It’s the old saying, you get what you pay for. We were traveling to Tishomingo State Park and needed accommodations that would allow our 2 standard poodles. It was an average motel with the average bed, towels and cleanliness. No coffee maker in room but McDonalds is literally 30 feet away for morning coffee

The very limited AC outlets would not hold the plug in the wall. The bathroom vanity light only worked about half of the time. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant during checkin. However, the only ice machine was in their office and they had no ice buckets in the room. They gave me a small plastic bag of ice. I guess they expected me to place it in the sink which is what I did.

It\'s about worth the very low price, as there are zero good alternatives in Booneville. Room and bathroom were not at all clean. Very old and run down. HUGE gap around the entry door. The deadbolt lock didn\'t work very well. It was very busy and noisy at night. The abandoned building at the rear of the property had far too much foot traffic. I told the manager that the bathroom was filthy and he said housekeeping would clean it in the morning, to which I replied no thanks. I had a reservation 2 months in advance, so they had a chance to clean it before I arrived and failed to do so. Unfortunately the "national chain" motel in town was just as bad last time I was in Booneville. On the plus side it is very convenient to the college and the bed was OK.

Upon checkin was given a room that should never be rented - dirt, black mold, outlets without covers, dirty walls/ceilings, etc. After trying to get a refund from Hotels.com and denied (even after disclosing an auto immune illness) we were given a different room that was maybe a 3 rating. Unfortunately we had a 3 night reservation in this really awful place.

The room smelled like bug spray the bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty and smelled, You could tell they don’t change sheets and pillow cases. There is slot of drug activity in this motel do not stay here!!!!!!! We just packed our things and went back home ruined our trip. There’s no need to ask for a refund either

THERE WERE ROACHES AND THE ROOM WAS FALLING APART, TUB AND SHOWER FIXTURES WERE COMING OFF THE WALL AND DIDNT WORK PROPERTLY. TV CHANNELS WERE ALL DIGITIZED AND UNWATCHABLE. tHEY CAME IN ROOM TOOK OUR TOWELS THE NEXT MORNING AND DIDNT REPLACE THEM. iT WAS A TERRABLE STAY. i WANT ONE DAY REFUNDED.

This hotel needs to be demolished. The rooms had a very foul smell. The sheets had holes in them and the bathroom had graffiti on the back of the door.

We checked in, went to our room and asked for a refund right away. The door, walls, and ceiling were covered in hundreds of bugs!! The shower wall was disgusting as were the walls. We went to the front desk to ask for a refund and nobody was around (this was at 3pm.) We still have not received a refund. I would never stay here again.

Nothing was unique about this place is was a dump.. they had trouble getting my key card so I had to wait ( check in was at 2 I had to wait until 5) no less I still had trouble unlocking my door! But then when I got in there was tp in my peephole and that bathroom was terrible I didn’t feel comfortable even changing in there no less want to use the water to brush my teeth

Typical inexpensive place to rest overnight during a road trip. Shower had good water but pressure was meh. Maod didn't vacuum and you may want to pack a separate sheet to cover the corner chair and ottoman I had in my room. One set of bath towels but it did include a second bath towel and wash cloth! Clerk was very courteous and attentive. Would stay again if I pass that way again.

Very modestly priced hotel for the quality. Comfortable king-size bed and nicely situated for shopping and many restaurants. My one dislike would be the television which was absurdly difficult to operate.

The place was clean with a very overwhelming smell of pine sol. I was in a room that was just "redone", but all I saw was a paint job and flooring, sink, tub, and toilet seat needed serious updating. I reserved 2 rooms which were not even close and there were plenty of rooms empty closer to mine. My daughter got a rude early call demanding she come to office to pay pet fee, It was paid upon check in but was not communicated. Good for cheap overnight stay but don't expect much.

Very dirty and the staff was rude and demanded money for late check out before the actual time to leave. Not only was the staff a issue there but the room was also very dirty the front window to the hotel had been smashed out and there wasn't a single outlet in our room that worked making it so we couldn't charge our phones for the following day.

Whoever checked me in at the motel, said my ID didn’t match , and he more or less said I wasn’t who I was , I had my ID and the receipt proving it was me. It took me almost 15 minutes to check I , and when he finally gave me a key I was put upstairs and I have bad knees and legs and climbing them almost killed me . The refrigerator was leaking water bad. The room smelled like cat pee, I had to go but sanitizer for the air . The tv channels are not what was listed on the guide in the room. And last but not least we were awoke in the middle of the night by yelling and cursing outside . I will never stay there again. I wish there were a way to get a refund, because that motel room wasn’t worth $35 dollars a night let alone the fee of $67.86 I paid. I should’ve paid the extra and booked at super 8 .

Very welcoming and safe area next to a lot of stores and a gas station making it very convenient. Scheduled last minute reservation and day before. This place definitely has the best suit for the price. Definitely check them out if you’re visiting in or around Booneville!
