It was great to park by the door. The area was safe and well lit. The room wad spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you needed. The check-in and check-out staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

It was difficult to get to. Room was wonderful: clean, spacious, wonderful shower. Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was good: . biscuits, gravy, sausage, toast, cereal, fruit, waffles, coffee, juice, milk, yogurt. Parking lot well kept up with good lighting.

The hotel was a wonderful stop for an overnight stay. We loved that our room could be accessed from outside so we didn’t have to work hard unloading the car. The pool was nice but slightly slippery due to the paint on the ground and walls. The hot tub was tepid but still warmer than the pool. Our only complaint is that breakfast left something to be desired. Although there was plenty to eat the breakfast lady was talking about how she waters down the gravy so it goes further (not a bad idea to save costs but definitely wouldn’t talk about it in front of guests). Over all we enjoyed our stay a lot.

This place was clean, everything was in a very convenient location. The only bad thing is their pool was out of service while we were there, which is the main reason we chose this motel, so that was a very big disappointment.

The chair in the room was DISGUSTING! There was no bags in the trash cans, I spilt water and when I wiped it up the paper towel was black, so obviously the floors haven’t been mopped either. I booked a king and the moved me to a queen because it was more convenient for me(?). The room stunk so bad, thankfully we had febreeze in my car. I was shocked the bed was clean.

The hotel definitely has been newly remodeled. The lobby smelled really good, so I had some hope. However when we got to our room, it smelt like stale cigarettes. When I went over to change the temperature in the room, the vents were covered in mold. That takes away any cleanliness for me.

The property is dirty. It’s been renovated, but hallways, stairways, windows, etc. are not ever cleaned. Very poorly kept up. They come in and bring towels, but don’t make beds, etc. Pillows are awful.

I came at night to stay for one night. When I came in the room, it seemed clean until I walked around. There was a dead spider, the floor didn’t look like it had been swept, the bathtub had small hairs in it, and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned. It was so late I just went to bed, but didn’t use anything because it was unclean. Surprised and very disappointed since the rating was so high.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The cockroaches were abundant, there was possibly period blood on my sheets, lipstick on one of our washcloths and the jacuzzi was slick getting in to it. They offered me a different room, but I imagine the roaches were everywhere with as many as I saw in my room. I informed 3 different employees over the course of our stay and this morning the guy jokingly said, “then why’d you stay?” They were in our bathroom and doorway to the hallway area. There was even one on my daughters coat trying to hitch a ride when we left. Breakfast was all microwaveable. Nobody wanted to eat though after what we experienced. Crazy amount of bugs for as clean as the place actually was.

It was a quick stay but it was a good one. We entered from outside but had another door that lead into hotel. The room was clean and nice. Only bad thing was it was freezing outside so we had heater on and it was HOT. Glad it worked but couldn't get the temperature just right.

The room was clean and newly renovated. The walls are thin so it’s a bit noisy. Bed, not too comfy but the shower was awesome. Hot water was plentiful and the water pressure was spot on. Morning coffee was good and there were some modest choices for breakfast. Good place to stay the night while traveling. It’s a convenient stop along the interstate. The area seemed safe.

Very clean hotel. You can tell they’ve worked hard to uphold the condition of the property. My only complaint is that the rooms are not very soundproof. You can hear people romping around in the hallway and cars passing outside. Overall 8/10 experience.

The shower was like trying to take a shower under a mister. It was the WORST shower I have ever had. It is a super low flow shower head maybe a flow of a cup of water per minute Very hard to even get your hair wet under it let alone rinse any shampoo out of it.

Room was clean and plenty of room. Staff was great! Good parking and close to our room. A few things that I have to bring to your attention. The shower was not good! The water barely comes out! The sink faucets leak water all over the vanity tops! The breakfasts were greatly underwhelming! Biscuits and gravy and sausage gets really old quickly! 3 days there was eggs, (a pleasant surprise), but then back to the sausage! (I don't want to sound whiny) but better variety would be great.

Booked a room thru Travelocity. Put other travelers name on room, like i have done hundreds of times, even at this location the prior week. Manager refused to allow him to check in. When i called, they said it would be an additional $60 since i booked via the app.

We were not greeted nor told to “have a nice stay.” The clerk barely spoke to us or make eye contact. Our room was fine, pretty basic, with a mismatch of artwork. Only 1 towel each, NO coffee maker, and we discovered while laying in bed that the smoke detector was hanging by a wire and not connected. When we told the clerk in the morning she was unfazed and said she’d report it to maintenance. No “Oh I’m so sorry!” She obviously didn’t care. Breakfast was sparse, coffee terrible, and there was no water fountain to fill a bottle. Would not stay here again.

This was the second time staying here and while the hotel was nice and clean and quiet, there were a few problems that will make me not return again. After booking a room, I called the hotel to make sure that we could get a bottom floor as I am handicap and they said they would make sure I did. I also let them know that I was traveling with my dog. When i arrived, they said they had no notes of needing a bottom floor and no notes that I had a pet. On the site, it says there is a $15 a night pet fee but they charged me $160 for the 3 nights I was there!! So I am sorry I will NOT be returning when I come back to town.

We reserved a room with two Queen beds because there was 4 of us but the guy gave us room keys and then took them back and said that he gave us the wrong room but when we got to our room we realized that there was only one King bed. Needless to say, 2 of us had to sleep on the floor! It was late and we were concerned that if we asked for another room, we’d be denied. Needless to say, very disappointed and inconvenienced! We are going to stay in this town again in a couple months and we will not be staying here again! We definitely deserve our money back!

Overall it is a very good hotel! Access to the hotel was a bit odd, though very understandable! The hotel was very clean, well kept. The room was good, with only a couple of maintenance things that needed to be fixed but nothing major. Breakfast was just okay, but the seating area was small. Overall it was good!

The hotel was very clean and met our needs. The only thing we feel needs improvement is the towel linens were very rough. Also, the breakfast options were limited and it would have been nice to have a meat option like bacon or sausage.
