Our room and hotel lobby was clean and modern. Front desk person very friendly and efficient. No microwave in room was inconvenient. Disappointed that hot tub was not operating but the pool room was small and extremely loud anyway. Overall an okay stay but hotel is clearly suffering from lack of staff. Very slow to replenish the limited breakfast buffet.

I stayed for five nights while visiting family in the local area. As a single female, I was very comfortable staying here. The entire property is very clean and well-maintained. I'm a property manager so I notice these things. I used the fitness room. It was well-stocked with towels and hand sanitizer. I'll be back.

Easy to get to, but not visible from the freeway. We were late check-ins, but still had good parking. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room also seemed better insulated than most. On the flip side there was a very strong, but not unpleasant smell of cleaner in the entryway of the hotel and in the halls. The person who checked us in was professional, but never made eye contact. The cleaning crew was still cleaning rooms. The hot tub was not available/out of service.

In some descriptions and photos show a hot tub which has been removed. I was here for snowboarding so no hot tub is a "no-go". I would have stayed somewhere else. Also the waffle maker was broken. It honestly cant be that hard to replace. The staff was awesome and very kind. I arrived early and they were able to get me in a room.

This motel was clean and had a coming home type feel to it meaning its away from the real hussle bussle and the staff was very kind. Like any home, repair is needed and we found the hot tub was out of order due to needed repairs which was dissapointing and the pool is rather small so it wont accommodate many if motel is full. They have a great continental breakfast. I would stay again, (when hot tub is working).

This is probably the worst Hampton Inn we have stayed in. I'm sure that what happened to us was bad luck, it's obviously lack of management in this property. People at front desk is not friendly, staff in general is not, the housekeeper even knocked our door around 10AM to ask the time we were leaving to clean the room. TV didn't work, there was something wrong the antenna, at least that was the message on the screen. Breakfast area was a mess, food on the floor everywhere, no cofee, no juice, no fruit. The person in charge showed up but she just cleaned a few things and put some extra egg, the worst breakfast experience we have had in a Hampton Inn by far. Beds were not comfortable and people were running upstairs, they woke us up around 1 AM, nobody cares about anything in this hotel. We stayed a couple of months ago in Hampton Inn downtown Minneapolis, the experience was totally opposite. We will never return to this one, it's not worth it, i wish they offered refunds for the bad service we received, probably they won't even care about my comment.

could hear a lot of outside noise from outside /traffic, went to look at the window and the window was out of its frame, tried to put back in but couldn't, something wrong with the window. i could put my whole hand in-between the frame of the window and frame, luck we were on the 3rd floor. The weekend breakfast time was until 10:00, got down for breakfast at 9:30 and the items that they serve for breakfast were pretty much gone , the plain batter for the waffles was out, asked for more and was told that there isn't any more and breakfast is over in 10 min. the person would not refill the batter..... only a couple strips of bacon and 1 sausage patty left. and with a 1/2 hour left to eat. that was it. If they serve breakfast until a certain time they should have food available. the clerk that checked us in was awesome, she had a bunch of employees call in so she was alone, and she was doing everything from checking people in, cleaning rooms, delivering towels , No hot tube in pool area, was filled in and flooring put down. unless they do some updating I prob. would not recommend staying there . The location was good, next to a lot of restaurants that we ate at.

The front desk staff was awesome. I didn't like that my toilet seat moved every time, so it felt like it was going to come off. The people upstairs were quite loud...just walking around so there obviously was no noise barriers between the floors. The bed and pillows were very comfortable though.

There bathroom was terrible. The bathtub had standing water in it when I went to take a shower because it was pooling in the middle of the tub and not draining. There was a rusted metal panel in the ceiling. Grout crumbling out of the tiles along the baseboards. Half the channels on the TV were glitching and unwatchable. I'm glad I was only staying one night.

Our room wasn’t real big but the bed was comfortable. The furniture had a few cosmetic issues. The breakfast was standard. There was no microwave in our room but we were allowed to use the one in the breakfast area. There was no laundry there. The front desk staff was professional, helpful and kind. We were there for many days and one young woman, Nashad, was especially kind.

This Hampton Inn was exceptional. Felix, the manager went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He was friendly & had excellent recommendations for dining options. His desk workers were also wonderful & patient. I will definitely stay there again when visiting the Twin Cities.

The hotel was fine for the price. We arrive around midnight for check in. The employee working the desk had no idea how to check us in. He had to call for help, took over 20 minutes. Room was generally clean. Hotel could use a renovation. Breakfast was above average.

There was a mix up at check in and they checked someone else into my room earlier which nearly caused me to have to go to another hotel. Staff, who were not responsible for the mix up, did work work hard to get it straightened out, but it was a huge hassle after a long trip.

My recent stay was terrible! I stayed in room 220 from 1/1/2025 to 1/2/2025. There was renovation on the 3rd floor, with no notification on the website, at check-in, or in the room like other hotels do. Not even an in-room memo. Loud and pounding noise from the 3rd floor and directly above my room started at 7am, waking me and my young child from a decent night's sleep on the Hampton Inn bed, which we paid for. I understand there are times when part of the hotel needs to be closed and remodeled to refresh future guest stays. However, you have to let the guests know either prior to booking, so they can make an informed decision, or through an in-room paper memo so there could be a possibility to be moved to the 1st floor. I mentioned this to the front desk staff at checkout since the loud and pounding renovation noise started at 7am, well before checkout. The desk clerk shrugged and gave a faint apology, saying it was out of their control. Well, what is in my control is that in the future, as a two-time Hampton Inn guest, you will no longer earn my business.

Everything about our stay was great except that they were out of regular coffee in the lobby both when we checked in and when we checked out. I can understand it when we were checking in because it was 4 in the afternoon. Even so, the friendly woman who was working the front desk was kind enough to make a fresh pot. However, it was a bit annoying that they were out in the morning when we checked out. But the room was great and the hotel appears to have been recently renovated. The location was in a nice area and was convenient to restaurants and shopping!

Before checking in we were informed there was no hot tub even though Expedia and Hampton inn both had pictures of a hot tub being present. We decided to give the pool a try and realized that was a mistake. Pool was dirty and freezing cold. The following morning we went to get breakfast downstairs and realized that too was a mistake. Limited options and was not restocked as the options ran out.

The rooms we had were very nice. The breakfast has TONS of options which we really appreciated. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating. We both agreed we would absolutely stay here again.
