This hotel was disgusting from the time we walked in. My instinct was to turn around and not check-in, but with 3 rooms booked and late at night, I didnt have another option. One of the 3 rooms had trash, dirty towels, a slept in bed, music on and cigarette butts all over. We were accomodated with a different room. The elevator got sruck wIth people inside. It took them at least 30 minutes to get them out, and never called the fire department for help, so this must be a frequent occurrence. Being grossed out by the moldy, dirty bathrooms and general cleanliness, we knew we couldn't stay a 2nd night. We were in town for my brothers funeral and had to pack up and find more suitable arrangements. The one bright spot was the lovely lady at the front desk, I wish I had gotten her name. Save yourself grief and aggravation, dont stay here!

We had a nice room and they were very nice when checking. However, the pool was supposed to be heated. We picked based on having a pool and it was so cold our kids (5) wouldnt get into the pool.

This Comfort Inn is by far better than the other one in Lee's Summit. There isnt a hot tub and the pool is cold though. Breakfast was just ok. There were some areas that could use cleaning. But overall I was good.

We chose this property mainly for the kids because of the advertisement of a “HEATED POOL”. The pool was far from heated! Within 5 minutes our kids lips were BLUE! Never once did they let the water go above their waist. The pool’s temperature was a max of 65 degrees. The worker advised that her manager said they would not turn on the heater…. REALLY? This property is an older property. The carpets are nasty and sticky. Our room was barely cleaned with debris still on the floor. Hair still in the shower from the previous person. No shower liner, just the outer curtain which looked moldy at the bottom. Staines from the floors to the ceiling. Rust has clearly been painted over.

I was very disappointed in our room. We had a suite, hideaway bed VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, had dirty sheets on it when we unfolded it, cigarette was laying on the bed and we were in a NO smoking room. Indoor pool was very dirty, loaded with hair. Asked for extra pillows for the hideaway bed and they did not have any. Will NOT be staying at this hotel ever again.

The doors took extra pulls and tugs to open and lock, the “fitness room” had just a couple of pieces and a completely empty dumbbell rack, and the breakfast was cold and greasy.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, room was dirty, toilet was nasty, mold on the walls (I have chronic asthma can't be around mold), cleaners come in your room without you knowing, two people checked out due to bedbugs it was a big dispute in the lobby about it. I complained about my room for two days and the manager refused to change my room. I was accused of having parties (my church had a 3 day convention and we went to all 3) there's no way I was having parties. Kicked me out of the hotel without refunding my money. The manager Sam Patel knows ways to stop people from getting their money back. Be very aware.

I set the heater to 67 and it was still very warm in the room, there were dead and alive stink bugs in the room, dried food in the sink, mini fridge did keep things cold, the trim was missing from the closet door so it didn’t stay shut, stuff was coming off the wall above the shower, glitter all over the floor, stuff on the walls that could have easy been wiped off

Comforter had dried washed on blood stain, floor was so dirty that feet were black after showering, husband found some kinda bug on the wall and google said it was a carpet mite, hard bed, flat pillows, front desk told me to “find housekeeping” to get new towels, we received two upon arrival and stayed four nights and they acted like we were crazy for asking for more. Pool had tons of bugs in it, cleaned it ourselves, and was freezing cold. Overall horrible experience!

The bathroom floor was so dirty that it was obvious that it had not been mopped. I believe that since I brought a care animal, they didn’t think I deserve to clean room. Linens were clean, but the bathroom was disgusting. I refused to shower there.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This property is NOT well kept. The room was not clean nor were the hallways or elevator. The bathroom was the worst room. The toilet bowl, floor and shower were disgusting. I would NEVER stay here again. There were stains on the lamp shade, walls and ironing board. Breakfast was lacking. The eggs were COLD! The staff was nice but the maids are lacking something fierce.

This place is a dump. We reserved a suite in hopes that it would be nice and when it was sub-standard, we moved to a different room. Both rooms were shocking. Nothing has been updated in decades. The bathtub and refrigerator were both dirty in both rooms. The paint was peeling. We were afraid to walk on the carpet without shoes. One of the worse experiences we've had in a hotel. One word -- Yuck.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly and made a horrible noise anytime it was on. The ceiling fan, when it was on, was so loose it looked like it was going to come off the ceiling. The phone in the room wasn't hooked up, and couldn't connect, the alarm clock didn't work. It was an awful room.

The room was clean but the door to the bathroom was very hard to open and close. The shower ran out of hot water after just a couple minutes in there. It was a nonsmoking floor but the hallways smelled very strong of marijuana and cigarettes. So strong it smelled by our door. You could hear the people in the next room clear enough to know what they were saying.

Main lobby has such a dim light its hard to look around. The breakfast was horrible.. stale bread and every item taste old or expired. The owner and his wife were so rude Mr. Patel.. when i was checking out they tried to charge extra money on my CC because i had a service pet. When i told him that your facility is pet friendly.. him and his wife start arguing with me that its wrong. We are not per friendly. I showed them on there comfort inn and expedia website .. it states per friendly. Then he told me to leave and never come back... I will not take this kind of attitude. He has no right to tell me that, he came to my country and insulting me. I turned around and asked him to step outside and im gonna teach him how to talk to the customer's in the U.S.. .. he suddenly got apologetic .. I will never stay in there again. Horrible people liars and just wanna steal your money

The staff were horrible and very rude, fridge didn't work air conditioner didn't work well, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and the booked over my reservation and left me without a room that I had already paid for and kept my money. They also contacted their affiliated hotel that I booked at due to their lack of customer service skills and the proper ability to do their job as they should have done properly , and informed them that I was a risk to the property at their hotel and they tried to charge me 20p$ deposit which is against the law but they cared none about that and kept my money as well. I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay at this hotel if u have ever relied on customer service to be handled properly this was the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced EVER!!!!!

Overall, it's ok. Bed was pretty comfortable. Room seemed pretty clean. A little musty when we first arrived, but got some better after we turned on the AC. Pool was clean and clear. I had several outlets that were worn out and wouldn't make connection with the cords. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I took an egg from the warmer and when i took a bite out was like it just came from the cooler. It was probably still about 45-50 degrees. They were out of stuff, the lady doing the breakfast seemed lost or didn't care. If the breakfast had been better, i would have scored it higher.
