We were told to park in the back. The back door wouldn’t open. We tried 3 room keys none worked. We are seniors !”no security cameras and I had to walk around to the front to let them in. We felt vulnerable to being robbed.I complained at checkout and was told that door works sometimes but not always then don’t tell people to park there until you fix it. Also the refrigerator was loud in both rooms.

Only one desk agent, and we waited 15 minutes to check in while he was on the phone. Day we checked out, the one elevator was out of service, so had to lug 2 heavy suitcases down 2 flights of stairs.

If you want to unload without stairs, ask for second floor. This is the only hotel I have seen where you have to use stairs to get to rooms on the first floor! The elevator has no stairs.

This was a great hotel. Clean, well-lit, comfortable, and responsive staff. One suggested improvement - the ramps driving into the parking lot are very steep and almost caused my car to bottom out. It would be helpful to lengthen them for a more gradual ramp and lower chance of guests bottoming out and damaging their cars.

Nice if Elevator works next time. Was not easy when older to have to carry luggage upstairs. Don't know how often this happens. No meat for breakfast except in gravy not everyone wants gravy and gluten. Room was clean. Bathroom small. Parking and access was tight. Amenities were good. Nothing fancy but was okay. Would I stay again maybe but would look elsewhere first.

I was highly disappointed with my stay. My shower curtain was torn, the towels looked dingy, and the sofa chair was old and dirty. The breakfast was also very limited. Not what I expected from Wyndham

No one at front desk. I stood for several minutes before calling to get someone. Found a cockroach IN the refrigerator when I opened it. Television did not work. I called front desk and was told he would be there in 5 minutes to fix TV. After 90 minutes, I went to bed. He never showed up. I asked for a rate adjustment the next mora d was told they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through Expedia.

The first room they put us in had squished bugs on the wall and the cable box was hangung off the wall. They then said they didnt have any other room available, but eventually gave us a different room. The second room had dead bugs in the corner. I do give them props for giving us a refund, but that's the only thing good.

Overall my stay was pretty good. The air conditioner was so loud I had trouble sleeping the first night and had to buy ear plugs for the rest of my stay. Carpet in room and desk chair were very worn and tattered. I appreciated having the refrigerator and microwave in the room and having my room cleaned and towels refreshed each day. Breakfast was pretty good, but seemed strange that they had same choices every morning.

It's a very nice affordable hotel. The bathroom looked like one in a boutique hotel - very nice. The pillows were hard and flat. The location near the capital was great! Overall, a very good stay.

Stairs were easy to find! View of the capital building was beautiful. Hotel and windows are very clean! My only issues were the refrigerator makes a sporadic popping noise (my friends said their room had the same noise from the fridge), and I could hear the highway noise (which to be honest I liked as white noise, but others may not). I’d stay here again if the price is right, I’d just unplug the fridge.

Place was clean. Convenient for our purpose. Bathroom was very nice but small. We usually request a king room because it's larger with a sofa. This room was smaller than usual. Only complaint was the bath towels they were very thin and not very absorbant. Only other complaint was the ac unit. Being warm outdoors we used the ac. No way to keep the fan going, so the unit turned on and off all night waking us up constantly.

The refrigerator made loud popping noises all the time and they knew about it and didn't seem to care!! Got woken up all night and even startled us while we were awake. The pillows where hard and flat.

This property was a nice place to sleep. When we got into our room #228, everything locked very clean. There was hair all over the drawers in the bathroom, and then noticed a bubbles wand under the bed. And then the tv didn’t work. It would turn in but there were no channels.

An online check in opportunity saved zero time. Still had to wait in line, present credit card and drivers license (already done on line). Peter at front desk was at best indifferent to myself and individual in line ahead of me. Quiet room, with very good AC.

Amazing! I had outpatient surgery and opted to come to town a day ahead of my procedure. My sister came from out of state to be my post-opt driver. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating, and amazing! The hotel was super clean! I had contacted another well known hotel about the possibility of checking in a bit early and was not greeted with the hospitality that the staff at Baymont conveyed. I would recommend the Baymont, the owners, and their staff to anyone considering staying in Jeff City, be it an overnight stay, or a business trip!

Paid for visit before arrival. Had to prove it with the actual credit card. My mother paid for it for me. She wasn’t there. She’s 80 and I had to teach her how to email silly protocol, completely unnecessary. What did that accomplish ? Why don’t you take cash? It’s BS really. There were scumbags hanging around outside all night Smoking and making noise. Really a bad look. The first thing you see when you pull up is a bunch of undesirables out front smoking. I told the front desk guy about it, but he just shrugged it off acting like it was normal. If that’s normal, you need to change that very quickly. Get some security and Protect your property. I felt like this was a red light district. Room was fine and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing as there were no eggs or meat offered. Just biscuits and gravy and cheap stuff. Won’t be back. You can do better.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, I'm waiting (8 days so far) for my room deposit to be released. A different room deposit from a different hotel for a later stay has been released on the same card. I called the hotel and was told it can take up to 6 weeks. This hotel is not refunding room deposits. What a scam.

The property inside the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice variety for breakfast. The location of the property was a little strange. It was a side road off of a main road and the sidewalks were broken up and there was no where to take a walk.

We visited the town for a family event and needed a convenient place to stay. Kevin at the front desk was amazing and explained everything we needed to know. The hotel is simple, but if you're looking for a place to sleep and rest before heading out for the day, this is it. It's clean and perfectly located in the city.

This is a great stop-over if you're riding the MOKATY. Several riders utilize this hotel. There's a GREAT Mexican restaurant next door. The location is right in the heart of Jeff City, you can see the capital from parking lot. Check it out!

It was a convenient and clean, place to stay overnight. The staff was friendly - over the phone & in person @ check-in/check-out. We needed something overnight for a college tour the next day @ 10a vs driving 3hrs morning of the tour. This hotel offered the most convenient location. Of course, would've preferred if rate was a little lower (closer to $100 vs. $150) but was comfortable with the cost-to-conditon ratio of the hotel for our needs.

Walking distance to eateries. Breakfast was disappointing, it consisted of lost of carbs and sugar, but you cant have everything. Barhroom was clean, but no body wash only one small bar of soap. No body lotion or extras that I find at most large name hotels. Easy to find from the Katy trail.

I always find Baymont to be a good, affordable option, and this certainly was a good choice. The thermostat was accurate and responsible, there was very little noise, the parking was very convenient, and the breakfast was tasty and included a lot of options.

Ive stayed here several times and I'm very satisfied with my stay. Very quiet and clean. Nothing has been out of order and customer service is helpful and pleasant. For breakfast there is a variety of fresh things to eat but no meat.
