When I first arrived to my room, I got out my vehicle to go inside and check in. I noticed that it was just a lot of random people hanging out in the lobby then I checked in and went up to my room to check my room for cleanness I discovered roaches in the room. The room was not clean. The neighbors had kids and they were very loud. I immediately went downstairs and I asked for a refund and I left and went and checked into a better hotel.

I stayed at this hotel because I was in town. I decided to stay and visit a friend. The hotel was under renovation so there were some inconveniences due to construction. But overall, it was a pleasant day.

We stayed here for 2 nights, during which we were inundated with the smell of weed as soon as we entered the building, we heard multiple domestic disputes, the building itself is a long term rental facility for residents that we were not informed of until we checked in. We were provided a single roll of toilet paper and only 2 towels, when we went to request more toilet paper we were told they were out. Residents did not follow quiet time rules.

To be honest the hotel is under construction but they allowing all pets to stay as long as they desire . Rooms are updated but TV aren’t smart nor is the staff . A lot of low life’s stay there or be present @ the sight

Our room was next to a locked exterior door on the first floor. The room was great, however, the locked exterior door next to our room was constantly allowed to be propped open for anyone to enter. I asked the front desk if that was to proper procedure. They said no, but didn't take steps to see that it wasn't propped open. I would close it when I entered the hotel to get to my room, but a few minutes later, it was propped back open again. With that happening, I didn't feel real safe, especially at night.

The website states they have free breakfast,and another site says they have on the go breakfast but they don't. Not only do they not have any type of breakfast, they do not even offer muffins, donuts or anything. They do have coffee in the lobby, but no cream or milk and it is only available before 11am. But I'm not sure if that is correct , When I asked the staff about it, they were clueless. They do have a vending machine with soda but it was out of order, and they have a vending machine with chips. But I was not interested. It also states they have a business office, but they don't and once again staff was clueless. One site states no pets and another states pets allowed. I did a quest with a small dog. I don't have a pet but I'm concerned with the discrepancies . When I booked the trip, there was no mention of an iron being provided, so before I arrived I called the property and asked if they had them in the rooms or available. The staff was clueless and she asked me to hold while she checked. She came back and told me no, there were no irons in the rooms or provided upon request. But when I get to the room, not only is there an iron, but also a full sized ironing board. There was also a full sized refrigerator and stove in my room which I had no idea I was getting a room with that in it. I guess this would be a plus for someone staying long term , but it was no help to me. They do have a laundry room which could be helpful, Overall, this place is a no for me

Check in lady was rude...felt like u was bithering her as i checked in... also there was$100 deposit which i was unawre of... booked on hotel.com so mayne not the hotels fault but still annoying.... from 9pm till 2am there was a mma match between 10 ppl above us... honestly have no idea what else it could have been.. when checking out the next day the cops were there because of a seperate incident...

This property was subpar. It smelled like weed upon entering. We had two rooms and both had NO HEAT. There were bullet holes in the elevator. And signs warning that guests would be evicted if rent wasnt paid. We are pretty sure it was a "welfare" hotel. We did not feel safe staying there and left shortly after checking in and realizing there was no heat un BOTH ROOMS.

The room was spotless. The staff upon check in was great. The only issue was every morning the cleaning staff was super loud in the hall, I couldn’t rest. Also, due to the patrons smoking outside the smell came in the window. Although my stay wasn’t horrible, I probably won’t stay again because of the loud cleaners.

This has been the worst experience i have had at a hotel. When i checked in, i was not greeted and the person who was at the desk did not know what to do. Residents kept coming down cause their key did not work. One person came down three times in a matter 15 minutes. Once the receptionist got to me, my reservation could not be found and my card was charged twice. Once I finally got to my room, it smelled funny. Things look dingy and nasty. There were bugs on the bed and I killed two roaches. I was only there for maybe an hour. When i was checking out the reception just took my room key and said oh you are good……i had a reservation for two days and left the first night within an hour of checking in. I asked about my refund, the receptionist was very rude and did not even ask why i was leaving. It was like i was bothering the receptionist. This was the most disgusting experience I have an ever had. And they had the nerve to charge a 100 dollar deposit. Just awful

My room smelled like dog poop. I belive this property used to be Extended Stay & they allow animals. I'll never stay there again.

This was the absolute worse stay of my Life. The first room was ridiculously dirty. With used eyelashes on the floor dirty bathroom. The second room was descent however half way through the night. The front desk person gave. Someone a key to our room. We were completely caught off guard and frightened. Terrible service.

There were roaches in the room and the room stunk really bad too. It smelled stale and stagnant.

Whole hotel is very smokey. First room was smoked out. Had to change rooms. Second room was not to better.

We had no towels, no pillow cases, toilet paper and hair dryer did not work. They brought us those items when we asked for them. The noise level was very loud at night we were on the ground floor. There was no coffee and no drinks in their lobby I was told until nine am. We are disappointed . The shower head did not work either. We were not thrilled at all with this place. We had a funeral to attend so we just dealt with this situation.

Nick is the best. Professional, helpful, Friendly. Huge asset to this property. very nice renovation on our room. Very happy! Incredible value.

Great location! Two queen sized beds for Four people!
