The receptionist was so nice to help us check early. The room did not have mugs & towels. We needed to call several times to get them. No hot water.

8 minutes walk to Haram, minimum bed room capacity is 2. No single bed room. Good price for value.

they would not provide toilet rolls , mugs and towels on request . requested this three times for two rooms we had. Towels were eventually given but no mugs for the kettle or toilet roll. Card would stop working randomly and would have to go back down to fix from top floor. Staff appear friendly but helping was not there concern. Conditions were unclean, please avoid and i do not recommend.

The hotel is for travelers on a budget, the location is great for people who enjoy walking its only 10-14 mins walk to the Haram though its an uphill hike so u have to be a bit athletic and not with knee problems. Don't expect good cleaning services during ur stay, we ended up cleaning our room to stay in peace. There is no shuttle services, The over all experience is ok if u on a budget. they could do better.

Over all property was good. Only the problem is NO Towels in the room and there was no any complimentary Water bottles or Coffee in the room.

The hotel has some problem with plumbing. One night I was in the washroom and found water was dripping from the ceiling right above the bathroom toilet. Then I moved to another room and found dripping from the ceiling was even worse. But good thing it was just above the counter-top of the vanity.

Terrible staff beds were dirty when we showed up towels were dirty and we couldn’t get extra towels. Staff was rude bathroom was dirty too. Also no warm water

I overall enjoyed my stay. The sister at reception named Salawa was very helpful, she always looked out for me. The cost was very cheap considering the hotel relatively clean and comfortable, 10 mins walk away from Haram- there is a slope, which gets tiresome. Rooms were not fully replenished regularly, had to ask for water, towels etc WiFi was terrible and so I managed to use my own data. Other than this I can’t complain as it was very cost effective and I would definitely recommend and rebook again. Thankyou! :)

Oda gayet güzel ve temiz idi

Hotel’s front desk staff not at all helpful. While the room was nice, there were cockroaches everywhere from the bathroom to the room.

Servisli oteller bile Gazze kapısından bıraktığında insanlar en az 1 kilometre yürüyorlar bu açıdan bakıldığında bu otel mantıklı fakat bu otele gidecekseniz kendi yemeğinizi kendiniz götürün buzdolabı var çünkü çevredeki yemek yeme yerleri Türk ağız tadına çok uygun değil CarrefourSA da kahvaltılık malzemeler var açık büfe kahvaltı da veriyorlar ücreti de cuzzi. The staff were not really very helpful and did not seem to care much. When we asked for mugs to drink tea, they gave us one mug for two persons! They told us it was the last one they had! ... There were roaches in the room when we arrived.

The staff didn't seem aware that they accept Expedia booking. They had to call a manager to ask him whether I should be given a room or not. The room was missing essentials like towels when I called the front desk they didn't answer. Then I went in person to tell them to send towels. I still got ignored until the time of checkout

Staff at reception wasn’t great and very slow. Took 35 mins to check in and get my room key. After which I found no towels in the room. Asked at reception and was told towels would be sent up but none came.

I had a confirmed reservation booked days ahead, however no room was available when I got there. Terrible management of the hotel and customers. We had to jump from hotel to hotel looking for alternatives.

Die Nähe zum Haram und der Preis sind sehr gut. Würde ich nochmal holen Inchalla wenn ich die Möglichkeit bekomme.
