shower wasn’t scrubbed with a ring in the tub, one of the lights by the bed was falling off and out of the wall, was something by the sink missing(assume was a bracket for something suppose to be hanging there, couldn’t hang clothes up because the rod was ripped out of it, the walls needed a good cleaning or painting, and the curtain was so dark yellow with smoke when you stood outside and looked at the other rooms you could clearly see the difference. I felt I was put into a rental unit of a slum room. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HERE AT ALL!! I ended up sleeping on the floor that night in fear of catching something. The next morning, I checked out all together cutting my stay as quickly as possible, even though booked for two days, and wasn’t going to stay there. Then when I asked for a receipt, we’ll still waiting on that and seeing if I’m going to get reimbursed for 1 day.

This room was an absolute disgusting mess, holes in walls and doors, black mold across the entire bathroom, no soap, shampoo or conditioner (dispensers were empty) bathroom floor was coming apart. no garbage can, fridge was crack, blood stains on mattress, someone had kissed the wall with lipstick and it was left there. No caulk in tub, dog barking all night place looked like a crime scene. A large cash deposit was REQUIRED or would not give the room key. No Where stated on website or on hotels.com. forced to use their atm with high surcharge. Outlets by bed both broken and taped up, window curtain broken and hanging

The bed was stained and dirty. We had to ask for new sheets. Second night we saw roaches crawling across the floor. There was a hole in the bathroom wall and the mold on the tub. We will not be coming back. However the staff members were kind.

We couldn’t even stay the room was so terrible! There was dust, thick dust on the air conditioner, stains on the bedding, and the sheets didn’t look clean. There was a terrible smell to the room. It felt unsafe overall. We ended up checking out within two hours of checking in. We didn’t even spend 5 minutes in the room before we left and started looking for a different hotel. My husband and I are pretty easy going, we can deal with some things, but this room, we couldn’t even deal with it for a night.

I have never stayed in a dirtier hotel! Towels, bathroom and floors were all disgusting! We paid extra for a hair dryer and even had to ask for one but never got it!! No face cloths until we asked and towels were so dirty they looked like they hadn't been washed! I never took my shoes off the whole time!!

Yikes. Booked two rooms, both smelled like smoke, and one had visible cigarette burns on sheets and furniture. Sinks were dirty, bathroom had hair in the shower still, food and trash in drawers, missing light bulbs, blood stains on floor. At least staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed 5 minutes. The room was filthy. Stains on beds, walls, etc. Bathroom filthy. Room reeked of cigarettes, and butts were everywhere in a no smoking property. Smoke detector was ripped off the wall. Mold was on the window curtains and shower curtains. FILTHY! Stay away from this one.

The room we were assigned was way too small for a handicapped accessible room, the bathroom door had a sm hole at the bottom, drywall was pulled from the wall. I found toenail clippings in the bedding. I went to use the microwave and saw that there was no turntable.

Ketchup or something all over the wall by tv holes in walls. Smoke detector was removed from wall and was in a drawer. Stains on all the sheets and blankets. I understand it was a cheap room but the overall condition of the room was terrible.

It was dirty. The first room was so dirty we requested another. That "nicer quality" room we had to wipe down and strip the bed and wash linen to get the pet hair off of it. The wifi did not work at our room, only near the office and we were not even halfway down the building.

The beds were gross and not really able to sleep in them. Slept on the top of the comforter. Smoke detector was hanging by a wire. Holes in the wall and warped floor in the bathroom. Mattress were filthy. Missing outlet covers and mold behind the door. Staff did not want to bother with any of it.

There was rust on the bedframe, mold in the shower, stains on the blankets and holes in the bedding, light in bathroom made a horrible and very loud noise, trash left around the room and under the bed, and the TV didn't work or even have the right remote. Felt extremely unsafe even with the door completely locked up. Confirmed that there were rooms directly next to each other after calling before booking, confirmed at front desk before given room keys- only to be put on two completely opposite sides of the building.

The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot. That’s it. The room smelled of smoke. Telephone was there, but the cord was ripped out. No security lock on the door. The walls needed a good scrub. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom.

Room was poor condition. Entry door you could see daylight around it,no towel racks,sink was cracked,no cups ,limited towels. Drapes torn, secondary door lock was broken and unusable. Lots of maintenance items

Would not recommend this property. Attendant at desk could not find my reservation upon arrival. He said "you should not use third party to book. You come here and we will give you better deal". He wouldn't give me a room unless I paid $39 (I paid, we were exhausted). I figured maybe there was a lag in this property getting the notification I had booked. I gave it until checkout time. At checkout, a different attendant did not even recognize what room I stayed in (221). The room card was a Quality Inn card that I was given and yes it worked. I asked him if he received my hotels.com reservation and he said "no". I showed him how I was charged twice for this room but he did not believe me. The room was very dirty and even though non smoking, very much reeked of cigarette smoke. Stains everywhere but you get what you pay for. When I got home, I had to call Hotels.com to rectify this situation since the property itself would not acknowledge that I was charged twice for this crummy room. Hotels.com called the property and the property tried denying me a refund. Kudos to Hotels.com for advocating for the customer and getting my refund in the end.

Nightmare. The room is a dump!!! Soiled dirty sheets. When arrived to room, the door was propped open as the room stunk of cigarette smoke. Bed was filthy!!! The entire room was disgusting. The pictures posted on Hotels.com site are completely misleading. The photos on site are not the same as what we saw, smelled and experienced. My girlfriend was so upset that we didn't stay the night, we left shortly after seeing how stinky and disgusting After paying in full through hotel.com we were asked for an additional $75 CASH for a deposit???? We got ripped off and our evening was spoiled!!! How can i trust this site again ????

The property itself clearly was on a limited budget and infrastructure but served it's purpose as a cost affective stay. Unfortunately the owners are working with what they have, at no fault of their own, it's no five star and I would not stay the night with my family at this location. Overall the customer service was very good and the night staff were very patient and helpful working together to make sure I was squared away with my previously made reservation.

Many people coming in and out, people hanging out in the hallways. The room we got had stains on the bedsheets, broken facet, dirty restroom with stains on the toilet paper. We emmediately went back to check out and asked for a refund. We did not feel safe or comfortable. I would not have even given it one star. Should be removed from expedia. This left a wrong impression on my vacation trip.

Area surrounding hotel was not clean or safe, worried about leaving vehicle parked there overnight. I woke up at 3 am to a couple screaming, fighting, yelling profanity and doors slamming, etc. I was grateful that my 13 year old daughter didn’t wake up during this. I would not return to the area alone again :(

We are traveling on a tight budget and this fit our budget. We opened the door to the room and turned around! Mat still had candy on it. The beds were filthy. Im no expert but not washed in a longtime! I cannot describe what was on the bedspreads! We did not stay, got a refund and moved on quickly. In the parking lot there are more broken cars then drive able ones, felt extremely unsafe!

Horrible!! The bed wasn’t changed and the toilet was full of waste. I requested a different room, o w that was actually cleaned, and it was the same thing. Bed full of stains and dirty linens and the bathroom was filthy. Also, large groups of people were hanging out in the parking lot doing drugs right out in the open.

We checked in and went to go to our room and there was a drug deal happening in the parking lot cars jacked up on blacks pit bulls running around peoples bbq pits in parking spots and hookers in the back lot. We went to desk and asked for refund immediately. This is a Murder Death Kill Hotel that should be shut down.

The bathroom was moldy, the bed sheets were stained, one lamp didn’t have a shade over it (just an exposed light bulb), and the door chain was broken. People were partying in the parking lot and yelling outside my room past midnight. The laundry machines were broken. Overall, I felt pretty unsafe.

Rooms very dirty air conditioner inside room black, not in great location and it’s very shady people coming and going. Walls had black stuff on walls and room was just cleaned. Check in was 2-3pm and at 310 was told at least another hour went to a different place!
