Nice place to stay. Nothing too fancy. Check in and out were very easy. Some noise early on but got better later. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. Breakfast had adequate options. Overall nice place.

Friendly fast check in. Clean comfortable room and the breakfast in the morning was top notch. The pool area was large and clean. The hot tub was perfect - you can set the jet timer for 60 minutes.

It was a nice hotel, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. It was pretty quiet in there even for being booked up. Hotel was clean and pool area was nice. Really the only thing that we didn't have was a vent fan in our bathroom.

We arrived and check in was easy, got to our room and it had a jacuzzi in it. Tried to use it and there wasn’t any hot water. So we decided to go to the pool area to go on the hot tub. There was at least a dozen unsupervised kids in the pool area. Another gentlemen called the front desk and she came in and said something to them. A parent finally came after a kid called him to come down. The heater in our room was blowing out cold air until about 4 am. I did let the desk know but since the room was prepaid they couldn’t do anything.

Hotel staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was clean, with plenty of clean towels. Breakfast had a nice selection of cold and hot items, and even opened a half hour earlier to accommodate the snow cross racers and their families that had to leave the hotel early. The complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cookies in the the lobby were a nice treat. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Room was clean, staff was great. The carpet in the elevator was badly stained which was a negative. Breakfast was tasty but FOX NEWS was a big, big negative. Perhaps a home show would be more enjoyable to more people.

The staff was great! The room unfortunately smelled old and musty. The elevator was in the same condition. Thr building needs updates, but the towels and bedding were clean. The AC unit was loud and may have also contributed to the musty smell. I ended up hanging tag bags all around the room, and over the vents to mask the smell - LOL.

The hotel is old, the rooms are old, the pillows are old and flat. When I called the front desk to ask for more, they weren’t sure if there were any available. The hotel was not full of guests, the parking lot had maybe 15-20 vehicles. The bathrooms were discussing, floor dirty, bathtub had hair in it and the shower head was so old it could not be adjusted. The toilet is low to the ground and hardly wanted to flush. I would NEVER stay here again!

This is a tired property in need of much TLC. Chipped paint, peeling ceilings, stained furniture and carpeting. Garbage and cigarette butts at the main entrance. This is a serviceable location, just lower your expectations and appreciate the price.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I'd ever slept in. The mattress was very hard, stained, and gross. The blankets barely covered us. The floor was filthy. We dropped the remote under the bed and there was tissues etc. Under the bed. The air conditioner in the room sounded like a jet taking off. We got no sleep. I don't recommend wasting money on this hotel.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. One night, a family stayed in the room above us and their kids were running around in the middle of the night... bathtub had a slow drain.....and operating the TV was difficult because they give you a simple remote that doesnt give you access to the picture settings. the price was great and the place was clean and safe.

My check in was wonderful, very nice young man working at the front desk Saturday afternoon. The room was a little outdated, but the bed was comfortable, the TV was great size and the air worked perfectly. The young woman working the breakfast on Sunday morning was awesome, she kept things full and stocked the whole time I was down there, very good breakfast with bacon, biscuits and gravy and waffles. If I'm in the area again, I will stay here! Thank you!

I love 3pm ch3ck ins and 12pm check outs, my only complaint was that the water was luke warm, we rented a jetted tub king suite for relaxing and got to use the tub once due to water temp. Being low. Breakfast was amazing and bed was so comfy and the hotel is very very clean

Needs updating in a bad way. Carpet in elevator looks like it has been in a machine shop. Younger woman at front desk acted like I was definitely an inconvenience the two times I interacted with her. Bordering on rude, and definitely not happy to have to interact with me. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. I was in a king suite. Sofa looked like it was found on the side of the road. Sheets were pristine and very clean. Carpet was stained. Walla had scuff marks. The air conditioner worked well.

Booked online thru expedia, woke up around midnight to night manager trying to get into my room Somehow there wasno record of my room assignment. Just got back in bed phone started ringing manager demanded toknow who i was .i said id come from desk . He then starting raising his coice in front of other guests told me loudly if i went back to room he calling police, i went to check on granddaughter, went back to lobby waited for police. Manager supposed to call me, nothing so far.

This was our second visit to this Country Inn. The staff at the hotel are excellent, helpful and friendly. We had 2 minor items to be fixed and the gentleman who came, almost immediately, was terrific. He repaired both items in a very short time. The shower head was useable but not ideal. It was older and did not adjust well so although a useable place was found it sprayed outside the limits of the chosen spray. It is too high to be used by hand and too difficult a fit to put back even if I could have reached it. Overall the stay was quite nice.

We were in Elk River to visit family. The location was very convenient although there is major road construction going on that made it difficult to come and go but we figured out our routes over the course of the stay. The hotel was nice and the staff was nice.

Hotel was convenient and easy to find. Hotel was clean. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Nice to see remote control was sanitized. Offered fresh coffee and cookies in the lobby. The free breakfast was delicious. Served a lot of items such as waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, potatoes, pastries, yogurt, beverages, etc. So much selection. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but it looked very nice

The breakfast buffet was excellent one day and the next horrible. From everything fresh, warm to cold, lack of choices, no silverware. Maybe they were just short employees. Problems with key cards for a lot of guests. Which meant having to go to the front desk several times so you could get into your room. However the rooms were clean and quiet. And the workers were polite.Hence the overall good rating.
