Where to start. The staff was not overly friendly but not awful. The one working elevator was barely working and has seen far better days. Scratch marks made it look like it maybe has had to be pried open from time to time. The floor we were on was thick with pot smoke, which made it hard to breathe due to allergies. The room was only marginally better. The heater was louder than a jet airplane, but did help filter some of the smell. The smoke detector looked like it was from the 70s and had black scorch marks coming from it. I'm pretty sure it would never actually work if there were a fire The bathroom vanity bottom was separating from the top and the crack that had formed was thick with mold. The room did have a small TV, and the breakfast did have waffles.

Don’t get a room by the patio. You will never get any sleep. Music blaring and loud talking until 5am many nights every day and beginning at 9/10am.

Sheets (bottom) haven’t been changed in forever. Food scraps/dirt on sheets and floor by bed. Hair on bathroom towels. Food matter or disgusting on refrigerator and ice bucket. Desks and nightstands sticky to touch. Some food or bodily fluid On wall. Some white spludge on dresser. Hopefully it’s not what it looks like. Overall a nasty place. Paint peeling off wall. Not updated in forever.

Room was dirty. Bathroom especially was not well cleaned. The entire second floor smelled of marijuana. We checked out promptly after arriving and found a different place. The front desk man was nice, and he told us our second night could be refunded, but that was never processed. At least it was cheap!

I have Choice Hotel Rewards so the wife and I have stayed in many Quality Inns across the US. This one is the absolute worst one. The room was dirty, stains on the carpet, stains on the wall. The night stand draw was broken sitting in the stand sideways. The dresser the tv was on was stained and chipped. My wife almost fell when she sat in the desk chair because it was loose. I went plug my cell phone in behind the nightstand and there was dust, dirt and trash. I was scared to reach behind there to use the outlet. The bathroom floor hand dirt and hair in the corners. There wasn’t enough towels for to people. I went get more towels and was given one set because they were out of towels, I had to turn in the towels we had before they gave me the one set. We asked for room service the next day, the room was never serviced in the 3 days we were there. We choose this Quality Inn because it had a 7 out of 10 rating. If that hotel is a 7 I would hate to see a 5. There is no way in H:$L this place is a 7. Expedia should stop listing this hotel, it’s a disservice to your customers to have this hotel as a choice. Terrible absolutely terrible hotel!!!!!

My room was pretty gross around the edges. The carpets felt dirty and smelled like an ashtray. The bathroom had some mold and wasn't fully cleaned before my check in. Everything else was OK but it felt pretty gross. Great for a working traveler or something but i wouldn't bring my family here.

While most everything was fine, the property is in need of an overhaul. It was manageable, but getting worn down. The sheets and towels were clean, bit the bedspread and blankets were dirty.

We got to the room and it had not been cleaned. The toilet had stains in it, there were no clean towels, and the soiled bed linens from the previous occupants were throen across the desk. After going to reception and being refused a refund because we "booked through a 3rd party" we were offered a room that was very cleary unutilized. It also had a dirty toilet and towels and used soap in the shower dish. The linens were cleaned but the thermostat was completely turned off with the room at less than 50degrees when we entered (in November). Obviously the room was never temperature controlled because the room had clear evidence of peeling paint. Never again. Dont know how it had 7/10 customer satisfaction.

This hotel needs to be completely updated. My first room had no A/C, my 2nd room had A/C but also had a dated jet tub in the corner of the room. It looked gross and I would never want to use it. I had to kill 2 spiders in the room. Buffet breakfast is a waffle maker and some cereal. I won't be returning to this hotel.

When I got here I was told to wait until exactly 3pm, which I did. At 3pm, there was a line of people waiting for their rooms. We were told we probably wouldn’t get a room because they didn’t have anybody to clean them. There were no towels available. You got whatever type of room they chose for you.

The morning front desk person was rude...she spoke to paying customers as if they owed her something..I asked for a late checkout anc she called and harassed me and told me she was charging me for a late checkout. She called the police on a customer because she wanted asked for a receipt....she told her to get out and raised her voice at her.

Upon arrival we were informed that our reservation had somehow been canceled due to full capacity at the hotel by pre arrangement. Realize that glitches do sometimes occur but we had not been given prior notification of the cancellation by Expedia or by Quality Inn. It was now up to us to find new lodging and to initiate the return of our funds for the reservation with Expedia. There was a loss of communication between Quality Inn and Expedia some how resulting in the traveler holding the bag and shouldering the inconvenience. Thankfully, Expedia did resolve the issue and returned our fund very quickly.

Staff was very rude and had a hard time communicating. We checked in and there were working girls getting rooms. It took so long one of the girls was finished with 2 men before we got our room. Then they gave me the wrong room and argued that i was wrong. We finally got the right room and it smelled like cigarettes and the air barely worked. One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

I had the worst experience ever in this hotel from the start. 1st they gave my reserved room away (single king bed ) and attemted to up charge me to get another ( double queen bed ) one. Then charged my card fir the full amount of the 2 day stay right up front upon checking in not when i checked out. The desk clerk who went by the name Lucky said its Quality Inns policy to charge you the full amount or the system wont allow you to check in. They dont have towels available for you if you need extra towels ,just a very bad experience over all. Will never go back

Check in was slow because the clerk didn’t have a password for the computer. The bed had hazardous bars protruding out, which I accidentally kicked a few times. They didn’t have coffee in the morning and the breakfast selection was dismal.

Outdated and dingy. Dirt and dead insects build up behind the bed. Sole plate on the irons were burnt-out, key cards had to be reset 3 times. Water leaked fron above during the rain, payment system wouldn't except deposit (had to pay extra atm fee to get cash on the spot to pay deposit.) The only Quality there was on the sign outside. Breakfast wasn't replenish well before time to end. I had go outside to get food.

Everything needs cleaned better, inside and outside. Rooms need to be updated. “Provided breakfast” was trash. I wouldn’t have feed that to wild animals. Required to pay security deposit, but rooms smell like cigarette smoke.
