The room was large enough. My parents were staying. My mom is disabled. The staff saw they have mobility issues. Made a point to get them down to a 1st floor room on day 2 when 1 was ready. Helpful for sure. Yes the hotel is a bit used. but over all its in decent cond. for its price range.

While conveniently located, this place is a dump.

Checked in on Wednesday July 15th around 8pm. Sticky note with room number on it. Tried to key into room. Door flashed red and green, after numerous times it finally let us in. When we got into room, we heard water running. Looked into bathroom and tun facut was leaking. Tried to turn it off could not. Called the front desk they said they would send someone the next day, no maintenance person available. So had to listen to leaking water all night. One of the drawers handles were hanging off, the carpet was pealing away from the wall. The mattress was so dented in I was sleeping on an angle. July 16th morning I went to front desk to talk to them again and tell them everything that was wrong with room 306. They assured me that the maintenance guy would be in at 430 and he would fix the water leak. That they had no rooms to move into till the next morning (friday July 17th) we continued our day and coming back to the hotel at 11pm. Tried to key into our room and the dope wouldn't open. It was locked. Tried several times before I went to front desk. The gentleman there grabbed the universeral key and went back with us up stairs. His key wouldn't work the first couple of times because the battery on the key reader was dying. Finally we were Able to open the door. He said he was leaving for the night and couldn't change out the battery. It would have to be done the next day. I asked him what we were supposed to do and he said don't leave the room.
