Quality Inn & Suites Jefferson City

The hotel was okay. The pool was exceptionally cold. And the room had some damage to the wall and chair that had not been repaired. But it was overall just okay.

UNDERSTAN THEY ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF CONSTRUCTION AND NEEDED ACCESS TO BUSINESS CENTER WHICH COMPUTER DID NOT WORK. NO INTERNET AS WELL BUT PROBABLY THE PROVIDER AND NOT THE HOTEL'S FAULT.

The staff was helpful and actually allowed me to check in about 15 minutes early. However, the room they gave me first was not ready as there were no sheets on the bed and the air conditioner was unplugged. After I went back to the front, they gave me another room. I went to take a shower and there was no body wash or shampoo provided. It turns out that the dispenser was missing from the shower. The hotel room was okay although there were cracks in the ceiling. I went to the swimming pool and hot tub area. The pool was good although there was no heat in the hot tub so the water was just slightly warmer than the pool. The breakfast was okay although the selection of food was very limited. There are no sidewalks in the area so plan to walk in the street if you want to walk anywhere. I was disappointed in this hotel as I thought a Quality Inn would be better than this one was.

The hotel was dated, stains on the furniture, patched bathtub. The rooms were fairly big, the hotel was quiet and when you could find staff they were friendly and helpful. The pool was closed for maintenance, wish that would have been noted at the time of booking as that was the main feature we were looking for when booking. Always hate it when hotels list amenities on the website and then put up a sign when you get there that says “sorry”.

The pool and hot tub was under maintenance when I asked the front desk rep if that was correct she lied and said it was fixed. Booked a king suite for the in room jetted tub. Per photos the tub looked decently sized. It was a normal size bath tub and the jets were FILTHY. Covered in dirt. Ants all over the bathroom sink even though there was nothing on the counters or in the trash can. The room smelled like stale cigarettes upon arrival. The pillow cases were stained and the carpet was soaked around the tables. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Will not be returning.

The construction crew was out front with the desk guy smoking on only bench and didnt offer to stand for an elderly woman standing near them. Only thing that was nice was the full size shampoo and conditioner hanging in shower.

We arrived to our room and immediately had to request a different room. There was a crusted, white stain on the top of the mattress. We got to our new room and there were even more stains on the bed. I decided to just strip the top cover off and stay. We got into bed that night and the sheet had a hole in it. The night stand on one side of the bed was missing and the floor had a huge brown stain where it used to sit. The gym had mediocre equipment with missing barbell weights and a broken weight lifting machine. The pool was freezing while the hot tub was luke warm. The railing to the hot tub was duck taped on and would swing if touched. The elevator was disgusting. The floor was sticky and hand prints and other prints were all over the walls. Over all the hotel was disgusting and simply provided a bed, while unclean, to sleep in. I will NOT be coming back.

The majority of the gym equipment was broken and the pool was too cold to swim.

Drywall in room had tape peeling. Pool was not usable during stay and I wasn’t aware of this at the time of booking. Very disappointed.

The hotel was clean and so was our room. The hot tub was barely warm. The tub faucet leaked all night.

Upon arrival, the gentleman who checked me in was not hospitable. No smile, no additional info like: where the elevators are, or when is breakfast, or how do I get to my room. When I asked for sheets for the pull out bed in the sofa, he begrudgingly got two sheets “we don’t have blankets for those.” Why does the room state it can sleep 4 people if you only offer bedding for one bed?! The walls looked grungy but everything else seemed clean. Now, on the flip side, the morning crew- fabulous group of ladies! Constantly keeping the breakfast hot and fresh, wiping down tables and counters and a overall kind personalities. Thank you for making what was a rough first hotel stay for my son a little bit less shocking.

We stayed here for five nights. It is a great value. Pros- Very clean, responsive staff, clean pool, spotless common areas. Cons ( and way a 4 instead of a 5 star rating) Breakfast was very limited and the same everyday, the bathroom was very small, the tub was high walled and narrow

The property could use some updating, but it was clean and in good condition. The staff was also excellent.

Found open safety pins on the floor and edge of bed. There was candy under the bed that I could see without even looking for it. The floor and ceiling were both sagging. You could see the bathroom counter had moved down an inch due to poor construction. I’m honestly worried about the safety of this building since the floor and ceiling were sagging. The outside wall, you could tell the wall has shifted a half inch from the ceiling. Also found pubic hair on the bathroom counter and the bathtub so it doesn’t appear the room was even cleaned. Overall, very disappointing stay and I won’t ever go back.

Clean room. Quiet. Good service

The hotel is very run down and in need of serious updates. Our room was worn out — the shower leaked all night, the sheets were stained and filthy, and there was no outlet to plug in the coffee maker. The refrigerator didn’t work properly and had no way to adjust the temperature. Breakfast was below average and not worth it. On the plus side, the swimming and pool areas were clean, and the staff provided great service throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the room overshadowed the few positives. Would not stay here again unless major renovations are made.

we were really only here to sleep after a ghost tour. there were a handful of ants in the bathroom that i killed when we first got there - i didn't see any more after that. the fridge wasn't working; we realized it wasn't plugged in all the way so it eventually got cold after we corrected that. there was no ice on our floor. one of our towels had a giant rip in it. the staff was friendly, room was pretty much clean and breakfast was good. overall, it was nice for what we paid and there weren't any major issues.

The bed was broken and leans terribly to one side. The bathroom was repaired but never painted.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Bath tub drain clogged and wouldn't drain. Heater very loud.

indicates an indoor pool - The pool is not heated or heater is off and it is way to cold to swim in. The Hot Tub - must be set at 70 degrees freezing and we could not enjoy that either. Trying to sleep very thin wall and ceiling, someone running stomping back and forth all night long. NEVER again would I stay here

Very outdated. The HVAC for the rooms was terrible the wall thermostats did not work at all. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable along with the couch that was very worn the rooms are distressed the lamp shades are stained all In all pretty bad location.

First impressions were good. Bathroom had a towel that was still wet. Folded, and placed, but wet. Mattress was really soft (personal preference) so little sleep and soar the next morning. Staff friendly. Breakfast good.

The hotel was clean our room was clean. It just appears that the hotel is somewhat worn like maybe it was a different branded hotel before at one level of quality that’s been rebranded without fully remodeling. The furniture showed a lot of wear. There was a whole worn in one of the chairs in the room and furniture was heavily scuffed. I would definitely put this in the lower of the mid scale economies definitely below Holiday Inn express or Hampton Inn, but still better than any days and I stayed in and well above super Motel 6. Still in midscale economy just below other midscale.

We were here to attend a friend's funeral visitation and dinner with the family, stay overnight and go to the funeral, graveside service and luncheon.All bases covered for the breakfast, comfortable bed and nice shower.

It was me and my husband saying so we could spend time with our grandkids. The hotel was nice but we were on a middle floor and the floor above us had kids in a room, apparently without adult supervision, as they were running up and down the halls or room or something throughout the night. We barely got any sleep.

Beds are way too soft.

The hotel was clean. The attendants were the rudest i have encountered. I rented this room for my sister who had just been released from the hospital after giving birth to her baby. Around 9 00 the baby started fussing. He cried for about 5 minutes. Right after he calmed down. The hotel room phone rang and my sisters 9 year old son answered. He was told to tell his mom that they would call the police and kick her out if the baby didnt stop crying. That is an awful thing to say to a child. If it would have been going on for a while, it may be understandable, but that was not the case. They were also very rude snd unpleasant during check in.

The staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast choices were wonderful especially with different dietary needs. The kitchen lady was happy doing her job and providing for the guests. The building was clean and quiet. Overall an excellent choice

We reserved a room with a king bed and pull out bed for my husband, 2 children and I. At check in we waited 10 minutes for someone to even come to the desk. Then the manager told us our kids could not check in with us… 8 hours from home. Not sure if he thought that was an option. He then said we only booked a room with 1 queen. I showed him our reservation for a king and pull out bed. Then told him to cancel our reservation. At that point he said oh no I fixed it. Breakfast was eggs and biscuits and gravy. Biscuits hard enough to break a window. Pool rail is held together with duct tape. Nobody was ever at the desk waited 10-15 minutes just to ask for extra towels. I left a review on the actual hotels site and the manager emailed me telling me we had tried checking in hours before our check in time which wasn’t true. We were in St. Louis at the time he said we tried checking in. Wanted to argue with me. I’ll never stay at a Quality Inn again.

I had a rough mid to late morning and the staff was very nice during the check in process.

We checked in and went to room. Opened door and room was filled with boxes. I checked room number then was questioned by a guy down the hallway of why I was going into that room. I explained this is the room I was given. He asked who gave me that room and I said guy at front desk. We had to go back to desk and get another room. Lack of communication of what was available. The room we were given only had one towel and the handle on the sink was broken and the light by the closet did not work. The Quality is not in this Inn. Not sure if I would stay here again even though it is on our travel route. Suppose to be breakfast we will see. Very disappointed.

Friendly staff

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First, the day of our check-in someone left a voicemail that our reservation was canceled. No name or number to return the call, just said there was a problem. After several phone calls to make sure it wasn’t phishing we were told there was a fire but they rebooked us. When we arrived several hours later, several men wandered from the back and said it was someone smoking in the hallway? In the room the ceiling over the bed was peeling. The shelves were broken. The towels were a cheap thin material and there were only enough for two people even though we checked in with three of us for two nights. There was a large, patched hole over the toilet the first night but after being gone all day we came back to a brand new light. I have never stayed someplace where they came into the room while guests were gone with the exception of housekeeping. Speaking of which I didn’t see one housekeeper the three days we were there. The fold out couch didn’t have sheets. When we tried to call the front desk the phone didn’t work. We walked downstairs to get bedding. The night clerk was sitting in the dining room talking on his cell. He took us into the basement laundry room and told us to pick out what we wanted. At the pool another guest told us their door didn’t even lock. I am telling everyone I see that this Quality Inn should not be open for business. Absolutely the worst!

Hotel at South wasn't bad it was by some commercial businesses other than that it was a nice place to stay

It's was nice that it was a non-smoking, the breakfast was real good.

Dated. Breakfast was dry scrambled eggs. Cold hard biscuits with questionable gravy. No fruit! No bacon or sausage. Did have a waffle iron. No milk. Trash overflowing on to the floor. Had to go out to get Breakfast. Not worth the cost.

This hotel was pretty basic, the continental breakfast the only hot food they had was watery eggs and a sausage patty, for 130 dollars a night I thought the price was steep for what you get. The pool was small and cold and honestly I booked this hotel for a good breakfast and nice pool and it really wasn't. Otherwise the staff was extremely friendly and the room was fairly nice.
