They do charge a $25 pet fee per pet per night so be aware of that! I didn’t expect the breakfast to be as minimal as it was but I do deserve what I pay for in a hotel. We left our stuff in the back of the truck and nothing got stolen so we felt safe. Once I called to let them know about late check-in, they were very accommodating. If you have pets, you’ll probably be put at the top of the floor. I don’t mind as long as the elevator works *haha*. The only thing “off” was the heavy cigarette smoke smell in the hallways and elevator but once you’re in your room, it smells fantastic.

The driver was supposed to pick me up from the airport at a certain time he was late he was rude he refused to help me with my bags he gave me a terrible room that was dirty the place had nothing good for breakfast old packages of oatmeal the staff that was there in the morning was equally as rude I used to stay there every time I came to town but I will never stay there again

It’s an old building but the property manages to provide an economical stay that is budget friendly and straight forward. I do have to say that there is a gap in the entry door that is very visible when the door is shut. It’s safer but it’s there. All in all I’d stay again. Tina was pleasant.

When I checked in the lobby and all the hallways were hot and had a foul odor. The room smelled worse. The laminate floor boards were all curled up so that when the floor is mopped, water runs underneath and becomes sour. A towel, sheet and pillow case had hair on them. Both bed covers were worn with loose threads, one bed cover had three holes in it. The lamp by the TV had no knob with which to turn it on or off. The light over the sink did not work. There was no smoke detector, only a place where one had been, with the wires tucked into the wall. The water faucet fixture was loose on the sink. I was not able to take a shower because it did not work. The door did not close all the way on it's own due to an issue with the closure mechanism. We checked in at about 7:00 pm and noticed the building was hot everywhere. I was pleased to notice that it had cooled down by the time we returned. This was absolutely the worst stay I have had at any hotel. I dare anyone in your management team to go to that room and find anything different than I have claimed ( except for maybe the hairs might not be present) .

Got to room door key wouldn’t work go back down guy at desk never said a word redone key get in room the safety latch was broke with part missing , the flooring was coming up and floor had been mopped with something that made it very slippery.Will not stay here again !

The bed had multiple hairs under the cover. Along with what appeared to be fresh stains. Asked to change rooms. Was given new room. Checked bed and found hairs again. This hotel should not be listed on Orbitz.

The floor in my room was so slippery I almost fell walking in. I believe the cleaning fluid used to clean the floor was the culprit. The only mirror in the room had NO lighting...bulb was out, so it was pretty impossible to put on makeup in the room. Hairs in the tub...YUCH!!!

It was filthy! Carpet was almost black with filth. Floors were dirty in bathroom with wet and slimy spots, walls had something splattered all over them. The linens were dirty looking. People loitering, seems lots may live there or use as a brothel. Worst stay ever.

There was a water leak in our ceiling so I was soaked in my bed while sleeping. When reported the front desk person was no help. Not once was I offered compensation for my serious inconvenience. Also mirror fell off the wall!!

Claims pet friendly but then charges extra when arrived with pet, nothing was ever said about extra charges. Towel bars kept falling off the wall. Beds was horrible! Uncomfortable beds, you could see the springs from the bed mattress, just worse bed ever, floors was dirty. Worse stay ever!

The properly over all was clean. My room looked as though the remodel had not been completed. Missing baseboard, holes in the walll were valsnces were removed and not replaced, same in the bathroom. Staff was super friendly and professional

By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at! Was traveling back to Texas from NC and needed a place to stay for me and my two small dogs. Apparently only animals can stay on the third floor. I asked for a first floor because I’m older and it would be easier to get around with them on the first. Was told by the man at the desk animals only allowed on third floor. There was no carpet in the room. No big deal, it’s easier to clean with animals. Whatever. I get it. However, can they at least CLEAN the floor?!? I only stayed one night and the bottom of my socks are disgusting. Thank goodness I had a pair of nonslip socks to go with the no carpet flooring. They could at least give that detail in booking. Had I known, I absolutely would not have paid for a reservation here. I couldn’t even shower because the shower head wouldn’t turn on and the water was also slow to drain. I will never stop at this hotel again. The pictures of the hotel look decent, but it was horrible! The picture is of my socks after ONE night!

The room i was assigned had sticky floors, obviously a pet room. The toilet felt like it was going to fall over and the seat was loose. Could never figure out how to get the shower to work. Sitting on the end of the bed it seemed it lifted the head of the bed off the floor. Our previous stay was actually really go8d, with carpet and nothing felt like it was ignored. This time, last room available is making me rethink of ever staying there again.

This was the worst Wyndam property that I've stayed at. The room felt damp even the sheets. I don't know what that was. We had to beg for clean towels. The floor in the room was dirty. The toilet kept stopping up. The only thing that was great was the black lady that worked there. I forgot her name. But she was so accommodating when she was on duty. She made sure we got to the airport and was taking care of. But the other people at the desk wasn't very friendly. My sons and my cousin stayed there as well. We all had the same experience.

The system was down and they couldn't check us in initially. They allowed us to lock our belongings in a secure area and go to our baseball tournament. They were accommodating and beyond friendly. We will use them from here on when in the area.

The manager and staff were super friendly. The only issue was a guest who smoked at the entrance to the hotel. This made it difficult to check out of my room. My sister passed, along with other issues. When dealing with certain guests who feel privileged to move as they feel is unacceptable. Employees should be trained on how to handle all situations, especially when a designated smoking area is located away from the hotel entrance. I have serious health issues with cigarette smoke.

Covid is no longer, a reason to short guests on Service. If restaurants can cook a breakfast and serve, hotels have NO EXCUSE! I video taped the "Breakfast" offered to paying guests at this hotel. It was appalling and pitiful. ALL the chairs were stacked upside down on ALL the tables. Why- no customers want to eat this poor breakfast. An all cold cereal or instant oatmeal with no butter, some tangerines and bananas and stale mini muffins were the only food available.

The property does not look like the pictures. The hotel room was not the one I chose, nor did they look like the pictures. There were wires hanging out of the ceiling where there should have been a fire alarm. There were dirt stains in the rug and the manager had to send house keeping back to my room to reclean the whole room. The tub had a roach in it as well. I was over charged and could not get my money back until after my stay. The breakfast was only cereal and little breakfast muffins from out the box. The one day I did get breakfast there was bugs in the apple juice that made me throw up due to me not seeing them until after I started drinking the juice. Now I will say the manager was THE BEST and really tried to fix my issue and the night staff trey was awesome!
