Room was smaller then expected, toilet not working properly, key didn’t work to get onto Fitness/ hot tub area. Probably would not stay at again

Everything was great with our stay. The hotel was quiet and rooms were very clean and comfortable after a day of skiing. I really enjoyed the pillows! The hot tub was a nice treat in the evening

The property was below average, lots of things that needed to be updated. Our fireplace didn’t work, and the mirror in the master bathroom fell on me and broke. The mirror that was replaced was a fourth of its size and overall not great for what we paid per night. I will say the staff at Caribou Highlands was five out of five excellent. Especially the property manager, Katie she was amazing and definitely went above and beyond to try and fix all of our issues.
