The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and large. They were cleaning the carpets while we were there (liked that). The mini-frig was large with a large freezer. It is quiet. Our car was loaded and we were worried until we drove around Cuba and saw an appliance store and a garden center, both closed for the night with lots of merchandise left out in the open. Clearly a pretty safe town. The dining area and lobby both have nice furniture. Breakfast included eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffle batter, cereals, toast and bagels. The gym is well equipped and the pool is indoor and nice. Given the inexpensive rate, we werent expecting as nice a place as it was. Several Convenient pkaces to eat. Wanted to eat at Shelly's based on reviews but it was closed. Went to Mo Hick's BBQ instead. They tell you as soon as you walk in what they are out of. Excellent service and good bbq.

It was passé. Clean bed descent size room. Bathroom outdated. Had a few dog hairs on the vanity shelf and streaks on mirrors. Room very stuffy and very slight odor before turning on the air conditioner. Woke up with a very stuffy head. Pool appeared greenish in color and pool area appeared to be more of a construction storage area. Bed frame taking up space under entrance area. Disappointed for it to be a Wyndham property.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. We needed a wheelchair accessible room, but it was already booked. However, good to know that a regular-size wheelchair fits into their queen-size rooms and bathroom just fine. They have an indoor pool, but the pool area itself is being updated with new windows. The pool was rather cool but still refreshing.

Tbe one chair was stained on the ottoman . The gym was only bicycles. No weights or machines Bed very comfortable. Bathroom floor could have used a scrubbing.Loved the leather furniture i the lobby.

I chose this hotel because I was on a highway run and needed a few hours of sleep. I chose not to go with the cheapest and not to go with the most expensive. The ratings looked good, so I gave it a try. I wish people would write hotels properly. The breakfast is absolutely a disaster. There is no coffee creamer and the kitchen Where they put their breakfast together needs to be deep cleaned! I am very disappointed and I feel people should definitely know about this. The locks don’t work on the exterior doors so anyone can walk in and the parking lot is dark and feels very unsafe.

The pool was so dirty that left a slimy feel on your skin and the water had a green tent to it. The rooms had a smell to it. When asking for freshener for the room they didn’t even come to freshen it up. We didn’t even stay the night there. Paid for something we didn’t even stay in.

No back-stock of toilet paper was available in our room during our 2 night stay. No housekeeping came during our stay to empty trash or restock toiletries or anything. Toilet was dirty upon entering the room at check in. Carpet did not look to have been vacuumed and old food was on the floor from a previous guest.

The living room area had a cigarette butt in the window, there was dust on the lamp in the living room. As well as hair in the bed, and dust on the lamp shades in the bedroom. My bathroom toilet never stopped running, even after calling someone to come fix it. Which someone did but it was temporary. The tub was not cleaned, had dust and spots around it.

Our room did not look like it had been vacuumed - against the baseboards was very dirty and crumby. It looked like there was blood behind the toilet against the wall. The shower was rocky - the floor bowed underneath you when you stood in the middle. Additionally the shower looked stained in areas. The hallway smelled strongly of air freshener covering marijuana smoke. There was a fly trap hanging in the lobby hallway. Finally, it advertised a continental breakfast that was not available We did not expect luxury in this small town but also didn’t expect the poor quality of this hotel either.

Staff was friendly at check in. Outside of hotel and lobby clean, When we opened the room it smelled very strongly of old shut up musty room. Had to go get some room freshener to spay in room from Walmart. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was in need of some repair. Toilet was loose and leaked water from underneath when flushing. There was black mold along wall close to floor behind toilet and along entrance to walk in shower. Toilet bowl had black moldy looking streaks from underneath rim down into the bowl. We has booked a double queen room which is set up for 4. We had 3 people staying. there were 3 towels and 2 washcloths and 3 hand towels. The coffeepot leaked all over table when it was brewing. there was a pack of decaf and regular coffee but 1 pack was opened when we got there. When we asked for an additional packages at the front desk was politely told that they serve coffee in the breakfast area every morning. We told them we like to have a cup in the room before going to dining area but was not given any to use in the room. Was disappointed in this place and will not likely stay there again. I really try not to write any negative reviews but felt this place needed one.

Hotel is listed as a "suite" hotel, it is not. Doesnt have all the furniture for a suite. 1st room we checked into only had a table and no chairs, second room had a table and chair but the furniture was old and not up to date. Tv was ok, remote didnt coinside with the tv cable company and closed caption could not be turned off. Carpet in rooms were old and not cleaned. Beds were worn and mattresses needed to be turned or replaced. Breakfast was surely poor. Only cereals or waffles. Coffee was poor. Too many potted plants that needed help....lobby furniture was old and needed repair. Pool was cloudy, needed some heat. Tile in pool area was loose and unsafe. Outside garbage cans needed to be emptied. We stayed here for a family function because it was close. May not stay again.

We checked in at 6ish but didn't go directly to our room. We finally got to our room at 9:30. We were supposed to have a room with two queen beds but instead had one king size bed and a pull out couch. It had no bedding. We contacted the front desk and they brought bedding. The room had a "musty" smell to it when the air conditioner was running. Other than that everything was fine.

The king bed room was nice. Just wish the shades blocked more of the light that comes into the window at night from the lights that shine on the building. Also the pillows were way to soft for me. Had to double them up. And not many options for breakfast either.

Needs a LOT of upgrades. Bathrooms are decent. Would be better if the toilet wouldn’t randomly run. Decor is from the 70’s. Carpet needs cleaning. TONS of noise from the highway. Not quiet at all. Very inexpensive compared to other major hotels. Close to a lot of fast food. Desk staff seemed grumpy and never took his AirPods out to check us in.

The bed linens were clean and crisp; the mattress was very comfortable and afforded a restful sleep. The bed pillows were plump and ample. There was plenty of room in the bathroom and the towels were soft and fluffy. The continental breakfast offered the usual cold options and we were pleasantly surprised to find a warmer with biscuits, gravy and scrambled eggs. the dining area was pleasant and spacious. Staff was very friendly, kind, and assistive. We highly recommend this motel and will stay here again on future trips to the Cuba, MO, area. Thanks so much!.

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and large. They were cleaning the carpets while we were there (liked that). The mini-frig was large with a large freezer. It is quiet. Our car was loaded and we were worried until we drove around Cuba and saw an appliance store and a garden center, both closed for the night with lots of merchandise left out in the open. Clearly a pretty safe town. The dining area and lobby both have nice furniture. Breakfast included eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffle batter, cereals, toast and bagels. The gym is well equipped and the pool is indoor and nice. Given the inexpensive rate, we werent expecting as nice a place as it was. Several Convenient pkaces to eat. Wanted to eat at Shelly's based on reviews but it was closed. Went to Mo Hick's BBQ instead. They tell you as soon as you walk in what they are out of. Excellent service and good bbq.

Not bad for the price. Fast & friendly service for check-in. Building is on process of remodel. The only issue had was with breakfast. Was supposed to be 6am - 9am. When my husband & I went to eat at 730am several items were already out or close to out. We were in the breakfast area for over 30 mins & no staff came to check on the supply. Even though there were over a dozen people through there in that time. And the lady that wqs working the front desk saw the traffic in & out of the breakfast area because all had to walk past her sitting in the lobby (not behind the desk) chatting with the lady who had worked the midnight shift. I feel this is more of an individual staff member issue than an overall hotel issue.

The lady at the front that checked us out at 1030 on Sunday, was very rude and racist . She should not be doing that job if she doesn't like to deal with people. Overall the property was old and the rooms didn't smell good at all.

Overall stay was great only complaints were while checking in the older lady at the front desk was a bit rude and there never seemed to be enough towels at the pool but other than that good place to stay while I was in town visiting family

During our stay on the night of 04/12/2024, someone removed our daughter-in-law's license plate off of her vehicle, it was located on another vehicle next to hers. Law enforcement was called and they had the vehicle towed. When my son and his family arrived, their was room was dirty, medicine bottle found, old food, dirty floor, and bed did not have clean sheets. He assisted the desk clerk to get things cleaned up and was told there would be a discount. On Saturday morning, I went to desk and asked for receipts for the rooms - 123 & 125. I was told they would be e-mailed to me. I still waiting for them.

This place was horrible, when we checked in one of the managers was laying on the couch, feet up , got checked in and went to our room where we immediately smelled heavy weed smoke, several other rooms in the area were loud and smelled like smoke. The smoke detector in the room was covered with plastic even. When we got in the room we found cheerios , bugs, white powder on floor and furniture and by walls, the bathroom floor was dirty, we were going to tuff it out for one night but then a roach crawled up the wall... went to front desk and ask for a refund that was granted after i showed pictures. We went over to the super 8 and got a nice clean room, quite and much nicer all around. Everything smelled clean and fresh. Pretty sure the days inn is renting to people more extended stays and is getting trashed, trash everywhere, parking lot all torn up, carpet dirty or tore up all over, not kept up at all.

It was close to the highway and had many restaurants around it. It had an indoor pool. Although it did not have breakfast, it did have complimentary coffee and juice in the lounge. If you like Wal-Mart, it was right beside the hotel.

Nice property. Away from traffic. Staff always at desk. Close to fast food options along outer highway road but go to Frisco’s Grill & Pub just 1 mile into town then check out all the murals. Enjoyed our stay.

Only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast isn’t very good at all. Usually most hotels have some type of snack cake or pastry at least and this place does not! Literally bread and waffles and plan nasty cereal. I don’t even think there was bagels. And the waffle mix container looks like it’s never been cleaned… it has loaded up crusted hard waffle mix all over it. But on a better note my kids and I had a really good time staying at this hotel. The staff is really nice and the hotel is very clean!

Room was fine, though carpet looked like it needed vacuumed. Breakfast should be listed as an amenity. Toaster AND waffle maker were broken. Noticed child walk in and fill a coffee cup with syrup. When we left she was behind front desk eating takeout, adding hotel syrup with the staff. I don’t know who was supposed to be taking care of breakfast area.

Our room was spacious and clean. It featured a comfortable upholstered chair with ottoman and a small table and chair that could be used for dining. The bed linens were clean and crisp; the mattress was very comfortable and afforded a restful sleep. The bed pillows were plump and ample. There was plenty of room in the bathroom and the towels were soft and fluffy. The continental breakfast offered the usual cold options and we were pleasantly surprised to find a warmer with biscuits, gravy and scrambled eggs. the dining area was pleasant and spacious. Staff was very friendly, kind, and assistive. We highly recommend this motel and will stay here again on future trips to the Cuba, MO, area. Thanks so much!.

I chose this hotel because I was on a highway run and needed a few hours of sleep. I chose not to go with the cheapest and not to go with the most expensive. The ratings looked good, so I gave it a try. I wish people would write hotels properly. The breakfast is absolutely a disaster. There is no coffee creamer and the kitchen Where they put their breakfast together needs to be deep cleaned! I am very disappointed and I feel people should definitely know about this. The locks don’t work on the exterior doors so anyone can walk in and the parking lot is dark and feels very unsafe.

As soon as you walk into the lobby the hotel smells like someone chain smokes in it. We went to our second floor and the hall still smelled. Opened our door and it was air conditioned smoke smelling room. It was late and we only had 5 hours to get some sleep or I would have demanded my money back and went else where
