When we got to the room our door was hard to open. We also found trash right beside the bed in between the bed and table that wasnt ours. The bathtub looked dirty also. The staff was great and very helpful. The pool looked off in color and the chlorine was so heavy that while sitting in the room watching our kids it hurt our eyes. And began to hurt theirs as well as the pool was super cold they said.

Beautiful property and convenient, but quiet location. Beds are a little soft for my liking but not overly so. Loved the pillows. Nice to have all the Dove toiletries readily available. Breakfast attendant was personable and very helpful, as was the evening front desk attendant. Only negative was the pool. We knew it was small going into it and we're disappointed there was no hot tub for the price we were paying. But the pool was so cloudy I couldn't see what color the kids swimsuits were and the chlorine level was incredibly high. My eyes were watering and I wasn't even in the pool. My grandson accidentally swallowed some of the water and became ill, spending the rest of the evening vomiting with stomach cramps. Outside of that very disappointing factor, this was a nice place.

Appeared to be a brand new property. Surprised to learn it was built in 2017. We were in a King Deluxe room. Huge room. Well appointed. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. The hotel is sort of out in the middle of a field.

The room was still a little dirty. For the price of the room I would have expected more. The tv was stuck in 2010, this is a newer hotel so I guess I just expected better. The complimentary breakfast was nice though, a lot of options.

I told the person when we checked out our bathroom was not cleaned. There was a dirty washcloth in the bathtub along with hair in tub. Also bath mat was wet. We noticed dust on the furniture in the room as well. No attempt made by staff to lower our cost of the room.

The lady at check in was lovely and friendly. The room looked like the beds had been laid in, there were bugs in the hall and on the floor in our room, and the grout was missing from the tile in the entry. There were also holes in the window covering. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was standard - oatmeal, pancakes, sausage.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The hotel was pretty booked during our stay and noise from other rooms was not a problem. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! This isn’t our normal hotel during our kc trips but the staff were so phenomenal it will now be our normal place! The breakfast was amazing! They have a great variety of foods and while these foods aren’t outside of hotel norms for complimentary breakfast, the food was hot and fresh (not stale or lukewarm as hotel food can sometimes be) Also, surprisingly good coffee! Our room was clean and comfortable! This is the only reason I gave four stars, our thermostat ac was set on 66 but there’s no way the room got below 74/76, we actually purchased a fan to get through the weekend. However, we didn’t ask for anything to be done about it and I’m positive they would have done what they could to remedy the situation. The hotel is right down the street from dining and shopping so if you don’t want to stray far from the hotel you wouldn’t have to!

We showed up late & tired after a long day of softball out in the heat, only to find our AC was not working. The room was hot! I called the front desk, he was up to our room very quickly. He went above and beyond to try to help. He had maintenance come and help. He also went above and beyond to try to fix it. He got the AC running quickly, while the front desk employee brought us a fan to help cool our room quicker. This was the BEST service I can remember having at a hotel. Thanks to the two gentlemen who helped! All the other staff we dealt with were friendly. The rooms were clean & comfortable. I love checkout at 11am and not 10am. The breakfast was also good!

The staff was very accommodating, providing a shower chair and even relocating us to a ground floor room (105) for my immobile wife. Mike the maintenance man was super nice and is a great asset to the staff. The breakfast bar was excellent. He fixed the barn door inside handle which broke off of our first room 324.

It would have been cheaper to book with the motel directly instead of Expedia. I would have saved about $22.00 a night. The hotel is right by a railway and the train comes through there two times in the night blowing its horns. Some of the handles on the dresser in my room were falling off and just hanging there.
