Shower had very little water pressure, and the hottub was drained and out of service. The pool also had not been cleaned and had chicken nugget pieces and other food floating in it when we tried to use it. Didappointing for the premium cost of the stay.

The room was clean, and the staff was outstanding. Housekeeping was always friendly when I spoke to them, and they always asked if we needed anything whenever I saw them in the halls. Front desk staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The pool was out of order, but they were quite helpful in getting us access to the Hampton Inn next door where we could enjoy the pool. One thing I forgot to note, to engage the deadbolt lock on the door I had to lift on the door from the handle, otherwise it would not line up to fit the hole. I was able to get it to work so this did not detract from my stay in any way.

This trip was 1 disappointment after another. The only reason I booked this hotel to begin with was the pool and hot tub. Which was not in service, wasn’t told that pool was also closed. Employees that came to kick us out of pool area was very rude and unprofessional. Also when booking this hotel while traveling on the road, the Expedia app booked hotel for the next day. So when being done driving for the night, We went to hotel,only to be told in a very rude manor that property was sold out for the night . We asked why was we able to book a room, was offered no explanation or even kind words, for our situation.

We chose this hotel for room, pool and most importantly the hot tub. I called the reservation line and they confirmed the hotel had a hot tub and that it was working. When we got to the hotel, it was broken down and had been for sometime. Speaking with staff, the owner knows about it and refuses to update the website because it would discourage people from making reservations there. I hope the owners starts doing the right thing. S

Literally the cleaniest hotel weve ever stayed in. I couldnt even find dust. Not many hotels make it easy for a family of 6 to share a room without costing a small fortune. The room had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The staff were super friendly and available. Breakfast was delicious and had lots to choose from. We only stayed a night but i could easily have stayed longer.

The room was excellent....clean and comfortable. Breakfast room was spotless and the food was really really good. We would have given it a 5 star but there was NO water in the hot tub and the water in the swimming pool was not clean. The kitchen and the housecleaning staff were both very friendly....the staff at the front desk was lukewarm at best. We think they could do better at making guests feel welcome at check-in.

The room was musty, There were several bugs on the walls. There also were a few lady bug type bugs in the Bed. Needless to say My wife and I did not sleep in the room because of the bug issue. We did not bring this up while we were there because we were tired and wanted to sleep. We ended up reserving another room at a different hotel.

It has been several months that the hot tub has not been working and no evidence that they plan to fix it though the website displays it. I think it is starting to show wear overall: our door won't fully open, the drain plug in the tub was very difficult to adjust

The front desk person was always sitting and unfriendly - did not greet us upon entering nor acknowledge us as we passed through in the morning. Breakfast person was lovely. Room a bit dated but was comfortable. Location in Apache Flats means nothing is walkable but it is a short drive to the mall, grocery store, gas stations and restaurants.

Room 202’s carpeted area had low spots and the floor felt springy/spongy underneath. The room shook violently whenever other guest open and shut their doors. The bathroom floor and bathtub floor were very slippery and there very minimal towels available.

Service was great, beds were good, overall was a good stay. A couple negatives were the mildew smell in our room was hard to get used to, think it was coming from the A/C unit. Wi-Fi was so weak it would drop off our phones and we only had like 1/3 of the channels that the guide said we would.

Check in was easy and the staff was good. The king size bed was very nice. The system to operate the TV in the room was pretty silly; two remotes to operate and a separate sheet of instructions at check in. We never did get it to work and we followed the directions to the letter.

Waited at the desk for 10 minutes and had to call the desk staff to get checked in. Even on weekends the pool is closed by 10... should be open till 11 or 12 on weekends

It smelled like weed so bad when we arrived. I was disappointed to see that they gave us ONE bar of soap to use in the shower (gross, who shares bar soap?). They charged us $6 for 2 bottles of water. The attendant checking us out was so engrossed on her phone we startled her when we came up. She didn’t even thank us or anything. Never staying here again.

The room was good. We had an issue with an injury with someone we were traveling with and needed to leave early but neither hotels.com nor the hotel would help us. We even ordered trip insurance and it’s a total rip off! Don’t do it! It said it was $4 then actually charged $33 and then we couldn’t actually use it. They would have required access to our travel companion’s private medical info to actually reimburse the day that we had to leave early (by normal check out time btw). I felt like everyone that should have helped us with basic customer service refused to help. I will book through the actual hotel from now on.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were 10 minutes from downtown and even less to shopping and a delicious Itallian restaurant. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and far better than we expected. The gentleman working the dining room was very friendly and vonstantly freshening everythhing.

Entire week we mentioned about pool water temp being too cold to get in they told us they check it and 'raise' it. Spa out of order entire time. Only thing warm was the room which was like a steam bath. Very disappointing. Location was great for us as we do day trips so easy access to a lot of roads yet far enough off to be quiet.

Clean hotel, great breakfast, friendly employees. I really like it here. The only issue is the hot tub was down and has been for a couple weeks (I stay here almost weekly) and that’s kind of a bummer after a long day. Other than that. Great place to stay. Very comfortable
