Fairfield Inn & Suites Saginaw

Nice and clean hotel.

Friendly staff

Room was clean, breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Very good hotel with a pool, only thing I was missing was a hot tub. The deluxe suite was nice with a Lil sitting space that had its own TV.

Staff was friendly, pool area was warm and comfortable, room was clean

Bed was comfortable. However, two of the pillowcases had blood stains on them. The blackout blinds were off the track on one side and hanging, but the worst part was the plug in the bathroom wasn’t working had to blow dry my hair out under the television because that was the only accessible plug. I usually blow dry my hair with a curling brush and need to utilize the mirror. Of course I was going to a conference not ideal. I told all this stuff to the front clerk and she asked if I was a Marriott Rewards member and when I said no, she said that’s too bad. We could’ve done something for you possibly. So because I wasn’t they did nothing. Or possibly because I prepaid the hotels.com. Just sad
