I absolutely adored this clean hotel. First of all, the staff here are amazing. They take pride in their work and make every guest feel welcomed.The house keepers are helpful and so friendly. I had a nice conversation with the kind manager about how much I appreciated the special touches that the place offers, such as, a very nice continental breakfast from 6am till 10am. They have something for everyone. I was impressed with them even offering plant based sausage. Which tasted quite good. The dining room is clean and well organized. They even have filled salt and pepper shakers neatly placed on every table. I know to some, this might not be a big deal, but to me, it was the little touches, like this, the attention to detail, that shows me this is a quality hotel. The pool was amazing. The water crystal clear and a perfect temperature. It was so relaxing. They had clean pool towels, noodles for floating, and even a handicap lift chair next to the pool for anyone with mobility issues. I liked the gym. Very nice gym equipment. I appreciated their good variety of vending options, a clean and full ice maker, which we used a lot. I love that they have recycling bins, a water cooler for good drinking water, a work area in the lobby for anyone needing to work or surf the web. They even write down the weather for the day on a white out board and some restaurant recommendations. I enjoyed the free WiFi that was speedy and easy to hook to. Most importantly, they welcomed, my fur baby.

Super friendly staff & willing to help with anything. Shuttle service to downtown was wonderful & saved on driving & parking during the crowded Cherry Festival.

The area is in a great location. Parking is a bit tight. The parking lot was really icy but I guess it depends on the temp, if putting stuff to melt it would work.

Clean,staff great and one of the best breakfasts for a hotel in a long time. Pool good for teens and adults but for little ones not so much. The fitness area was better than most hotels. Nice parking because you can go in the building in multiple spots. Overall really good. We stay at hotels every 3-6 months this place is definitely worth it.

We liked the fact that there was shuttle service to the airport since we had a very early flight.

My husband and I had an excellent stay. The breakfast was great. They had the friendliest and most helpful staff of any hotel I have been to. I absolutely loved the latte/cappuccino machine by the front desk and it was available 24/7 and made good lattes for an instant machine. I wish all hotels had this machine. The pool was open 24/7 which is very nice for adults trying to have a swim without kids jumping around and screaming. It was conveniently located to the attractions we wanted to go to. Our bed was comfortable, our room was very nice, and we really liked having a refrigerator and microwave in our room.

Overall this hotel worked for what I needed at the time. Walking distance to the pickup area for a race I was attending, airport/downtown shuttle from 5am to midnight was a huge plus. Joel was very friendly and gave good recommendations for food/activities. The hotel itself needs updating. The room was a bit muggy and the air didn’t seem to work properly. It mainly blew semi cool air and smelled stale. The pool and gym were in a dark area and I felt a bit uneasy going down there. However the room and property was clean. There is free breakfast on site which was also a plus. There is a restaurant at the neighboring hotel which you can order from. Front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly.

All the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the room had a noticeable old carpet smell, and the same odor was present in the gym as well.

Convenient location, very quiet,excellent hot breakfast with lots of variety, very friendly & accommodating staff, pet friendly & loved the walk-in shower! The room was very clean, but the bed was too high & difficult to sit on edge. I’m tall & had difficulty getting into bed it was so high off the floor!

Everything was great except the room smelled like cigarette smoke. That is very disgusting.

Over our four day stay housekeeping NEVER cleaned the room or even brought fresh towels even though the front desk noted daily cleaning! Paying over $250 a night I expect DAILY housekeeping. Had to go to the front desk for towels every day and they were stingy with them, women need two towels, one for hair, one for body. Had to visit the front desk for toilet paper, ridiculous!

Very clean and well maintained hotel. It is not a big hotel but the quality is top notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and they even have bread slices packed in lunch bags for guests to take for the road trip. So considerate!

Outdated. Low water pressure in the shower. House phone inoperable. Bad pillows. Otherwise, okay place to stay but overpriced. Breakfast buffet was good. Had a shuttle service to downtown. Front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. Have an indoor pool that looked swim-able. Pet friendly.

The hotel is older and dated in furnishings and decorations and for the price we paid (over $400 for the night), I have stayed in much better for a lot less. Our room was weird in that the only window faced out into the hallway. There was no window facing outside, so we had to keep the blackout curtains pulled the entire time because someone could see in if they walked past in the hallway.

The shower was too small - it was hard to take a good shower.

Nice spacious loft room

The suite had 2 levels separating the two beds upstairs and down.

The staff here were so incredibly kind and helpful. We had many tourist questions and the ladies at the front desk were always eager to help. The rooms were clean and our kids loved the suites with the loft!

Super clean and VERY comfy bed. Great linens, crisp and feeling very clean as well as the bed spread. Two of the pillows were very puffy and the other two medium but not on the thinner side for us smaller people who need thin pillows. The bath supplies were wonderful, eco friendly and smelled of citrus! I LOVED LOVED them! Bath towels were well stocked. Breakfast had both hot and cold foods, plus coffee and a good range of teas, which was nice. Sausage was plant based but really had great sausage flavor. Night receptionist who checked me in was friendly and helpful. The day one, who seemed to be the manager, was very very loud, making breakfast nearby less peaceful for those trying to wake up. She was nice though. Wi-fi and plenty of ports to charge up all the tech you might have. It was a lovely stay and I am glad I chose it!

The bed was hard as a rock. Pillows were lumpy, no tub, tiny shower and you sunk into the couch.

The hotel was fine. It’s an older hotel but it seems they do their best to keep it clean but only so much to do. The breakfast was good. The room with the spiral staircase and balcony was nice. The giant skylight made the room very bright though, by 7am.

Beware of the queen suite. It has two queen beds, one at the ground floor and one at the loft. There is no window or ventilation of any sort. The ac vent was only effective at one corner of the room. We paid for this, assuming that it will be a better property and were highly dissatisfied.

Wish I got her name, but we checked in and the lady was super nice and friendly. Brown hair and glasses. She has great customer service skills and made us feel informed and welcomed.

This is a great place to stay. Out of the five other hotels we have stayed at in TC, this was the best so far. The staff is friendly and helpful, it is pet friendly, the pool is nice, the breakfast is great. Not a negative thing to say about the Best Western Plus!

Decent hotel with shuttle transportation to the downtown area. Rooms were good and we were given extra pillows and bedding upon request. Shuttle service was great. Hotel location was not the best for anything walkable. A car is definitely needed.

Best breakfast offered here than any other hotel we’ve been at

Property condition and poor breakfast quality

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, our room had some issues. One of the chairs at the table was extremely wobbly and at risk of collapsing. Staff had a difficult time finding another chair that was not in the same condition. I would suggest checking all chairs in rooms for safety. This is a fall risk. Pillows are old and very uncomfortable. Keurig coffee maker leaked, and was placed on a shelf that made it difficult to lift the lid to make coffee. It was not easy to move to another place because the cord went through a hole in the back of the shelving unit that was connected at the back in a power strip holding coffee maker, microwave & mini-refrigerator cords. Also the refrigerator was totally turned off, and in order to safely store food in a refrigerator, it needs to be ON and cooling for 24 hours. My food was safer in my car! So not having a refrigerator turned on for guest use means the guest had no use of all amenities. No one was restocking breakfast items, so we were not able to take advantage of that amenity. I feel the price I paid was too high for what I received. I would not return or recommend this accommodation.

We arrived early and they let us check in. The hot breakfasts were very good. The staff was very friendly. There are fresh, warm, chocolate chip cookies every night at 6 PM.
