Elevator didn’t work .this hotel does not honor any Expedia gold / platinum member peaks .House keeping did not clean my room.The day I checked in the stuff try to give me a lower tier room from the actual room I booked .I had to call Expedia and wait over 1 hour just to get the room I actually booked.I would not recommend this hotel if it’s your first time traveling to this city

The staff was friendly and considerate. The restaurant food was good and the servers were also friendly and professional. Very nice breakfast buffet. The property is in need of refreshing. The halls are dark and dingy, the carpet is very worn and the place smells musty. There are restaurant kitchen type garbage cans in the hallway which were gross and always full. The website said microwaves were available, not in the room, just one in the hall which was used at all hours . The bathrooms are very small.

Stayed at this hotel as it states that it had Electric vehicle charge station. After some work, we found that meant 110 outlets that would take forever and bring your own cords. It's also not labeled so any cars could park there Also, no hot water most of the time. Luke warm water shower is no fun! No microwave. The lobby was nice though.

I'd check elsewhere. Rooms were not what i booked (no fridges). Ice indicated to be on all odd numbered floors, but only the one on the top floor was functioning. TV = local channels only. Restaurant menu advertises room service, but they won't deliver; you gotta pick it up.

Rooms were nice and spacious, clean, and equipped with utensils. That was convenient and I didn't need to go back out. Night time was a bit loud on my floor, parking got crazy due to an event in the banquet room causing my husband to park illegally. He was able to go back out after midnight to move up closer. Front desk clerks were so nice during check in and check out.

Nice hotel but it was a party at the restaurant and for the amount that I paid for the room I had to park in the back they need to make sure the resident has access for parking if it’s going to ba a party at the restaurant

For the price at the time we had a 14th floor room with a great view and the hotel was clean and the room was very nice. I experienced no problems at all. The elevators are getting work done that’s probably the only minor thing but there are multiple elevators to use.

The hotel was not well lit. The hallways were dark. The ice machine was not working on certain floors. Vending machine only accepts $1 bills. Coffee machine was dirty. Bathroom is tiny and water in the shower was not adjustable.

This property was disappointing. When we checked in we were given a room key to an already occupied room! Imagine our surprise when we tried to enter! The security man on duty simply shrugged and said “it happens”. We were given a new room and key, but the bathroom vent was dirty and leaked water. There was a large influx of people the Saturday we stayed and our floor smelled like pot for two days! There was no ice in any of the ice machines on the odd numbered floors and when I went to the front desk about, nothing changed. The hotel was trashy on the outside, with full cans, broken tiles, and Christmas decor still out. The location of this hotel is choice, but it was a very disappointing experience, being that it is a Raddison.

Upon entering the room there was a Pringle wrapper on the bed and it looked like someone had laid on top of the bed. Pillows were sloppy and blanket was wrinkled up.. there was bird poop on the window, flies swarming around and some of the walls had cracks and was missing paint. A real slap in the face for almost $200 for one night. Never again!

i’ve been coming to this location for about 3 years now. it’s sad that the quality has gone down. last night’s case was mini ants. tiny little ants. running in opposites corners of the room. i was staying for one night and was more out than in with minimal clothing so i didn’t complain because when you do,you can get a room that’s WORSE. i hate to see this happen to such a beautiful and convenient location.

Dirty, lack of basic necessities, inconvenient experience. Bags of trash remained overnight on the floor, in the hall, outside of a room, just as we walked out of the elevator; there was NO shower curtain in our room - we had to put up our own shower curtain!; our key did not allow us to enter a side door and we had to walk around to the front door; we requested extra towels and we told we had to come down to the front desk to retrieve them - from the 14th floor!!

Totally disgusting. Do not waste your money to go here. The wallpaper was falling off because of water and mildew. The corners of the bed had disgusting crumbs of I don't know what. The chairs were torn and stained with, I can only assume is blood. Dirty sheets and towels.They should tear down the entire building and build something new because it's at the point of no return.

The desk chair in my room was broken and wouldn’t go up. As I was working on my laptop all evening, I called the front desk and asked if it could be swapped out. They said they would “try”. No one ever responded so I sat on 2 pillows on the chair trying to elevate myself to an appropriate level. Pretty clean but there was a glob of toothpaste on the wall next to the sink mirror. Not major but just seemed kind of hard to miss. Not sure if it’s typical or not but I only had 4 working TV channels. To be fair, I didn’t ask the front desk because I hadn’t gotten a response for my chair request so I didn’t bother.

You could tell this was an old property they attempted to update. The lobby is very nice but the rest of the hotel is dated. Phone in room did not work Requested a hair dryer twice, never got it. Requested extra towels, never got them. Room only serviced every 3 days or after checkout.

Property looked newly updated. My issue was the tv channel selection basic tv and no apps pre installed. Highly recommend bringing Firestick or Roku for entertainment.

The staff are udderly rude and don't know how to deal with people with disabilities and they don't care either. They treated me like I was a piece of dirt and I was locked out of my room for several hours while I was told to hang on because " they're helping other guests with their check ins it was in the morning and so I came down in my pj pants to extend my stay and all that had to be done was just for Them to take my payment method and I was stuck in the lobby as a ( Diamond member) at that for several hours while I was told I would have to keep on waiting for other people to cut in front of me. Poor professional grade ppl who work here and don't care about anything but a paycheck. Sadly it's true.

I made a reservation on Expedia after a canceled flight and showed up to two front desk clerks being rude to a lobby full of other folks in the same position at midnight. They were trying to clean rooms to get as many guests in as possible but were being dismissive, interrupting anyone with questions, laughing at customers' plights and mocking our concerns. When I got to the counter, they told me they had one room left, but then couldn't find my Expedia reservation and unapologetically told me to leave and call Expedia about it. I understand that third party apps can overbook hotels but there's absolutely no reason for them to treat weary travelers so poorly. I was very polite and they were extremely rude, and they finally refused to let me buy the last room they had, which forced me to walk to five other hotels looking for a room, finally finding one at 2am.

A man entered our room after check-in without identifying himself. The hotel could not say if it was hotel staff or not. It was an unsafe situation that they could not explain. We turned in the keys less than an hour after check-in due to this incident. Told them about situation and they stated they would cancel room and return deposit. Neither happened. They refused to work with me or Expedia to return the stay as stated.

I stayed here for 3 weeks. Was told you receive housekeeping upon request. However, requested the last 7 days everyday due to no housekeeping coming. Had to go to front desk everyday for shampoo and towels. Took out my own trash. Terrible housekeeping here!

I booked a King bed on the High Floor. I flew in and arrived at the hotel at 520pm. Manoj was the associate helping. He stated "top floor" and gave me a key to a room on the 3rd floor. Weird, but maybe their floors are different. Nope 3rd floor. I go back down and hes gives the most rude service ever. Says he is sold out. I told him thats fine but my booki g was for a high floor. He said he had nothing but then found a room on the 6rh floor. I stated you have 15 floors. He states he has to move someone. Not my problem, my booking was for a high floor. He then tells me I got there at 530 so I shouldve come earlier. I informed him I flew in and regardless whatever I booked should be reserved when I arrive. He finally "finds" a 10floor room and tells me next time I should inform them of the high floor. Told him his service was rude and the system should inform him.

People were all in the parking lot standing around. There was no parking for room tenants because of all the other people there. My id was never asked for when I checked in and I never received a receipt of any sort when I checked out. I dod not feel safe and my 357 was wasted.

We book it for two days, the first night My wife and I were coming in around 1 in the morning, and there were some people arguing outside the entrance. As soon as we came in there were some gunshots outside we run to the elevator for safety. The police showed up soon after. we decided to cancel the next day.

When I arrived there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. No sign telling me they would back… just empty desks. Got checked in and found out the restaurant was closed Tues-Sunday. No option for food except for gas stations near by. The website did not say anything about the restaurants closing. Also the place could use an update. Very dated and worn

The room was okay. The layout of the bathroom was not as expected as the photos do not depict the actual layout. The ironing board was broken which is did report at check out. I am also not sure the relationship between the hotel and the restaurant within the hotel huh maybe they can work together to make sure they are properly stocked with food and alcohol as they were out of a lot due to wedding and family reunion.

Breakfast buffet was a great deal with very nice variety of items to choose from. The attendant went out of his way to make sure you were satisfied. The food at the restaurant and the bartender were also a huge surprise. They were both top notch. The room was clean but we had a little hiccup with the tv not working the first night. The outlets next to the bed were not working so you could not charge the phone by your bedside. Finally the shower took a while to get hot but the issue was that you had to be fast to turn it on or get hit with cold water due to the awkward door. The staff was really helpfull and very cordial which made the stay very nice.

This place was nice and price was good. The breakfast is $10 and it is AMAZING!! So much to choose from, food is well cooked and so many options! I've never had a breakfast with so much good food! The gentleman that runs it is incredibly sweet, pays so much attention to you and details. Keeps everything clean, and even will slice up oranges for you and bring to your table! I had it both days just b/c it was so good and he was such a great person!
