Outdated dingy rooms.. good breakfast on Sunday morning.. staff was wonderful! Worked for the night in a need now basis but needs a facelift head to toe... Pool was excellent but hot tub was bath water warm

GREAT STAY. POOL WAS WARM AND RELAXING! BEDS SUPER COMFORTABLE

Property is well lit and easily accessable from the highway. Room was clean and in good shape. The hot tub was a cold tub and the pool was no better. The bed was comfortable. Choice of feather or poly filled pillows. In room coffee. It was a good stay.

I travel often and most hotels seem to be dirty and not maintained the last 2 years. This stay was a pleasant surprise in every way. The room was very clean and updated. The pool and hot tub were heated, working and very clean. On departure, the breakfast was ready on time and had was all very good. I wish every hotel was as good as this stay was.

This was overall a good property. Pros: Amazingly nice check in and check out staff. They were super friendly and the process of both was smooth. The lobby was very nice and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable , and the size of the room and sitting area was great. They had the biggest TV I think I have ever seen in a hotel room! The breakfast in the morning was well stocked and quality was very good. Lots of options, including hot breakfast. Biscuits and gravy were yummy. The coffee at breakfast was surprisingly good. I really do not expect too much from hotel coffee but was impressed. The pool area had towels provided. They also have equipment to lower disabled individuals into the pool and hot tub. We did not need that but thought it was very nice it was available for those who do need it. Cons: The pool seemed a bit dirty and the hot tub did not work at all. My kids still enjoyed the pool but did comment on the water being "salty" when it accidently got in their mouths. The huge TV is a smart TV- but there was no way to use any of the smart features. My son tried for like an hour and a half and he is pretty the savvy. It tells you to log in or scan a code- but then would give you an error message every time. He was disappointed but they had cable of course so could watch that. There are no USB ports in the room or on any of the lamps like a lot of hotels have now. We had 4 chargers but only two blocks so did a lot of sharing of chargers. I would stay again.

The beds/pillows were comfortable. Very quiet night's sleep even with a fully booked facility. The TV was difficult to find channels. (No printed guide in the info notebook.) Nice bathroom amenities. No USB charging ports anywhere, which is unusual nowadays in updated hotel rooms. Breakfast was good - nice selection of food. Bananas were super green/unedible (not the hotel's fault). Plain Lipton tea bags were bottom-rung - we'd appreciate a nicer brand like most hotels have at breakfast. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. Only one elevator for three floors made for long waits in the morning with people going down to breakfast, back up to rooms, and checking out.

Elevators were down, but since there are only 3 floors, it's really not that bad. Breakfast was good. Everyone was very nice and helpful, though.

Overall, it’s a good property. However, the property needs better maintenance. Our room keys NEVER worked. Also, the elevator NEVER worked. We had to move to a first floor room as I had a broken leg with cast and could not handle the stairs. It definitely needs better maintenance. We stayed for several nights and neither the elevator nor our room keys ever worked.

Everything was wonderful at the hotel. The only minor issue was that the sheet and one of the blankets in the bed had a couple small stains on them. However, we would definitely stay here again!

Extremely clean- my only concern was that the carpet felt strangely tacky, but I think this must have been from a protectant or cleaner because it was very uniform throughout the entire room, even checking the lower traffic areas. Carpet looked new and was spotless. The entire facility was extremely clean and the breakfast was better than the usual hotel fare.

The property was very conveniently located to major travel thoroughfares, was extremely clean, and staffing was very nice and responsive. We will return here every year for our Regional event!

Very straightforward. Clean rooms, clean bed, and quiet. Tub was nice and large, so if you like to take baths, you'll love it. Mini fridge wasn't working super well, but didn't end up being an issue, really. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly when checking in. Would stay here again. 👍

Everything was clean, ready for us on arrival. We were close to what we needed to do while in town.

Hotel is next to the highway, so expect to hear traffic. My toilet was clogged up on arrival. The elevator was not very clean, which made me wonder what else wasn't up to clean standards. Front desk wasn't very inviting. Overall, I wasn't really impressed and wouldn't stay again.

We usually stay here when we come to jeff city. This time there was slightly stained covers and what looked like a lightly used hand towel when we arrived. Other than that everything else was fine

The room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Coffee and breakfast was good. The temperature was hard to control. The fan was either blasting next to the bed, or we had to turn it off. Slow draining tub, which I should have reported to the front desk. And, we couldn't figure out how to set the bedside clock to the correct time. Overall, a good place to stay.

VERY spacious rooms! The room was very clean and the breakfast was fresh with a nice breakfast.

It was very nice, clean and up to date. Only issue was the tv could not be turned toward the bed a little inconvenient

Hotel is not far from downtown and attractions. Room is big, think suite size with king sized bed.

I'm not sure if they rented the space above our room to a pack of elephants or the celling was paper thin. This was also the case in the hallway. Loud people, noisy children and a dog were heard until midnight. Then our room phone rang five different times before we simply unplugged it. Then someone knocked at our door. It is a very good thing that my husband was with us or I would have immediately called 911. Some gentleman apologized for having the wrong number? Then the front desk called my personal cell phone to apologize. The bathroom mirror was broken and the door to the bathroom would not close all the way. The sheets would not stay on the bed, leaving us to wake up on the uncovered mattress. Generally, we do not stay at Best Western's, this stay was a simple reminder as to why.

The door handle and locks were loose room door.

Mostly good to very good. Fairly good room darkening. AC decent. Bed good.

This was great for a quick overnight to Jeff City. Very comfortable bed and large room.

We were notified an hour before check in of being overbooked. We were headed out of town for a family reunion. No message was left, just a missed call. Returned call and was told we might have a room and proceed to hotel. Checked in and proceeded to room. Unlocked door and found someone else's stuff in room. Contacted front desk staff and then booked at Holiday Inn across the street. Checked into second hotel without issues. Checked back in at orirignal hotel next morning. Staff in afternoon blamed morning staff for mix up and seemed clueless and quick to dismiss the situation. No comps offered just another room. Room itself was nice, but after this hassle not sure I would want to deal with the hotel again. A lot of packing and moving for a family of 4 in a weekend.

Hannah at the front desk is wonderful. This is our second year staying there and she remembered us. We remembered her too because she was incredibly helpful when we had travel issues our first time staying there. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast choices are good and will get you going for the day. We would stay again.

The evening front desk staff person was super helpful, she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and I really appreciated her, she was fabulous!

Overall a very good stay, however, requested a wake up call that did not occur.

The woman that checked us in was pleasant. We requested a room on the upper floor through the website, and she said there were no comments submitted, so had to change us from a ground floor room. Then she had to catch us as we headed up because the room she gave us still had someone in it. The room she moved us to was two queens rather than one king as we had chosen. It was too much trouble to complain about it and get another room. The room seemed clean enough, but was dusty like no one has been in there for awhile. The breakfast was good. I'm sure the woman at the counter would have ignored us at check out if I wouldn't have spoken to her.

The breakfast waitress was extremely rude. Refused to give a serving utensil to feed children what breakfast was left because of a discrepancy in time. My family thought breakfast was over at 10 when it was actually over at 9:30 however there was still food out but for some reason she didn’t want us to get any. The kind young lady at the front desk apologized for her co workers attitude, but that lady definitely does not belong in customer service.

The property was great. Apparently checking in after midnight disturbed the front desk clerk, possibly he was taking a nap. Dagger eyes of death when I had to page him to let me in to get my room key and checkin. Maybe he didn't think that was the job. Room was great, clean and good features.

The service was fantastic. Here for a basketball tournament and they were very accommodating to our needs. Everyone was very polite.

A little older hotel but was very clean and well kept. Hotel is close to highway but traffic noise not too bad. Good hot water and water pressure. Wifi was slow but breakfast was really good with several options

This is our third stay here and really like it. It’s conveniently off the highway for easy on and off access. The beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet. We didn’t use the pool this time but enjoyed it previously. We always like the coffee and breakfast options. My boys love the waffles! Only thing I would change is the bed pillows need to be bigger.

The staff was courteous and our room was clean. The breakfast had several options appropriate for families. The breakfast area was well maintained. Good size indoor pool.

Best breakfast out of many motels over 3 week trip. Make sure you get up early enough to get it

Best Western definitely earned the Plus for this facility. Beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast easily out did any that we have experienced in the past.
