The staff is friendly and accepting. The hotel is within 1.5 miles of many useful things, including restaurants, bars, delivered food, shopping, arts and culture, sports arenas, parking, Mayo, thr convention center. Plus Lyft/Uber/cabs/limos are readily available. The only negative was that the elevators need to be upgraded, they aren't sufficient to service surges.

Stayed here for a concert at US Bank Stadium. About 1 mile walk to the stadium. If you’re going to the stadium and walking, take into consideration the weather. If it’s Jan or Feb, it’s going to be a long cold walk. Hotel is nice. Parking is ok. I parked under the hotel. Arrived late afternoon and had hard time finding a spot. There was a convention at the hotel and lots of spots used. I liked the underground parking. Easy access to the hotel and cost $15 for overnight. Elevators were fast but in constant use. I would stay here again. Didn’t eat there, maybe next time. I sent an email to the hotel prior to arriving (4 days) asking where to park, but did not get a response. Hotel website parking info was not very helpful. Easy access to the hotel from I-35.

We were attending a Timberwolves game and was perfect for that. Nice to have a bar, restaurant and little snack shop on site. Also close to several other restaurants. And the kiddos had a blast in the pool!

We stayed during a national dance competition and. Getting coffee in morning was 30-40 min wait, elevators 30 min wait 1/2 of the elevators not working and one staircase was locked so we got stuck in there. Place itself was beautiful and staff nice just every inconvenient to get to and from. You needed to allow 1 hour extra to get to the room where the dance competition was help

Our hotel room had clothes from the previous guest in it. If it is cleaned, would they not notice that? The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned in a while, only surface. There was toothpaste stains on the counters and red hair that definitely was not from our family. Three times I requested that someone address the smell in the hallway and my room, but no follow-up was given. Our toilet was also broken upon arrival. They did fix that. The gym and pool were great though! They were well maintained and clean.

The room wasn’t super clean-stained sheets, dirty towels, and dirty floors. We also happened to be there during a huge dance conference that took up the elevator and hallways. It was not a very relaxing stay and the services were limited (restaurant, breakfast, room service).

I honestly never leave a bad review, but was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The washcloth hanging in the bathroom had two pieces of someone else’s blonde / light red hair in it, which was absolutely disgusting considering that I put it on my face.

We were in town for a football game and needed a place walking distance to USB Stadium, this place fit that request…however, it pretty much falls short in every other category! The hotel lobby is stunning, the staff at check in was pleasant and efficient..however, the rooms leave little to be desired. They are old and dated, I can handle old and dated IF they are clean, this room was NOT, I’m not talking blatantly dirty, just dingy, hair and lint in all corners, gross stains on the curtains, shower has cracked tiles and black looking mildew, box spring covers not fully put on beds, it’s not the grossest place I’ve stayed, but, at the price I paid, I expect more! Like I said old is ok, but, this place needs some bleach and a good deep clean. All in all we were there less than 24 hours and it did the job…close to Target, and walking distance to the stadium, plenty of restaurants and bars all around. The parking garage that is attached is run by a third party and not the hotel, it was cheap enough at $15 for less than 24 hours, but, it’s a nightmare to find a spot around check in time!

The bathroom was clogged and was overflowing when we turned on the shower. There are also water damage marks across the ceiling of the bathroom the rest of the room was fine but for a 4 star hotel, completely unacceptable.

Check in line was long. Then when I finally get to check-in, Joseph said he couldn’t find my reservation. Took over 20 min to get checked in. Then, no one told us where the elevators were and so we had to walk around til we finally found it. Room was nice, however ,the thermostat was stuck on 74 and we couldn’t turn it down. Tried calling guest services, phone rang for over 2 min, no answer. Then tried calling again about 5 min. Later and we did get an answer. They sent up someone to look at it. I will say that he got there pretty quickly and fixed it very quickly, which was very nice. The room and beds were very nice and comfortable!

Not their entire fault but their app crashed and therefore the line for check in was extremely long. They only had 2 staff on NYE and also a nFL rival Sunday night game- so a lot of people! Parking is not well signed and many people assumed the ramp was full and had to find other ramps. I reserved a king sized bed but even at 5pm they said none were ready and if I wanted to check in I had to take a 2 queen, again not the end of the world but when you get a kid free night, reserved a room many months ahead of time it’s what we were expecting.

The only issue I had with the property was the long line to check in. It was New Years Eve, and Vikings vs Packers game and there were only 2 or 3 people on desk and it took more than 30 min. I had had a message to use check in through Honors Program, but I couldn't get logged in to do that. Outside that, the staff I interacted with were great and I really like this hotel. It's not the first time I stayed there. Would definitely stay again.

Nice rooms, clean. Front desk made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Lady on the computer acted like she was too busy for me before passing me off to two people at the other end of the counter. Of those two, one went out of her way to avoid me and the guy did everything but roll his eyes to what should have been a simple question.

Property was clean and drinks at bar were good. Decided to last minute buy a ticket to timberwolves game so messaged hotel to extend stay. They said to go through Expedia as I originally book with. After booking I messed hotel again saying I booked another night and was informed to go to front desk to swipe credit card again and get renew room keys, I did that as requested. The next day housekeeping game to the room twice and used a key to open the door while I was in the room. When I went downstairs to confirm my room was secured for the night and explain I was walked in on while getting ready for the game. The front desk person helping me was great and confirmed I had the room, I requested housekeeping stay out of the room after the experience and the front desk worker agreed and said he had to ask a manager to help with the request. Without listening to his worker or the guest (me) the manager said “It’s not the biggest deal the room wasn’t cleaned, now is it?” I was shocked and explained I didn’t care the room wasn’t cleaned, I simply didn’t want strangers walking in on me while I was changing. I could tell after learning of the situation he quickly walked away of discomfort for being wrong but I couldn’t believe what he said, and was offered no apology. The original front desk worker I was talking with tried their best to clean up the mess that came out the managers mouth. That manager is a total embarrassment for the Hilton.

We went to watch a concert, and hotel is walkable to US Bank stadium. Our room was quiet, clean and the view from our room was awesome. Hotel's breakfast buffet was great and Nima our server was so nice and made sure that we are well taken care of.

connected to convention center where daughter played volleyball tournament.. This was very convenient and made the trip easy and stress free. Room was cleaned daily and ice on every floor was a plus. I was in room 1102. If you sit quietly in the bathroom you can hear wster running every 5 minutes. Probably a toilet in the next room. Might want to fix that problem.

Great location. Hotel was great. Beds were comfortable, staff was wonderful and helpful with questions. We walked to an event at US Bank Stadium easy walk. Will come back for our next outing at Target Field.

The property is very well maintained, the staff is very helpful, and the rooms are spacious and clean. U.S. Bank Stadium is just 1.5 miles away and they have many restaurants to choose from just a block or two from the main entrance.
