Nice renovations, clean pool and hot tub. Comfortable room. Very nice overall and best price in the area

The motel was a great price for Traverse City. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are a little outdated, they don’t have a port for your phones and the tub was a little spongy. The pool room only had one chair in it so you couldn’t sit and relax and the floor was a little slippery. All and all, the price was right and beds were very comfortable so the other stuff you can overlook.

Positives for this hotel quick check in, clean, comfy bed decent price, pool & hot tub, room coffee maker. Negatives continental breakfast is very limited food selection served till 9:30, coffee does not stay out for your convenience. Though its pet friendly front desk tells you, you cannot leave dog unattended which is why I choose pet friendly hotel thinking I didn’t need someone to pet sit. So if it’s a 90 degree day or zero below you can’t enjoy dinner or some other event while out of town cause of your dog not able to be left for a few hours in a comfortable room. No chairs or anywhere in pool area to sit belongings.

This was a nice inexpensive option. The hot tub and pool area were very nice. The room was clean (there's always a hair so I don't count that anymore). Normally I would prefer carpet but I think that made me feel like it might be cleaner. I was slightly concerned it would be more noisy for the people below me. Breakfast was meh. Mini muffins, toast, some fruit, peeled hard boiled eggs, 2 cereal options, milk and coffee. I was happy to be able to make my Bulletproof Coffee with real butter. Every place smells like marijuana at this point so I can't count that against them. According to the evacuation picture on the back of the door, there's a smoking hall and a nonsmoking hall but I don't recall having the option so FYI. Hot tub felt great but I could feel gravel under my feet like it's crumbling. Most Budget Hotels I go to say they have a pool and then it's always closed so I was very happy that the hot tub and pool were open! I think this place is popular for people here for construction and various jobs like that. I could hear people talking loudly in the hallway but it didn't seem to carry into the room. We did run the fan all night though. Very few parking spots near the entrance but the lot is not that big.

Pool was cold and the breakfast choices were terrible. Not much to chose from.

The tv was not cable and the bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was well stocked with many choices. The pool was excellent and opened early.

It's affordable, the hot tub is actually hot with jets and it's amazing. The view from the hot tub/pool area is gorgeous with all the nature around the building. Both times I went, check in was easy/fast, my room was very clean, tv worked great, awesome movies to watch on tv, and the beds are very comfortable. I also like the cozy soft linens. convenience of vending machines, and nice restaurants nearby.

Ok location for Traverse City high season based on the price. We found roaches in our bathroom which was disappointing.

Room was spotless and clean. Staff very friendly. Would definetly stay there again.

The bathtub was not clean and the shower curtain was moldy smelling.

Hair dryer didn’t work correctly , rooms need cleaned better , the bathroom vent was full of dust and filthy.

Dirty- there was *what looked like* dried blood that had been wiped and then smeared across the tv stand. The toilet wasn’t flushed. We left and cancelled our stay.

In town for a bridal shower. Our room was filthy. The floor was absolutely covered in hair. If we didn’t arrive so late we would never have stayed there. Would not recommend.

we arrived after 4.00 p.m. and the hallway was dirty, as if it hadn't been vacuumed for a long time. The bed in the room was clean, as was the bathroom. but the floor definitely hadn't been washed. And the mirror had print of previous customers.

Room was clean with the exception of the telephone as it was dirty and sticky. Outside and front entrance is dated. First impression was not good as all I could smell was the cigarette smoke on the person that came to the front desk for check-in.

Rooms were very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable too. We enjoyed our stay here.

Nice and clean room with comfortable beds. Has fridge and microwave in room. Fairly small room but met our requirements since only two of us. Is located at the start of the downtown so not walkable to shops. The drain in bathroom is slow but eventually drains. It’s a cold breakfast, no hot items except for coffee but it was good enough - cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit muffins, bagels and hard boiled eggs. Would return.

Very clean. Bed mattresses soft, almost too soft. Breakfast minimal. But good stay overall.

Breakfast is just continental style. Hotel is next to a major road. Beach is just across the street. Several restaurants nearby. TV in the room only picked up a handful of over the air stations, very limited. Free wifi was not secure, but cell signal was good. Room was cramped. Lots of parking. Nice bathroom.

Bed was to soft. Toilet was so low that you felt like you were going to sit on the floor.

Great value for the money. Rooms are small-ish, but clean and tidy. We've stayed here several times with no complaints. Perfect for a few nights in the area - and the rates are always reasonable.

Was told at checkin there were very minimal room services staying 3 nights, they would refresh towels and take trash. That never happened at all, first day i went down to pick up new towels, second day didnt bother since leaving the next day, never took trash. The hvac worked but was noisy and seemed always be cycling on and off no matter setting. Beds were horrible for us personally, very soft and constantly trying to make you roll off side. We had 2 queen bed room, beds seemed small for queen size but did not verify, just be aware if traveling with larger kids. Breakfast was basic, toast muffins cereal hard boiled eggs yogurt. Enough to start the day but nothing to look forward to. It is true you get what you pay for, not a bad experience, just could have been better with slightly different results. It wouldnt have taken much to improve but still missed the mark where it matters.

The room and property was clean. The bed was super comfortable but our room was tiny and oddly shaped. Only 2 cubbies, 2 small drawers and clothing rack. The bed took up 90% off the space. Continental breakfast was very limited.

Nothing unique, it was a nice room! The check in lady was nowhere near pleasant! Wasn’t even at the desk when we arrived, had to call her on a phone! Absolutely No personality whatsoever!!

Very friendly professional courteous kind and knowledgeable. Would Highly recommend.

More staff members should be hired to not overwhelm employees that have a variety of responsibilities to take care of.

Hotel is clean, and the staff is wonderful. I’ve stayed here many times and never had a bad stay. This is my go to hotel in Traverse City.

Staff was great. Got us a room right by the pool, gave us a late check out to accommodate us during our soccer tournament. Clean & quiet.

This is a nice hotel located across the street from the bay. There are multiple restaurants within easy walking distance. Just down and across the street is a nice walkway along the beach. This hotel has easy parking. It is not a new hotel but the rooms are clean and updated. Breakfast is the usual basic continental food. Overall a decent place to stay 😁.

Egress from the property toward the south is very difficult.

Bike trail behind the hotel that lets you walk your pet or safely walk to the nearby businesses.

I really like Seasons Inn for its location. Very clean room, and staff is polite and friendly. Easy parking, close to public beaches with several restaurants around. It’s not far from Traverse City downtown. I can get my lovely Elk Rapids lake side ( public beach) just in 18 min driving.

I liked the location, the friendly staff, and the fact the property had both a pool and hot tub. The building outside and around the property could us some attention. There was some trash in and around parking lot and they had weeds and grass growing in the outdoor planters.

The room is clean however they never changed our sheets in 3 days but the garbage was emptied and we did get new towels. The pool and the hot tub were nice, breakfast was pretty bad only carbs and some hard boiled eggs. All in all it was a pretty good hotel in Traverse City staff was very nice

It's ok for overnight. Small room and the bed is comfy. It's very hard to get out of hotel during the rush hours. The breakfast is too simple!

The breakfast selection was poor and the muffins were dried out. The beds were not very comfortable either.

Location was within a lot of attractions, great staff, needs brighter sign on the road, it's hard to see where to pull in, and the breakfast wasn't even a continental but more like a stale snack. Could use fresher fruit, and a waffle maker. That would at least cover the basics.

I was really disappointed in what they call a breakfast. There was bread for toast and jelly but no peanut butter. There was two cereals none of which were anything a child would eat. The coffee was hot but not good. Can you believe they didn't even have a waffle machine.
