Everything was clean in the room. The bed was comfortable. Like most hotels, the pillows are ok but not great. I wish they had a shuttle service because there is a large shopping complex nearby and I wasn’t able to drive my work vehicle over there, so I had to take a Lyft ride. Other than that’s this is a great hotel

When we got to the room our door was hard to open. We also found trash right beside the bed in between the bed and table that wasnt ours. The bathtub looked dirty also. The staff was great and very helpful. The pool looked off in color and the chlorine was so heavy that while sitting in the room watching our kids it hurt our eyes. And began to hurt theirs as well as the pool was super cold they said.
