“Courtyard view” just looked onto the parking lot and because we were on the first floor we were a few feet from someone else’s car. The pool and hot tub were clean and convenient with great hours (kids until 10pm, adults until 11pm). Breakfast comes in a box and includes juice and water and you select from several options - very convenient and delivered right to the room. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our 4th stay at Sugar Beach. It is always wonderful. Very clean! Due to my husbands back issues they came and turned the mattress to help with comfort. Anything we asked for such as towels were brought very quickly. The pool and hot tub were clear and clean with very comforatable temperatures. I love staying here and look forward to future visits.

We stay at Sugar Beach or Grand Beach every year when we come for the soccer tournament. It is clean, we love the pool and beach, and love going to play putt putt across the road.

The bugs in the balcony are very uncomfortable. We couldn’t sit out in the balcony because of how dirty it was. I understand there’s bugs but it seemed like they have not cleaned it in a long time. The air conditioner was very dusty too; I was afraid to turn it on due to how much dust it had.

The property is infested with ants and spiders. We asked to change rooms given the parade of ants in the room and staff were more than accommodating but unfortunately the room we changed into also had ants and spiders. I can only assume that there's an infestation that needs to be taken care of. The breakfast idea of it being delivered to the room at your own convenience is a very good idea but the options available are terrible.

We had a great time at Sugar Beach Resort! It's very clean, you constantly see staff picking up garbage, straightening chairs, and cleaning up around the beach. The boxed breakfasts aren't anything exciting but it was convenient and punctual. We enjoyed beautiful sunset views, a comfortable room, and friendly service. We would certainly return!

The bathroom shower curtain was awfully dirty and moldy. Sliding door screen was torn in two places. Dirt in the corners of the room and bathroom. We would pribably not stay again.

There was quite a bit of black mold on the bottom of the shower door and the track, I know it’s somewhat hard to clean I do my own shower at home. If you could get it cleaned really good once and keep it up it won’t be that hard to keep it clean, just a thought.

Nice clean place to stay with very friendly professional staff from front desk to cleaning crew. The coffee, toiletries and breakfast were all good quality items. Large room, comfortable bed, great price on off weekend stay and wonderful beach view and furnishings. Loved the picnic tables for morning coffee! Good coffee provided 24 hrs! Definately stay here again.

We were pleased with the room but it was hard to control the temperature. It was usually too warm. We could adjust the thermostat but it still stayed warm. I would have preferred a breakfast buffet instead of the menu choices delivered to the room. Overall it was a nice place to stay

Check in was excellent with Josh. He was personable and professional. The Room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had all the amenities needed. Bed was comfortable. The outside of the hotel and lobby are in good shape. The halls are showing their age a bit with cracks and the room itself is showing its age a bit with the bathroom, counters and tile. The beds and furniture are ok. The hide a bed was very worn out. The room above us was terrible as you heard every step. Get the highest floor if you stay here. Nice enough overall. Not perfect but if it’s the right price than go for it.

The property is right on the beach which is well kept. Boat rental is right there also. Downside would be the heavy traffic on the street, can’t really walk anywhere

We loved this hotel and the convenience of not having to travel to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Bonus points for having Starbuck's coffee in the room. The boxed breakfasts were nice, although it would be nice to substitute some items. We will definitely come back again.
