The staff was less than friendly at check in. The shuttle driver pulled in right before me and parked blocking the entire covered entry way while it was raining so I had to unload my families luggage in the rain, while the driver sat in the lobby. I asked the Hampton person checking me in and she said he would be back in a little while to move the van. The carpet was torn in the room, and was "sticky". The entire hotel smelled musty. Breakfast was not great and they were out of several items. They electrical outlet by the bed was broken on the front and unsafe, and one under the table for the TV was hanging loose in an oversized hole in the wall. The sink and shower didn't drain well either.

I was very disappointed that they did not have a pool but the staff was very friendly. I did not like you could only get back in through the front door and had to park on the side of the hotel because it was raining my whole stay but the hotel was very clean.

The room was very clean. The staff was great. But when I returned later on, there was a live roach in the bathroom. I found that disturbing, because if there is one roach, you know there can be more in the room and hotel.

The room itself was in okay condition. You can tell it may be a little bit of an older hotel. Housekeeping and the overnight front desk employee’s courtesy and friendly was top tier. Not the most comfortable mattress or pillows. Definitely need new mattress. The cover slipped back and the mattress was horrific. Looked blood stained.

Well lets start with the good, great location, friendly staff, now the not so good, very little hot water had to let water run for 15 minutes to get hot, T.V. in room wasn't HD, which made it hard to watch.

The breakfast was well stocked and sufficient. Typical waffle maker but neat flavors, eggs, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal. No meats like sausage or bacon. Room was average, carpet a little worn looking, AC not super cold but decent stay for short term.

Good service and cleanliness. Room condition was poor: bathroom door handle broken off and door didn’t close fully. Not a single outlet (table, desk, wall, bathroom) would hold a plug; plugs just fell out. Needs serious refurbishing. Otherwise service was very friendly and accomdating. Cleanliness was excellent.

Staff was great and love the brand but this location is badly in need of a rehab. Very worn. Hard to tell what is worn out and what is dirty. I think it is really just wear. The sliding bathroom doors don't close privately enough for me, the furniture was very tired and seemed possibly water damaged a bit. Bed was clean and comfortable.

They don’t clean the rooms. They say you have to ask for, but nobody tells you that I would’ve never booked it knowing that the TV didn’t work except for channels 3 to 15 the front desk Person was rude. Will never stay there again or any other of the same hotel I’ve stayed for years very disappointing.

The front desk staff in the evenings were so rude. My toilet overflowed and was told for me to come get a mop and a bucket to clean it up. I still can’t believe I the customer paid to stay at their hotel. Who do they think pays their salary. I can tell you it will not be me ever again!!! I will no longer pre pay and get stuck at a hotel where the front desk hates its customers. I would give negative stars if I could!

Staff was super friendly. Came in tired and just don't for the day. Even late at night the staff are warm and welcoming. Even have me recommendations on where I could find some food close and quick so I could get to bed. Rooms were clean well maintained.

I had already booked a room elsewhere but needed something for 5 people, so I looked using that requirement and found Hampton Inn in Pearl. I canceled the other hotel, which we had used before & liked because they couldn't accommodate 5 people. We checked into Hampton, and there didn't have anything for 5 people, just 2 queen beds. I asked about cots, and they said they couldn't use those because fire hazard. The first lady at the counter was rude, especially because we booked through hotels.com. The breakfast was good, and that attendant was nice. The 2nd front desk lady was sweet too. But we had to go get a sleeping bag from BassPro for the 2nd night because we were too cramped with 2 adults & a teen in one bed, and 2 other adults in the other bed. The first lady said another group had the same issue & blamed it on hotels.com. 😟 I've always booked through this site, and with this request, and this is the first issue we've had like that.

My wife and I along with our pets had 2 wonderful stays at this hotel within a week. The room we had was perfect for us. It was so good we requested it for the second stay and the wonderful staff reserved it for us. Every staff member we come across was friendly and professional. The location was also great as there were several restaurants close by. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk lady was very nice & helpful. Conveniently located to Bass Pro, Mugshot Sports Bar & the Outlet Mall. Overall a little over priced & disappointing to the Hampton name. Our room on the 4th floor smelled musky & mildewy. There was a blood stain on our window curtain & the knob for our towels fell out of the wall when i put a towel on it. The breakfast wasn't all too good. They had waffles, scrambled eggs, gravy, biscuits, oatmeal & cereal. Eggs tasted like powdered eggs & gravy was watery. We went to Cracker Barrel afterwards. Most of the ice machines were empty due to the travelling softball teams staying there.

Super quick and easy check in. Very friendly employees. The room was clean, nice pillows. Lots of places to put suitcases. Moved a table since there wasn’t one on my side of the bed. Decent water pressure, but the faucet was too close to the side of the sink. Very nice breakfast.

Perfect overnight spot - very quiet, clean room and comfortable bed. Typical free breakfast met the need. Nice hotel for the price! Staff was very pleasant.

i was sadly disappointed in this Hampton Inn. Friendly people, but the place is beginning to go down hill.Sheets clean, but wrinkled. Furnishings are worn or removed. Breakfast was a bust! Very little breakfast food available. My wife said, “False Advertising.” We have stopped here many times over a couple decades, But this was our last. Hilton needs to review this place. Even the Road sign advertising the place is faded and run down and uninviting.
