Poor clean

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We had an interconnecting room, which was perfect for our family and made our stay much more convenient. The breakfast options were incredibly varied, with something for everyone. My personal favourites were the omelette station, as well as the fresh pancakes and waffles. The hotel is not far from the Haram and is just down the hill. Walking back up wasn’t too difficult for us, but the hotel also provides a frequent shuttle service, which is especially useful for older guests or families with young children. If you’re planning to use the shuttle around salaah times, I would recommend allowing a little extra time as it can get busier. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

Very nice and good plac and very very clean

It was a slightly above average experience overall, nothing particularly special or extraordinary. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast service. Some of the servers had a cold, unwelcoming attitude, as though I, as a guest, was somehow an inconvenience, especially whenever I requested a cup of karak chai. On one morning at around 10:40 am, I asked for a second cup of chai. The server went to speak with the manager, then returned and told me it had “finished.” I found that quite disappointing, especially considering the hotel’s proximity to masjid al Haram. Being unable to get a simple second cup of chai left a poor impression. And their chai wasn’t that great either. They would serve a lukewarm excess milk chai and call it “karak chai”. They have never had a karak chai before. Another issue was the lack of “Do Not Disturb” or “Do Not Clean Room” door signs. This meant I had no way of indicating that I didn’t want housekeeping entering my room. On my first morning, I left in a rush, leaving some of my worn clothes, sleeping shorts and personal garments out in the open. When I returned, I found that housekeeping had cleaned the room and moved my clothes onto the sofa. I did not appreciate that. Had I known they would be entering, I would have put my belongings away myself rather than having staff handle them. Overall, while the stay was acceptable, these experiences significantly affected my impression. If I return in the future, I would choose to stay somewhere els
