This hotel has a nice restaurant downstairs with many choices. The downside. They don’t own their own parking and the parking ramp runs a scam. I entered after 5pm (11pm to be exact) to get the discounted rate. Well that rate resets at 5am and then they start charging by the hour. I ended up having to pay $41 to get out of the ramp for an overnight stay. Never again.

Excellent style and standards: room was very clean, food was very good. Fitness center was clean, well-stocked with lots of equipment. Only disappointment was no housekeeping during my stay, which I was not informed about.

The AC in our room would not cool the room lower than 72°, elementary breakfast, no pool, had to ask for your room to be cleaned, and lots of homeless people across the street so when you walk out of the hotel, your bombarded with the smell of marijuana

My husband & I stayed here to go to a Twins game. I knew that the hotel was close when I selected this place. What I didn’t know was the skyway goes to this hotel. Of course it rained late in the game & was then suspended for 90 minutes. We were able to return from Target Field to the hotel getting minimally wet using the skyway.

Almost every carpet in the entire hotel seemed to be stained. Weird smells in all common areas—elevators smelled vaguely of vomit. The main area of the “Superior Suite” was not much bigger than a typical hotel room, only divided up. Meanwhile, the bathroom was unnecessarily enormous—they should have made it smaller and the sitting area bigger. Shower would have been nice if the hand shower wasn’t broken. There are so many other hotels in the vicinity—stay at one of those.

First visit here. Great location in vibrant part of town. Great front desk lady who checked us in to room 423. Superfast elevator. Beautiful room. My only negative is the carpet being stained. Hotels just need to do away with carpet. The king bed was magical. The most comfortable king bed I ever slept on. Restaurant is next level amazing. Everyone was great. Hello to Carlos! Food excellence. Parking easy in ramp. Water pressure great in bathroom. Noise not an issue, slept like a baby. Would stay here again for sure.

I read a lot of reviews for this hotel before booking it, and the reviews tended to be positive. Yet I’ve never had such a poor experience like this at a hotel. First, and perhaps most important is just the general uncleanliness of the hotel. In my room’s closet on the shelf was a roll of condoms I assume were left by another guest? The bathroom’s glass door had spots.The sofa had stains as did the rug and the room smelled dusty and sour. It was extremely disappointing because I paid more for the business room. But it was clear that the room was not clean, nor was that floor regularly maintained. Other things that might drive you insane: a small nspresso machine that is supplied with full sized cups that are too big to fit under the spout because they are taller than the machine. So, no actual receptical for the coffee exists. You have to request to have housekeeping make up your room, but they have no clear process to make that request And do not tell you that when you check in. I had to call the front desk for mugs that were small enough for the coffee machine, and then ended up just going into the restaurant and taking them myself after waiting for 45 minutes. Also fyi— business guests do not have access to the business lounge on the business floor. And they don’t have a business center/ work space for business travelers like most hotels. The carpet is discombobulating, like an optical illusion. The elevator is so fast it’s like a carnival ride that leaves your stomach in your throat. Interesting that there is no microwave and you have to travel to another floor to be able to use one. While the staff was very nice, it was interrupting to have cleaning see if we were gone yet before 11am checkout.

The hotel location was very good near Target stadium and US Bank stadium. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room had a bank of windows looking down at the inside of hotel lobby which was strange. The black and white stripes carpeting were a little disorienting and dizzying. Otherwise a very good hotel and would recommend.

Check in was lovely - Zac helped us and was very efficient, pleasant and you could tell knew what he was doing! First looks at the room were wonderful! We got a King Suite but unfortunately our AC wasn’t quite working. We made a call to the front desk who sent up maintenance (less than 10 minutes) and he was able to look and determine he couldn’t fix it while we were in it so they’d need to move us. Not ideal but the front desk manager Mohammed got us all taken care of! He was able to get us in the different king room - we already used the shower in the suite so we only really cared about the King bed, and we upgraded to a street view which was nice and they took care of our breakfast, parking and cocktails for our evening at their onsite restaurant - which is amazing by the way! 10/10! Regardless of the AC issue we would be happy to stay there again! Everyone was friendly, the rooms were clean and restaurant for dinner and breakfast were amazing! It was a wonderful weekend celebrating our Anniversary so thank you!

Perfectly nice hotel. Most appropriate for convention goers or business travel. Somewhat lacking in amenities. A $15 food and beverage credit was noted on my reservation but there wasn’t really anywhere to actually use this. No robe. Not much coffee. No cleaning during my two night stay. No window in room that opened and it looked into the interior convention gathering space anyway. Not great overall. Visiting for family members college grad so it was a place to sleep that’s all.

I encountered the rudest checkin person ever in all my travels. It was so bad I had to ask a manager to check me in. The front desk continued to snark and laugh while they could not find the room I reserved. As they checked me in to a lower valued room then I reserved without telling me, the front desk person started to yell obscenely at my wife and I as we walked to the elevator. The manager did little to stop the issue while we were present but assured us later it was handled. He witnessed the entire conversation and agreed it was out of line and should not have happened yet didn’t intervene until I asked if someone else could check us in and help. Two days later she is back at the front desk.

They only service your room if you request it but they don’t tell you that at check in. By the time we got back to the room and realized that (maybe 2:30pm) we were told nobody was in the hotel to service anymore. They next day we requested service but didn’t happen because not enough staff. Other than that a nice stay. Good location and would stay again. Hotel bar is decent but isn’t open during the day and closes a touch early

I checked in for two queen beds for three adults staying. They gave me a room. Said nothing. I got up there and it was a king bed. No pull out. I called down. Said I think there was a mistake because I’m in a room with only one bed. Had me talk to the manager, who put me on hold. Came back on to tell me they don’t have that room for me. They have no more two bed rooms left. Check in was at 4:00. We were there at 4:30. Offered a roll away. I’ll have to see my bill if they charged me to use it.

Was in town for the Bengals vs Vikings game. The hotel is nice. Plenty of dining options around and is situated between both the Twins and Vikings stadiums. Only downfall for me is the lack of security in the area around the hotel. Many homeless that will approach you as soon as the sun goes down. Had to walk in a group to feel somewhat safe. The Nicollet mall area is sketchy at best. During the day absolutely no issues. If you are a solo traveler I’d probably look elsewhere if you feel the need to leave for dinner at night.

Once you stepped foot in the hotel, it was beautiful. The surrounding area was a little unsafe feeling, there just groups of people loitering and yelled at us as we walked past. Also things to do without taking an Uber were very lacking. The hotel itself was great and it was a quick walk to Target Center.

2 major complaints. website stated breakfast included. Not only did they not offer breakfast but they did not even have coffee available. In room coffee machine had one packet of decaf. staff did bring me regular coffee packets upon request. no where in the process of booking the room was it stated that parking was not included. Cost an additional $45 to park for the day. Shocking

Stayed for 2 nights, the hotel is beautiful and most of the staff very helpful and friendly. Their restroom off the lobby is a little dated and not as clean as everything else. There are great views from the room windows. Room was comfortable with ample pillows and space. On site restaurant was good for breakfast did not have a chance to try other mealtimes. Loved the vibe as well, and pet friendly is always a plus!
