Hampton Inn Kansas City-Lee's Summit

Very friendly staff everywhere. The AC/heater was a little noisy kicking on and off. Hot tub water seemed to be running too hot. Overall, we had an excellent stay and enjoyed the facilities.

The hotel was very clean and the staff helpful. It was so nice that it was pet friendly too- they even have a big grassy area and bags for potty breaks.

Hotel was nice and clean!! Pool and hot tub was great!! Hotel was busy but it was quiet!! Breakfast was good. Had different options! The staff was great. Our last morning we woke up to no power because of a transformer issue. The staff was working hard to get everything back on and they still had breakfast available!! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for three days and can’t think of anything that could have been improved. We loved the pool and hot tub, the daily breakfast was incredible! Staff were great, everything was clean and all for a great price! Will definitely stay here again!!

He was also very friendly and attentive to keeping the food hot and available despite the large group eating. Great place to stay.

Quick trip to Lee's Summit and this was in a great location to get to everything, clean, staff was friendly, supplies they provide to use are wonderful in the bathroom, pool was clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend.

Booked me in a dirty room that hadn't been cleaned. Double charged our credit card and then didn't take responsibility for it. Had to file a complaint with corporate.

Lots of broken things in the room. There was also an odor and very humid, our clothes were wet.

Power shades did not work. Asked to have fixed and not fixed

We could hear our surrounding neighbors both nights, even after moving rooms. One of these neighbors had a dog that was barking loudly late at night. The staff weren't all that welcoming, but they weren't overtly rude. The rooms were pretty nice, but had kind of a musty smell.

Beds were pretty comfortable for the price.

Our Tv did not work too well. And my wife could not get Wi-Fi on her phone.

Just not my cup of tea. When taking showers in the bathtub its dangerous due to the slant of the tub. Need a hand held shower device. AC unit miserable. Not enough light in the room.

The tub/shower was very slick. It felt like there was water under the tub as it was very soft and it made it difficult to stand in the shower. My 85 year old mother couldn’t take a shower because of this she almost fell. and I had difficulty also

Hotel was nice. Bed was comfortable, there was a small couch, had a more modern look, and was clean. It was a tad on the noisy side, a lot of door slamming, and the mini fridge smelled like rotten milk. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Good location. Breakfast was excellent Streaming channels were not satisfactory. One which should have been local news was 1) like looking at a vertical smart camera shot, filling top to bottom but using 1 8th of the horizonal area with black on the sides AND what was showing was 3 stooges and other material that came from "who knows where". And 2) very poor limited choice of normal broadcasting. Also the one windows curtain was semi-functional as the motorized shade roller was reluctant to lift the shade.

Everything was great except for the noise from other rooms and kids running around the hall. It was a very busy hotel. Also, our room was near the elevator and ice machine which were very loud

I love staying at the Hampton Inn in Kansas City Lee Summit. We stay there all the time. This time we stayed was a terrible disappointment the first night that we checked in, in the middle of the night the hotel staff accidentally made two extra cards for two new guest to our room. They came to our room and they access our room, fortunately, I heard the door lock engage immediately got up and rebooted the door manually. They insisted that we were in their room and demanded that we get out. I could not see them through the people and I directed them to go back to the guest services desk. When I called the guest services desk, I explained what was happening to the lady that answered the phone. She was extremely rude to me and said that we had two beds in our room so we should let the two girls in our room. I said absolutely not. And I was trying to ask her questions and she hang up on me. Every night that we stayed There with no sleeping because I did not feel safe and there was a family with children above us and the children were up all night playing and running and stomping on the floor. It made sleep impossible. when I was checking out the guest services clerk within to everything that happened and made a report for her manager and said that those two girls have been added to my room an error. She said she was very sorry about the experience. She gave me the phone number of the company that added them to my account and print it out the booking showing where were added.

Clean. Easy check in. Staff rectified an issue without blinking an eye. Very satisfied.

The staff Haley and Olaea were so helpful in handling my sister with Alzeheimers. I will never forget them.

We made our reservation online and received an email about a week before confirming our stay. Upon arrival we had the quickest check in I've ever experienced in my life! The front desk staff was attentive, kind, happy and made us feel welcome. Everytime we needed more water or had a question they were quick and helpful to answer.we will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to KC!

We paid for a king and we received a two bed queen room. Since we used Expedia the staff said they could not fix it.

This is a very nice and clean hotel with wonderful staff. Our TV in the room had a really low volume and could hardly be heard across the room. It was later at night and the staff contacted maintenance but there was no fix known. The staff immediately tried to discount the room, but since the reservation was on Hotels.com they could not discount, so they offered a voucher for items in their snack area. Sometimes things go wrong, but it is how the staff reacts is what counts. They did everthing in their power to try and make things right. Since we were there only 1 night it was no big deal.

We’ve stayed there several times when we go and do some events at arrowhead Stadium. They are easy to work with with either a early check-in or a late check-in.

The hotel was very conveniently located with many great dining options you can walk to. The staff were helpful and friendly and everything was clean and comfortable.

This property is convenient to many things. The area is relatively quiet and access to amenities is easy by car. Service was great. The staff are pleasant and professional.

Hotel is easily situated off 470 for quick access. Lots of local restaurants nearby for eating.

Easy on/off the highway for the things we came into town to do.

This property was difficult to locate coming from the south as it is located a couple of buildings behind Culver's on NE Douglas Street but there is no signage for the Hampton Inn to be see from that street.

Great stay! The hotel was easy to access and there are several retail stores and restaurants close by. It’s tucked away just enough to be quiet but close enough to the highway to make it very easy to get back on the road!

The location seemed a little off the beaten path at first, but it turned out to be a good location to get to the activities we had planned. I thought the staff was super friendly and helpful.
