Unfortunately, we waited over one hour for the hotel shuttle upon arrival. It took three calls to the front desk to get the shuttle to pick us up. Otherwise, the hotel was more than satisfactory.

Staff, room, and location was great. Shuttle to airport was a bit disappointing. Only one van available which takes 20mins to return and only can fit 6 guest at a time. We ended up walking to terminal E. Which took about 15min. Give yourself some time if you need to take the shuttle.

About as perfect as an onsite, airport hotel can be. Great staff! Super welcoming and always with a smile. The gym is well appointed and super clean with modern equipment. Starbucks. A full service restaurant and bar with above average options. Great cocktails and waitstaff. The rooms are clean and updated.

Very convenient for access to the airport without going outside. However please be careful about the parking. They are not a “Park & Fly” facility & do not explain that well in their website or at check in. They posted a little sign at the front desk that we noted at checkout about having your parking ticket validated or the rate was $56 per night vs. the $29 advertised. So it cost us $280 to park for 5 nights. If we would have moved our car, we have missed our flight!

Convenient to airport but no place to walk, no shopping or restaurants close by. Bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful. Easy check in. TV needs to be upgraded. We could not watch our shows on the TV. We could not swing our iPad to watch on the television. Lighting was great. The blankets, towels were sandpaper texture. I asked for a bathroom and slippers which they had. When it arrived the bathroom again was so hard and rough. I liked the couch and the desk in the room. We did not shower because bathroom was DIRTY. I took pictures to show the staff, after a long flight I was so ready to soak in the tub but it was not inviting because it was dirty.

The elevator that was open on the ground floor with no lights on. The working elevator that was not smooth. (Only one of four was working.) The slight moldy looking stuff around the soap dish holder in the shower. No coffee sleeves for the coffee cups in the room. Not sure how Marriott can charge what it charges for this property.

The first room they gave me was right above an air conditioning compressor and the noise was horrific. I asked to change rooms, which they did, but the same problem existed, same huge a/c compressor. Apparently the front desk staff did not understand my problem or are unfamiliar with the location of rooms because they gave me the same bad location twice. Finally, the third room was vaguely acceptable in terms of noise level. But all three rooms had stained carpeting, stained couches, and a feeling of wear and tear. This is not the Marriott I remember from years ago. They have let it go downhill. Plus it was horrifically expensive. A Motel 6 does a better job.

This property has a great location if you’re traveling through PHL however, the rooms are in desperate need of an update. There is a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms and hallways and the decor is very 1980. There are no USB charging outlets so make sure you bring your 110v adapters.

The pillows in my room were the most uncomfortable ever. I think they were selected because they look cool, but they were like rocks. The pillows were long tubes, not actually pillow-sized.

An old and dated establishment whose best value is the proximity to the airport. It is not bad, and the staff were professional and nice to be around. It comes down value - it’s not cheap, but if you need a place on the airport grounds then it’s the only option that allows you to walk to the terminals. There is a train that should make it easy to downtown but we didn’t get to try it.

It was quite confusing getting to the proper area to park and enter the hotel. Once we arrived and checked in/ got our room key, we were given instructions on where to park since we were leaving our car there for a week while we traveled. That was also complicated, however we appreciate the accommodation and it was convenient being attached to the airport. We got to our room and it was extremely hot, we turned the AC up to attempt to cool down the room, but were unsuccessful. We contacted the front desk and they did send a maintenance person, who was absolutely excellent. He acknowledged there was something wrong with the unit, however we needed to move rooms. We were not able to be accommodated on the same floor, but switching rooms in general was very frustrating at 10:30pm, when we already had a flight at 5:30am. We did get settled in another room, which the maintenance person did confirm the AC unit was functioning (which we appreciated), and we attempted to get some sleep. I have stayed in my fair share of hotels over the years, and these have got to be in the top 3 of worst, most uncomfortable beds there are. Overall, our experience was very poor and we will not be returning to a Marriott location.

This is a perfect hotel to stay at when you have an early flight out of Philadelphia. The check-in was very fast and efficient. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice, clean and surprisingly quiet despite looking over the runway. We didn't have any drinks at the bar; however, we did eat in the restaurant. My husband wasn't happy with his meal. Said the sandwich was a bit dry (turkey club). However, my smash burger was one of the best I've had. Wait staff at the restaurant was friendly and accomodating. Shuttle service in the a.m. was very good and again, driver was friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

When it was time to go to airport at 5:30 am, the driver of the transportation van was missing and not answering his phone which meant that me, a woman 75 yrs old alone, had to walk with luggage to airport terminal. The rest of the staff was excellent

Overall, my experience with the hotel was fine, but the restaurant was understaffed for breakfast. Initially, we were the only customers in the restaurant. We ordered coffee, but only my wife received a mug. I inquired about a mug for me, and the waitress huffed that someone else was supposed to bring me one. Then, two new customers sat at a table next to us, and the same waitress immediately brought them mugs. I never received coffee! I was mystified: did I say something to offend the waitress? After we ordered breakfast, customers occupied five other tables. They were served breakfast, paid, and left while we were still awaiting ours. We politely asked twice about our ordered breakfast, but the waitress turned rude and surly. It was surreal. After an hour's wait, the staff seemed to vanish, so we left, never receiving our ordered breakfast. We were nothing but polite during the whole breakfast misadventure, but it felt like we had offended someone. It was so bizarre, we were never upset by the experience. It was such poor service as to be laughable.

Exceptionally poor service from the night clerk during check in, no prior notice about a 200 dollar hold. Failure to inform me about the parking voucher when checking in. Amenities in room poor. TV signal poor in ESPN, room water has funny taste. Morning check out clerks were good.

After many airline delays and having been rerouted, we arrived in Philadelphia tired and hungry early in the morning. Evelyn at reception was friendly and accommodating. She worked hard and was able to get us in a room by 8am before regular check in time. We were able to rest a couple of hours before our long flight to Athens. She was a life saver.

The young lady that was opening Starbucks on 10/10 was one of the most dismissive,rude and demeaning people I’ve ever encountered in the food service industry. An industry I’ve been a part of for over 40 years. I held every position possible, up to and including owning my own restaurants and currently a cafe. When I asked the front desk for a manager, I was told there wouldn’t be one in until later. I checked later and was told “let me get the manager” to my surprise the gentleman that told me there was no manager to voice my concerns to, was the manager the other gentleman went to get. I asked why he didn’t tell me he WAS the manager and was told I must be confused. So, nobody wanted to hear my concerns about how I was treated earlier that morning.

if you need to stay just overnight and jet off to another location early, the hotel is close to the airport --walking thru covered areas about 6-7 min. Otherwise the actual rooms, common areas and dining options are nothing special. And no other dining nearby.

Beautiful hotel and room. Expectedly pricey, but it’s an airport hotel. Those are always higher end and higher dollar. Restaurant food is above average. Bar is exceptional. Hotel service is pampering and wonderful. with that said, You get what you pay for.

It is convenient to spend the night at the airport Marriott after a long flight and waiting for another long flight the next day. The restaurant, however, is very expensive when one considers what is on the menu and the mediocre quality of the choices offered.

Hotel is old.. popcorn ceilings in 2024.. surprising for a marriot property. The restaurant service was terrible. One poor person to cater to every table and a person who came to deliver the food that was overworked, tired and not presentables seemed like he just finished chopping potatoes or something else. The room is old.. clean, but old..
