Good place to stay, walkable distance between everything downtown

Our air conditioning didn’t work. Room was 80 degrees and uncomfortable to sleep in. Hotel was full and manager unavailable. We were told multiple times that the manager would contact us to discuss a discount and we have yet to hear from anyone.

Amazing staff and clean rooms. Everyone's very nice and the pool/hot tub and sauna area are all very clean as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Couple stay, family stay, group stay downtown Mpls, parking, restaurant/bar, pool/spa/sauna...close to everything!!!! Stayed last year again yesterday. Will stay again y'all! We appreciate attentive and kind Staff.
