There are a lot of hotel properties near each other, including several Marriott properties. I would say this is probably the lowest of those in this location. Ultimately, it just seemed like staff were a bit too relaxed, or indifferent, and the breakfast person seemed overwhelmed by the amount of guests which resulted in running out of food & coffee various times. The rooms are nice and clean, but the hall noise was loud and the step-in shower was incredibly slippery right from the beginning (before using soap/shampoo). Ultimately, we chose this location because of its proximity to the airport and for one night stay, it was fine.

Super clean and helpful staff. Second time coming here and I’d stay again! With four kids it’s hard to fit everyone but it was no problem at all

I became hospitalized unexpectedly and tried to cancel reservation. The hotel staff was sent multiple email requests to change or refund the stay. The Hotel staff never replied not even to the 3rd party that booked it. Even if the the answer would have been no refund no changing of dates, have some common courtesy and respect for uncommon circumstances and reply!!!

Stayed 1 night

Initial interaction with front desk included a guy eating a bag of chips and drinking a soda. The gentleman first asked me did I want a room with a broken TV for $20 off, to which I declined. I go through the payment process and he then explains when breakfast is and gives me my keys. Then the last thing he says is that the pool closes at this time, but it is not open for the weekend. My question to him was why you would offer me a discount for a broken TV but none for a huge aspect of why I booked a room such as the pool? Seemed very shady to go about ending your initial interaction with a such an omission. That tells you everything you need to know about this hotel. Room had pry marks on the upper lock from a crow bar. All the windows from the foyer to the room lacked cleaning. Funny how you can tell so much by a set of doors that are just filthy when you walk in. And nothing to help the guest out with the giant road construction projects that lack direct access just a half a block away. Pay the $20 to get a better spot than this place.
