This is a no frills hotel. Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff. However it is dated. There is a small fridge (no freezer, which was not ideal), small microwave, but no coffee maker in the room. Also, there is no elevator for a 3 story hotel.

While the room was clean everything felt/looked old. NO ELEVATOR! They be had us on the 3 rd floor and there were no handicap rooms available when we checked in. Parking was tight for our oversized vehicle- 3500 truck pulling a 18 ft trailer. Also fan on heater/air conditioner ran all night even though my hubby turned it off.

There was nothing to like about this property. The room was on the back side of the property. This was a ground floor room. The window was open and didn’t lock. I asked for a different room but the two rooms they had available were on the second floor. The property did not have an elevator and I am traveling with my elderly mother. I had to go to another property. I would never recommend this property to anyone

We were greeted on check-in. Staff member was very friendly. The room was good for what we needed for 2 nights. There was no coffee maker as was advertised as a room amenity on the website. They did have coffee in the lobby. If you or anyone in your travel group cannot physically climb stairs, this hotel is not for you. There are no rooms on the ground floor; you have to climb up or down stairs to get to the rooms. There is no elevator. The doors slam without even trying and we could easily hear the people above us walking around and stomping. It was quiet enough that you could not hear the road noise, though. The sign says under new management. I hope the new management will take some time to upgrade and fix issues here.

Parking was easy and felt safe. Room looked good. Mattress sank pretty deep when sat on, but overall we slept ok. A towel looked a little dingy, but we did not shower so did not need to use the towels. Tv worked well. Plugs to charge devices on lamps would be good. We had to hunt for plugs to use. Bathroom was modest with just enough space.

Might as well call this place Tweakerlodge instead of Travelodge. Some of the past reviews and pictures from the motel itself are concerning, due to the fact that they are far from the truth. There are sketchy people in the parking lot, the room had black mold on the ceiling, sheets were unbelievably dirty, and my brother in law and his family found a tourniquet of some sort in their room. Thankfully we were able to get our money back and stay elsewhere. Apparently it’s a trap house disguised as a safe place to take your family while passing through town. We ended up at the Best Western and my BIL ended up at the Holiday Inn. A million times better.

It was dog friendly. That was a plus. Wish they had continental breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once. Wish all hotels have more towels to start with always. The room was very clean and smelled nice.

I stayed in the hotel by myself for two nights, I was in town for a tournament. This was a great deal! The room was not, like many inexpensive hotels, old looking. The bathroom looks like it has been recently remodeled, the carpet looked new and the air conditioner was ice cold. It was also convenient, close to Lincoln University, a ton of restaurant and grocery store. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Travellodge in Jefferson city Missouri June 2nd-4th. The GM's name is Sam. We were very upset when after being gone all day we came back to our room and nothing had been cleaned and no toiletries or towels had even been replaced. Upon asking the night desk clerk why; we were told the rooms are only cleaned every 3 days and upon check out per COVID rules. And when we asked for at least a new trash bag he brought us a tiny ice bag! How gross!! Nobody wants to pay for a hotel only to have to clean thier own room or beg for basic supplies for the room. However, the bright spot was Asia Mcray at the front desk when we checked in and out she is absolutely the best! If there's any kind of reward for customer service she deserves it! We will be in Jefferson a lot visiting family. And ONLY because of her excellent attitude and customer service will I be checking and hoping their room cleaning policy has been updated from the old COVID rules.

What we didnt like was the shower was to short im 5 6 and the i had to bend down to use the shower. My husband is 6ft i felt sorry for him. There was only 1side table so i had to use our suitcase to have a place for my glasses, my drink and my phone. And also there was no place to hang our cloths.

Room was very clean, but small. Bed arrangement put right side (as one stands at bottom, looking toward head) <6 inches from a wall. Being a senior, I had to take that right side because my wife could NOT enter the bed without discomfort/pain. Room, itself was very small and offered little space. I would have liked a safety bar in the bath/shower area. Staff was very welcoming and polite. No breafast was offered. Unfortunately, as we both age, we will stay elsewhere when staying in Jefferson City, Missouri.

I liked this place. The check-in was fast and friendly, the room was clean, everything in the room worked as it should, the WiFi was strong, and they had TCM via Direct TV. Also, what a neat view of the small Jefferson City skyline to the north. I would definitely stay here again.

The room we had didn't have a closet to hang my clothes, there was no countertop in the bathroom to put toiletries on. The room was missing cups. Not the best stay fir us, but was not the worst.

The desk attendant was accommodating. Stayed on first floor so the elephants above our room decided to roam about at 4:15 am, to check out i guess, i think tgey hot lapped the room for a good 40 mins first. The sheets had some very small spot stains that looked like ink dots. Had to take a 2nd look at those. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again, basically only used for shower and sleep as most do, late nights getting back in and leaving sonewhat early morning.

We arrived a little later than planned, due to our dogs needing to spend some time running around mid road trip. When we got there, the woman at the front desk said they no longer had a room available for us- even though I had made the reservation and prepaid. It was around 12:30 in the morning- I had two tired teenagers and two tired dogs, who had been on the road for 13 hours. I had preplanned this as our resting spot for the night before continuing our road trip, so we needed that room. It took about 30 minutes for her clear the situation up when suddenly she "found us a room". I kindly (tiredly) told her this hotel was hotel number 5 on a cross country road trip for us and we had never had this happen before. It seemed to help her move faster to find us a room. I don't know what was going on and why she told us she had given our room away when there was still one left. We went to sleep, woke up and left as fast as we could. I would not recommend this place to anyone- ever.

My sons and I stayed one night here. It was exactly what we wanted it to be: clean, comfortable, and affordable. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly very friendly. He quickly handled our request for extra towels and saved the day with toothpaste when I realized none of us brought it. We would stay here again!

When we arrived the system was down and they couldn’t check customers in. It was a couple hours before we could get n our room. I understand computer glitches are What they are. The staff was transparent about what the situation was . They later called us and said the system Was back And we could could check in or they would Refund our money. We returned to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful to us

Property is extremely clean and well kept up. Check in was fast and smooth. The staff even helped us with our luggage and offered to bring us ice. Best customer service I've had anywhere in years! Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone staying in Jefferson City

Aside from the extremely large odor of marajuana that filled the halls and waiting room our stay was good. When we complained to the girl at the desk she laughed it off. Very rude.

When we arrived at the location to check in, the lady at the counter told us she could not allow us to stay at that location because our home address was less than 2 hours away. (1 hour 45 minutes per GPS) so we were stranded in Jefferson City with no where to stay with a child! Not a happy camper AT ALL!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although no breakfast on site there were restaurants very close by. They even had a coffee pot in room upon request and 1 in the lobby . We will stay there again if and when we travel , should we go to Missouri.
