I have never been charged $100.00 in case of damages. To be refunded later. The indoor pool was cold as ice. Which was the reason for staying there. Breakfast was not the best.

Mediocre. Amenities were closed though not stated prior to visit. Bed are very firm. Needing some renovaions and upkeep. Water in bathroom sink never got warm. Shower water managed some sort of warm after 10 minutes of run. Breakfast was ok. But most was cold. Staff however were very friendly!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing on a number of levels. When we arrived to attempt to check in the parking area and green spaces around the property were unkept with weeds and briars in between the parking spaces. Trash cans overflowing and overturned. We arrived a bit after 1 PM and asked if an early check-in was available. We were informed that an early check-in required an additional charge. I travel a good bit and have never experienced that. We declined and had two hours to kill. When we returned we checked in and were given a 1st floor room. Upon entering the room it was warm, the AC unit was running but wasn't working well and couldn't cool the room. It never did cool down much. I am happy to say that the room itself was clean even if dated. But, the lamps did not work in the room and later in the evening when we returned from an event we realized there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. How does that happen? The property doesn't offer convience items for sale like toothpast, or Tylenol or anything like thst. There are only vending machines that take coins only. The staff we interacted with were very nice, but it almost looks like management isn't really trying. There are much better options at this interchange.

The smell was just… something. Like it was a public park toilet, not a hotel. The 2 bedroom suite I’ve booked is in fact a 1 bedroom one with 3 beds. The carpet hasn’t seen cleaning since president Obama. Area is shady. Staff doesn’t seem to see you and they all wear regular clothes so you can’t tell if they work there or not. No gym, the pool is closed. Way too overpriced, for $180 per night it was the worst experience in a lifetime.

Remodeling going on inside hotel. This hotel is in poor shape trim laying in hallways on floors not get remodeled indoor pool broken . workers in jeeps blocking the front doors to the hotel all night had to unload in parking lot just to get our stuff inside. I'm glad there was no emergency or FIRE!! I came down early for breakfast 6:00Am and manager was telling cook to not put anything else that out there was not enough guest for it.

It was a nice experience. The indoor pool was ice cold though. One of my daughters couldn't stay in it long and didn't get back in it the whole weekend. Ms. Kerry was wondering during the free breakfast and made sure it stayed stocked and her smile was SO WONDERFUL!!!

Upon walking into the hotel the first night, there was dog poop in entry. We arrived in our room it was late and we were tired. We didnt look room over much just needed to lay down. Once we woke up We noticed the stains in the carpet and rusty fixtures in room and restroom. We were there 4 days. We never got clean towel nor room service. We had such a busy schedule I told my daughter lets just tuff it and never book here again. Horrible.

The whole bedroom was extremely damp… there was a band aid and several other pieces of trash in the halls. Just overall felt gross. Stayed due to my late check in time but left immediately in the morning after a shower. The check in lady was very nice. Poorly maintained building and rooms.

My room wasn't cleaned. Hair in one of the beds, and beds were made without changing the linen. Informed the staff, was given a new room that wasn't cleaned at all. They cleaned the first room, and we stayed in that one. I wasn't offered a comp or discount. Also, someone was smoking cigarettes and it made my room reek of the smell.

Our bathroom had long hairs all over the bathroom floor and a few in the shower. The bathroom countertops had crusty white stuff all over. I wiped it off with a cloth so it was clear no one had cleaned this room properly in a while. There were crumbs on the edges of the room like it was vacuum in the main areas only. It smelled damp, like a basement. The bed was not comfortable at all. We didn’t sleep much but we did get a hot shower with good water pressure in the morning.

This hotel needs updating and/or repairs. There was packing tape holding furniture together, dingy & warped moulding throughout, stained curtains, and gaps all the way around the door. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the staff was very nice.

Staff was super nice other then 1 guy not sure if he was the owner or manager of the property but his name was cj I tried talking to him about my deposit and he was a complete duchebag! I never got my deposit back and it still shows on my bank statement as a charge and couldn’t talk to him about it because like I stated previously he just didn’t want to hear it. Other then that it was a decent stay.

Our room didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there .They were very short staffed so therefore the young lady that works the front desk in the morning was doing everyone’s job she was very apologetic however that doesn’t account for all the money I had to pay staying there from Wed-Mon without a room clean or a garbage removed and also asking for towels everyday .I wasn’t please with any of that at all.

The room was clean, smelled nice and carpet wasn’t icky to walk on. (Some hotel carpet feels “sticky” from being nasty) Breakfast had a good selection. Our only reserve was that the hotel was in a somewhat secluded area and made the parking lot seem darker at night. We never really felt unsafe though. It was a good stay for the price. We’d stay again.
