One night stay only after a long day's drive. Parking was weird (only in the back of building) but we were invited to bring our things in the front and then move our car to the back. Breakfast very basic and the area would have been very crowded with more than just a few people in it. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

I had to switch room because my door wouldn’t lock. Entrance by parking is supposed to be locked and secured but it was not. Instead it had a tape with a card to leave it unlocked. Which is not safe as that back entrance does not look like a safe place

Property is outdated with many non-working options. I was locked out of the hotel for more than 10 minutes in the snow and ice because the guest entrance door key lock wouldn’t work. This happened multiple times. The door key to our room was also finicky. The TV would turn on but we couldn’t watch television, and the room was very dark even with all lights on. We were very disappointed. I didn’t rate the staff as I did not see any staff members during the stay. The breakfast was very basic and consisted of hard muffins, cereal, waffles and oatmeal. Would not recommend.

Clean Comfortable hotel. No real complaints. Walls are a little thin and there’s no elevator to higher levels so if you can’t do stairs, probably not a great option. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay but the door by the parking doesn’t open very well and it was very cold out, I had to have another guest help me cause I couldn’t figure it out so hopefully that gets fixed or maybe just put some instructions cause the lights don’t work everytime other then that the stay was the best. I will definitly be coming back again for another stay. This was my 2nd stay there and it has been good every single time. Staff is very friendly too and very helpful and understanding. Would recommend staying here

My family and I spent 2 nights here while in the area for a wedding party and were very pleased. It is an older hotel, but it has been recently renovated. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet and the hotel staff was nice. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Area was clean. Staff was friendly enough. Room was good sized. Bed was very low to the ground and way too soft. Hard to get out of. Bathroom was huge but the water for the shower was barely warm at best. Shower head was broken and couldn’t be adjusted. Curtain was damaged and had grime on it.

Positives: The bed was very comfortable, air worked well, and staff was nice. Negatives: The place was full of unpleasant smells, very old so sorta unclean looking, the toilet didn’t flush well, the shower faucet dripped continuously, there is no in room coffee pot, and no ironing board and iron although we were able to get one to use from front desk. The room was small with no dressers to put anything, nearly no hanging space, not enough outlets and lots of ambient noise from doors closing, other people. Overall 3/10

Fairly ordinary motel; rooms clean, convenient parking; the staff were OK, not particularly gracious but business-polite. The surcharge "hold" of an extra $50 in the event we damaged the room was a surprise. WE DID NOT DAMAGE THE ROOM by the way! It was explained rather matter-of-fact, but I still felt a bit insulted by it.

The staff kicked my out because I was smoking in my car then proceeded to scan my card and steal my money currently try to fight it with my bank they are irrationally scammers avoid this place at all cost they also tried to tell me I can’t smoke weed because of my job (usps) I didn’t know they were hotel doctors lol because my MD PERSONALLY PRESCRIBED MY MEDICAL CARD!!

This hotel sucks. I am 19 and when I got there they let me know it’s 21 to check in. It doesn’t say anywhere on Expedia that it’s 21 . I booked a non refundable room so I lost $115 just to not have a place to stay. I had to drive an hour home at 11pm.

We had three rooms for a week. With black mold in the bathrooms We were working on a job in town. My employees stay in hotels all year long we travel through different states. I have never had an issue where the hotel staff were accusing people of smoking in rooms. At one point, we even took one of the employees from the front desk back to the room. We were staying in and asked them to please smell it. It was not in our room. It was two other rooms that we were not a part of. I would definitely suggest to try and find a local owned hotel in town or something that is ran a little better. We switched hotels during our trip!

Disappointing. When I arrived, the manager told me they were going to cancel my booking and said I would have to find somewhere else to stay. All because my ID was issued from the same county as the hotel. If that is the policy, I would have appreciated something posted to expedia in the reservation process letting me know I was not welcome. Would have saved all of us the inconvenience.

I reserved a room for a manager that works for me, who was helping my store in Willmar. He got checked in, but the first morning he was there a "Supervisor" started grilling him about the smoking policy. Repeated several times that theres no smoking, cigarettes or marijuana in the rooms. My manager does smoke cigarettes and smells like it, but never smoked in the building. The supervisor called him back to the hotel late morning/early afternoon to kick him out for smoking marijuana in the room. When he tried to talk to the guy the Supervisor got very aggressive, told him he was going to call the police. I called to speek with the Supervisor, i very calmly asked what was going on, and tried tonask some questions, he immediately told me if i was going to interupt that conversation was over and hung up. I called back to ask for a corporate number, he told me to google it. I asked if he had a Supervisor i could speek to, he said no to giving me a number. I offered to give my number, i asked when the Supervisor would be in, he refused to tell me. He stated that his nose is really good and can smell marijuana on tue North side of the building when he's all the way on the south. This guy was super rude, and outrageously aggressive. He saw a black man in a rural area, who smelled of cigarette smoke and kicked him out without cause or proof. F9rnthe record, i stood next tonthe young man and he smelled of cigarettes but not a bit like marijuana. I would like a refund.

We like staying here because we feel it doesn't have a lot of rowdiness and is safe, unlike some others in the city. Everything seemed clean with the exception of some things missed by the vacuum and washcloths were a little dingy but clean. Beds were comfortable and sheets and pillows were definitely clean.

Is this an older hotel? Yes. Is it nasty? NO! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the people working the front desk were helpful and kind and my daughter was thrilled that they had waffles for breakfast! We have stayed here twice and it has been a great experience both times.
