GREAT LOCATION!! I’m a big guy and had no issues walking to US Bank Stadium and the various dining areas near the Hotel. Comfortable beds and cool decor. In/Out access for parking is available but as with most downtown (any city) Hotels, there is a charge. $41/night felt a little steep but it is what it is.

Staying in town for a concert. Vibe of whole place was fun. Hotel was great, breakfast was amazing & super cute atmosphere/restaurant. Bar area was cool 70s vibe but new , service was great everywhere. Parking was easy. Only downside is no pool/hottub.

A very nice boutique hotel that I stayed in for 1 night while on a business trip. The location was excellent if you need to be in the business district. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I had dinner there and the food, drinks and service were quite good.

Great hotel, very clean. Parking was confusing on arrival, and very expensive. Using the Metropolis company to park was not user friendly, we had to call the number each time and give our license plate number to get let out.

Property is in a great location. Staff were excellent. Elevators are a little slow. There was construction noise by 730am from hotel renovations unfortunately. Overall would recommend hotel indigo!

Will never book here again, hotel only had 1 elevator working, for a fully booked night!, later they started using the service elevator, but was too little too Late! It was faster to walk up to the 13th floor than to use the elevator. Then after the Vikings game we stopped into the bar on site for a drink, my wife needed to use the restroom and they were locked, meaning if you needed to use the restroom, you were walking up to our room on13th floor. Such a poorly run hotel. It’s funny bc we stayed here before and the situation was the same!! We forgot to put this hotel as a do not stay!!

Stayed 3 nights, and there was a towel soaking up water outside the elevator on floor 8th. The whole landing outside the elevator smelled moldy Room 802 literally had snacks and fries on the "fresh bed. The level of nonchalance from counter staff is staggering. The room wasn't serviced once my entire stay. I left the snacks and fries next to the bed rest when leaving My only guess is floor 8th is reserved for the "undesired" guest. To call it a glorified motel 6 would be an insult to motel 6.

Floor had debris and was sticky. Towels werent rinsed well enough in the laundry, felt grimmy. Lobby microwave was disgusting. Bed in the premium rooms dont face the tv. Tried 3 rooms. One stunk of smoke. Huge stain on couch. Few outlets near bathooem. Had to wait 30 min for a luggage rack. Attached restaurant was way understaffed. Ffont desk is only reason its not a 1 star.

We had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Indigo! The parking wasn't bad given the location. My top favorite reasons for living Hotel Indigo include: the shower (it's heavenly), the black out curtains, the rooms are actually soundproof, the bed and pillows are luxurious, and the robes were so soft!

The staff was so very friendly. They checked on me a couple times throughout my stay. The location is perfect to walk to Target Field, Mill City Museum, and USBank Stadium. The adjoining parking was great. The decor was amazing throughout the hotel. Classy bathroom fixtures and everything worked perfectly. A wonderful place to stay!

Check in process was not great. Arrived at 3:00 (advertised check in time). Did not get into our room until 5:30. Other guest that came after us got right in. Went to the front desk multiple times and they always said it would be ready in just a few minutes. Very disappointed with the level of customer service.

The staff was professional and welcoming. We seek out Hotel Indigos due to the modern upscale design ( aesthetic) without the upscale price! Though we had an early departure in the am from Union Depot I chose Hotel Indigo over closer to the station options. Never disappointed. Finally a member:) con: no valet or greeter as we planned to just drop our bags, return rental car, then light rail back. It went smoothly regardless. Quick to bring bags up to room.

Me and my fiancé got overcharged when we already paid almost $500 for 2 nights. We got charged an extra $150.00 for no apparent reason. Never had this happen at ANY hotel. I’m a traveler so I know this ain’t right. The manager wasn’t helpful and couldn’t even refund us and was confused on what we were trying to explain to him. He didn’t know what he was talking about. We did two different transactions. 1 on a credit card then 1 on a debit card. Both went through because he said all was good. Now, we’re out $150 dollars and he told us to reconcile with the bank when he could have easily refunded us. We are going to dispute ALL the charges because this is unacceptable.

Super friendly front desk staff, texting to check in on us throughout our stay. Quiet, convenient to Metro light rail, gave us a list of suggested restaurants and sight seeing opportunities, bottle of water for each of us at check in. Decor was tastefully done. Star Bistro bar connected to hotel was convenient, but limited menu items.

There were a few mishaps with my initial check-in, but they were more than compensated for by Sam at reception! She was wonderful and upgraded my ton for the troubles. I was tired and crabby and her thoughtfulness made me feel like the hotel through its representative Was going everything it could to make my stay wonderful! I also had tremendous help from Bree who came to my rescue when I was trying to figure out my suite and gave me very patient and thorough help with finding places and organizing the chronology of places I wanted to see based on her knowledge of the geography of the city. And lastly, Doug has been incredibly helpful with returning a package to Amazon that I ordered. I originally ordered a bag to take to the WNBA playing game to be delivered to my home before I flew to Minneapolis. When I received an email that it wouldn’t arrive in time, I ordered one to be delivered to the hotel. That bag arrived after I’d already left for the game. I received a text that it arrived from Bree, but I was so tired when I fit back from the game that I forgot about it. Doug, like Bree and Sam had gone above and beyond even what would be considered good customer service and is going to have someone drop the package at Whole Foods so I don’t have to pay for a bag I could not use. I realize this is a very verbose review, but I wanted to provide specifics of how wonderful the specific people were who made my stay do fantastic! They are to be commended!!

CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT FOR EXTRA CHARGES!!!!!! Would have been 5 stars, but the hotel added 2 charges ON TOP of the damage deposit that amounted to almost $200. When i inquired about the charges literally no one could explain what they were for. Even though I've been assured these were a mistake and will be refunded, I am STILL WAITING for the money, 3 days after checkout. We had planned to eat a nice dinner but with so much money on hold, those plans were ruined. We will not rent another room here.

Great location in downtown Minneapolis. We spent one night, had supper at nearby Hell's Kitchen, went to a musical at the Orpheum theater, and had a great breakfast in the morning at the hotel restaurant - Star Bar & Bistro. Close to so many things and the service was great.

This hotel was great for what we wanted. We had gone up for a couple's trip to the Orpheum Theatre, and chose this hotel due to its proximity to the theatre. There is paid parking all over, which we were able to park and forget our vehicle, and were able to walk anywhere we wanted. They don't have a complimentary breakfast, but the little restaurant was really good, and fairly priced. This hotel was the perfect choice for what we wanted to do.

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Downtown Minneapolis with family for The Weeknd concert at Us Bank Stadium, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The walk to the stadium was quick and easy, which made getting to and from the show super convenient. The hotel’s central downtown location is amazing surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do. It’s also close to the light rail station, which made getting around the city even easier. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the city. I really appreciated the modern vibe and overall atmosphere of the hotel.

The front desk staff were very helpful. We had some issues with parking and noisy neighbors, and they were expedient in their help. We were pointed toward a really nice happy hour at the Star Bar attached to the hotel. The food and drinks were really good--a nice place to hang out. Loved the decor and location--we had a very nice weekend in Minneapolis and the Hotel Indigo was an excellent home base for our getaway.
