Everything was good. Easy to get to. Unfortunately the pool was not working and the breakfast was small but other than that the hotel fit our needs.

Showing age. No elevator for 2 story building. If you need handicap room be sure to ask. Clean. Continental breakfast just fruit and waffles. No eggs or breakfast meats.

Horrible experience, mold in pool area, was told before booking that there was a working hot tub only to show up and see that it was boarded up and had been for over a year. Shower mat was ripping up and covered in mold. Not worth the money at all!

Breakfast Monday through Friday is just so-so. I wish more attention would be paid to checking occasionally to clean up peoples messes. I just happen to be someone who looks at an area and sees what could be improved. Air conditioner was great! Very quiet. Appreciated that I could bring my dogs, but felt the $20 per pet fee was a little high. Location is fantastic. We could get to the. canal in 5 minutes and went up the north shore no problem from motel.

Stayed 3 days. Cleaning crew did not change out towels, empty trash cans, or vacuum. Also neighbors were banging on walls and could hear noises and walking on ceiling. Won't stay here again. Breakfast was horrible. Cereal, bread, and all carbs. Aiden the desk clerk was very helpful and nice. I shouldn't have to ask for my room to ve serviced. Protocol is if guest doesn't WANT to inform front desk. Ihad to beg for towels each day and toiletries. The cleaning crew needs to be fired.

I had a needle stick injury while using the toilet roll. A used syringe pricked me and the local deputies were called. My whole body is still shook from this unexpected malitious event. I spent 1 1/2 hours in the ER having lab work taken and will think again before staying at any hotel again.

I pulled back the sheets and blanket and discovered a bunch of hair that was must diffently not mine. The hair was woven into the material of the sheets.. which clearly means that the bed was used and sheets were not changed. I simply asked for new ones and remade the bed myself. I was very disappointed that this was a issue to encounter having chosen this establishment for the reason I felt it would be a good choice because the property was under new management and has had some renovations done to it... I was actually disappointed about the situation but too exhausted from our travels to make a big issue over the matter but for the rates charged per night it's not to bizarre one would expect to at least have sheets removed and fresh clean sheets replaced after the guest checkout. This was however the only issue I had with my stay.. everything else was decent. Friendly and inviting staff upon check inn and the employee who gave me the set of clean sheets was very respectful and helpful... Looked a bit confused... But not rude at all.

The place smelled terrible. The nonsmoking room didn't matter. The air quality was so poor that I almost had to take my girlfriend to the ER because she was having breathing difficulties. There was black mold present in the building, and it's ridiculous that the cleaning service is only once every three days, especially when I had to pay over $170 per night for the room. The AC/heater sounded like a train was running through the room. I also left some items in the room by mistake when I checked out, and no one called to tell me they had my property. I will never stay there again.

Room was dirty and smelled bad. Sheets had an awful stain. Air conditioner was filthy. Carpet in bad shape. We had to be moved to a different room. That room slightly better. Only positive is that clearly the housekeeper took care in the bathroom, though the fixtures are not in good condition. Outdoor space also a mess, with litter and cigarette butts everywhere. In ANY other circumstances, we would have demanded a refund and left, but the weather was bad and we had no choice but to stop for the night. Would never stay there again.

It was a very nice hotel except the shower needs some attention. There is no hot water and barely any pressure. I couldn’t rinse shampoo/conditioner out of my hair. The room was very clean and very friendly front desk personnel.

I’d like to inform you that there was absolutely no hot water in the shower every morning in room 111. Only in the sink. So I was forced to take sponge baths from the sink water. The heating/cooling unit is very outdated and cracking. The knob was hard to turn and the low setting wasn’t working. The room also had no luggage rack, we had the front desk staff hunt one down. I will however praise you on the comfort of the beds. I was glad to sleep comfortably at least.

The room was nice and staff were friendly. They don’t wonderfully with the winter storm onset and a heavy influx of travelers such as us. When the thing says “pet friendly “what they really mean is “dog friendly“. Also the structure of the building could use more sound proofing.

Rooms could use a little updating. There was a little bit of a funky smell but not bad. Maybe like it used to be a smoke room a long time ago? Not sure. But everything was clean and in good condition. All of the staff was friendly.

Phyllis was very sweet I really thought she had a great attitude. It took us 45 minutes to check into the hotel because there was a line out the door. You should maybe have two people checking in on concert weekends. The hotel was clean but very run down looking on the exterior.

Booked room listed as pet friendly, total price shown for pet friendly room. No other indications at booking of additional cost for pets. Very misleading room description Upon check in was notified 20.00 pet fee. When questioned hotel where one could find this info was dorected to hotel policies. However, booking had no indication to check additional policies and the link for additonal costs etc said nothing about pet fee.

I reserved 7 rooms 2 months prior to my cousins wedding. The rooms were held on my amex card until check-in. I called twice to confirm and let the staff know we were attending a wedding and everyone would come in and pay for their rooms individually. At 4pm the front desk ran my card because 3 parties had not checked in yet. They said my card declined when there was sufficient funds available. When my daughter arrived to check in to her room the front desk told her our rooms had been cancelled. They sold one of our rooms but had 2 out of the 3 we had to check into yet. My daughter had to pay for the 2 rooms that were left which left us short a room for my mom. I was so upset when my daughter called me at the wedding dance. We had to leave early. When I arrived at the hotel the front desk said there was nothing she could do about it?? What hotel doesn't hold your room later than 4pm when you hold it on a credit card and called them 3 times to let them know you were attending a wedding. Be careful when reserving at room at this hotel. I will never stay at a Days Inn again.

Not family friendly. My 2 year old got told to shut up by staff because she was crying then when my wofe took her to the room the staff proceeded to follow her and tell her to quiet the kid. This was at 8am

Property was clean, thou rooms could use updating. Beds were comfortable. Staff was best thing here, everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a issue with the air conditioner not working they reacted immediately and moved us to a new room and very apologetic. The staff made a basic motel/hotel stay enjoyable.

I like the fact it’s right off I-35. Close to state parks, recreation of fishing, ATV, and hiking. Several options for fast food are walkable, and a nice restaurant with a great bakery on the other side of the street
