Checking in was a breeze. The front staff was very welcoming and nice. My friend had an issue with their reservation and the front staff handled it well and helped her with her reservation. Our room was clean and comfortable. Since it's an older hotel, the walls were a bit thin so I could hear people and kids in the hallway but that's okay. Easy to find parking and breakfast was amazing. You do have to pay for breakfast if you didn't reserve it with your booking.

I want to start with the good: The first staff member who greeted was fantastic. She was helpful and super nice. The bartender, Lisa, was also great. The man who works at the front desk was rather rude. The waitress who works breakfast was not great the first day and fabulous the second. She would not even acknowledge my adult children (who look like teenagers) until my husband joined them. Next, I would like to express my disappointment with the Club level. What a waste! We have stayed here a couple of times. The refrigerator had always been stocked with water, juice, pop, yogurt & milk - even on the weekends when business travelers were not there. On prior stays there had always been snacks like muffins, dry cereal, granola bars, chips well stocked all weekend. There was no coffee or hot water all weekend. How much is it to ask for a carafe of hot water and coffee for us paying extra? The refrigerator was empty with the exception of 2 diet pops. We had no snacks all weekend. Ok - so it is Sunday through Thursday they say. Our Sunday stay had 5 granola bars & 5 bags of chips - WOW!!! Ok - so breakfast is included on the weekends. The buffet was horrible. The potatoes were like baby sponges and the oatmeal was runny and gooey at the same time. I had to go get breakfast somewhere else after that. Every time we go the perks are slimming down. I never leave unfavorable reviews, but please do better.

Negatives= pool was tiny and only 5 ft deep, hot tub was drained and out of order,(huge bummer), large gap under the door between our room and the hallway meaning we could hear anyone walking by, small room, no view, and the biggest annoyance was the "breakfast buffet" cost $18/each and it was essentially what other hotels would provide as a free continental breakfast. Ala carte was expensive as well. We didn't hate it, but I don't think we'd stay again.

Friendly check in after we checked in online before arriving. We choose this hotel for the club level features but we're disappointed that they don't do some of the food offerings in weekends in the ckub level. We wouldn't have paid the extra had we known that.

The staff, especially at the front desk and the restaurant, was always super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself and the rooms we saw (we asked for different rooms twice) were totally worn down. Cables sticking out of the wall, missing lamps, bed linen full of stains and broken zippers, wallpaper ripped off on parts of the walls - not 4* worthy!!

Overall, I think it's a really good property would definitely stay here again if I'm nit picking some caulking around the shower and the door in the bathroom should be seen by maintenance other than that. Everything was good..

When checking into the hotel we were made to wait to get into our room. When we entered our room it appeared to be dirty and had not been cleaned and then we found cigarette butts in the sink and unclean counter tops and bathroom. When reporting what we found to staff, we were told that the counter tops are clean. We showed staff photos we took of the room and we were offered a different room. We were made to wait 20 minutes just to report about our room and then made to wait again for the new room. After a 5 hour drive to the hotel, this was not the welcome we needed. We do not recommend this hotel. Just not what we expected from a high end hotel. We are world travelers and spend many days a year in hotels.

The phone in the room did not work. The bathroom door was busted so it only closed if you held it just right while closing it. The bathroom did not have a working fan. The lights above the bed did not work. We reserved a king room but they were overbooked so they made us change to a double Queen.

Shower and bath area was well appointed. Room heater kept starting and stopping often during the night and awakened us several times. Tracks and snowplows had to start cleaning at 4:00 am because of the snowstorm.

I made my reservation a month before my stay and when I got the the hotel I was informed that they didn’t have a room for me! I already had all my luggage and things on a cart in the lobby! The had emailed me a few hours before when I was already driving so I didn’t see the email. They booked us in another hotel 15 miles away from where we were wanting to stay. Very disappointing that they would do this when I reserved the room weeks before!

Booked 2 rooms through orbitz. Arrived at 1130p and hotel only had a reservation for 1 room with one bed. I have confirmation for 2 rooms and orbitz charged me. Hotel said there was nothing they could do. Went across the street and over paid for 1 room with two beds so we had room for us. Never checked into sheraton. They admitted they were over booked. I want a full refund!

Check in was 3pm. We arrived at 3:15 and were told the room wasn’t ready that housekeeping was behind 30-40 mins. It was 99° outside and there was no where to wait but the restaurant where the staff made us feel unwelcome to sit there. We went back to try again at 4:45 and were told it still wasn’t ready. We didn’t get into the room until after 5:15. This was for my husbands birthday. When we finally got to the room, there was supposed to be an amenity there and I had to call and track that down too. The air conditioner was cold and the bed was comfortable but the housekeeping staff needs to be addressed. We had to push back one set of plans and cancel another because of the 2 hour delay checking in. Not acceptable.

This is a new hotel in a newly developed area. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. We ordered carry out from the on site restaurant and the food was good. It is not a walkable area from the hotel but it's an easy drive to shops & restaurants.

The property was dingy and the cleanliness was poor. We paid extra for the club level which was mediocre. The service at club level was not attentive to cleanliness or restocking and was given attitude when asking for silverware.

It was a quick overnight that my husband sent me on because “I deserve it” He took our three boys under 10 to our cabin and Mama hit the Sheraton. I was on Club level, which is what I recommend and will only do club level. The front desk young lady was amazing, and she even called up to the room to make sure everything was great. Room was amazing, clean, and no foul smells. Bathroom was great, maybe a rain shower head would top off the experience. The free slippers were a great touch. Jennifer at the bar was amazing! She makes great drinks, but was great company too! It was like talking to another Mom friend. I ended up having my free app there and it was great. I ate dinner at the Tavern, but wanted to finish my evening with Jennifer and her great drink called the “Relaxer” I sat on the patio and was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep. I slept great. I have high standards for my bedding, pillows etc and these exceeded my expectations. The complimentary breakfast that is included with Club level. Hands down, best hotel breakfast I have ever had second only till the Hotel Del Coronado Sunday Brunch 😜 Service was great and my Mom and I will be returning for a girls weekend of relaxation too! Just what this busy Mom, School Nurse and wife needed!
