This hotel was located an hour from Minneapolis . There is a pizza place and gas station near by. The room was large and clean. The continental was good but a little cold in the area bc it was right by the main door and we had snow . The pool was large . We got there at 10 pm so not busy there .

From checking in with Mrs. Patel who was very gracious and let us checkin earlier than usual which was much appreciated after being on the road for 2.5 days. The pool area was nicely heated so we really enjoyed the break from the freezing temps. The hotel is immaculate. I did laundry which was quick.and affordable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff is awesome and restaurants are within walking distance.

This was after stop for pre-Labor day fun with the grandkids. The pool was good for kids and breakfast was decent. Nice not to need to go out. Only thing is no elevator for 2nd story. So you need to consider if mobility is limited. Basic hotel with clean and comfortable accommodations. Lots of convenience stores and fast food close.

Overall, this location was a hotel that I was able to stay at. The property appeared dirty and run down, as it was in the midst of what appears to be renovations. Unfortunately, we had to walk through the construction area in the main hall to reach our room, and there was a lot of exposed insulation and rooms along the way. The room was fine, however the quality of the amenities did not fit the price that we paid for our stay. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The vent for the bathroom was filthy, and there was not a working vent for the bathroom. Another person in our party had the room next door and it smelled strongly of mold or must, and was right by the construction area. If there was another hotel in the area, I would stay there every time ahead of this hotel, I don’t think that this property is a good representation of the Wyndham brand.

We stayed in the whirlpool king suite and upon arrival there was only 1 towel and handtowel in the bathroom. 1 bath mat. There was one hand towel and 1 wash cloth by the sink. There were not any towels for the whirlpool or a second person. We had to request towels twice and only stayed one night. Also there was no power for and hour and a half. They were also remodling and tvs were stacked in the entry way, dumpsters were in the parking lot. None of this was told to us prior to booking the suite.

We paid over $500 for 3 nights and for 2 nights we had to park across the road in a boarded up closed restaurant. We had to carry our bags across the road. In addition the shower had black around the tiles. Spray with bleach is an easy fix. We stayed in room 120

Last minute hotel booking for a wedding north of the Cities. Lobby, staff and breakfast were great. Room was musty, particularly dirty, and there were hairs in the tub that didn’t belong to anyone staying in the room.

Not a lot of room lighting....just bedside table and desk light. I was asked when i would check out...I replied 11a. Housekeeping was at my door at 10:30a to clean my room. Kids running in the hallway until midnight. Vacuuming hallway at 8a on a Sunday.

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Very solid king size bed gave me a good night sleep. The room was quiet at night with no external noise disrupting my sleep. Breakfast was very adequate with scrambled eggs, sausage, different juices and the ability to make your own waffles.

Property would have been fine, but they did not inform us that the building was under construction from a flood. Placed us right next to the renovation which was quite noisy. But yet they still charged for the room like there was no construction going on. Had the informed us of the construction, we would have stayed elsewhere.

On the surface, it looked nice. But the Kleenex box cover with no Kleenex and no empty box, plus having to go get coffee for the in room coffee pot points to lack of paying attention when cleaning the room. The Post-It note for 4 days saying they were out of orange juice, the ice machine that had been broken for what appeared to be awhile was also not ipressive. But the bigger problem was at 4:30am the room became overwhelming with the smell of bacon, some burned. When I called the front desk, they literally said, What do you want me to do about it"? When I asked if there was upper management I could speak to, I was told, They can't do anything about it either, so no you can't talk to anyone else" Finally at 5am I had to go sleep in my car. After we left, when I filled out the 'How did we do' survey. Managements response to the extreme smell in the room was, "We cook breakfast for everyone"

The staff was very positive and attentive to my special needs regarding no fragrance. We really enjoyed our stay and I didn't get a 6 day migraine like I do at most hotels from the awful "covering" fragrances used. We had one other special request one evening, and the staff took care of it immediately and with a smile. We'll go back!

We had a wedding party book here and the breakfast was phenomenal and way more than I anticipated to be provided. The rooms were nice and clean, housekeeping staff were amazing, as were the breakfast and front desk staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Room was clean but you could tell carpet was dirty because socks were dirty after walking on it. Never saw any housekeeping staff. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never checked on. No clean towels or anything. Front desk staff was great and breakfast was always good with a lot of variety.
