The hotel is very conveniently located to access the haram, just have to cross the road. I was very impressed from check in to check out, all the staff are very helpful and friendly throughout. The lifts at this hotel are absolutely awesome, never a long wait for a lift at any time. The view from our room out to the haram from the 8th floor was great. Rooms aren’t big but well equipped and fairly modern, showers are great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Terrible on first day I was in the hotel when I entered the room smells was terrible and when I was asked about the smell he said it will go and half an hour then when I went to take a rest then I noticed the bedsheets were dirty then middle of the night a terrible noise came from outside me and my wife and my daughter couldn’t sleep for all night and then I went to downstairs and complained about to change the room they were said no room available and they will shorted out in the morning also I have told Expedia about it but unfortunately all 5 nights I was stayed my room hasn’t changed and I couldn’t sleep for all 5 nights I normally used Expedia where ever I travel but this bed experience I will remember so please don’t trust Expedia because they take your money and they can not help anything about it
