It was amazing. It was a laat minute thing and needed to wash clothes. They accommodated me with a last minute room and had washer and dryer for me to be able to wash my clothes. I enjoyed them very much.

This is a mediocre hotel. It was clean enough to for me to stay, but it certainly could have been better. Given it was the cheapest hotel in Ridgeland, I was not expecting this to be a high standard hotel. There is no pool as they filled it in with cement, and the work out room is used for storage.

The property smells like smoke in the halls and my room. I would have checked out but nothing close by was available. Elevator barely worked. Staff was accommodating though. Definitely not worth the price they charged me.

Great stay! I stayed here because I was going to a convention in Ridgeland. I couldn’t get a reservation at the convention hotel. This hotel was half the price of the convention hotel but only 2 minutes away. I checked in and walked in my room. It smelled so clean! I checked the beds and the sheets were spotless. The bed was comfortable and the pillows so nice. I reserve a handicapped room, which at most hotels I’ve stayed in doesn’t include anything helpful. This room had a shower chair and metal rails by the toilet and shower. If you’re disabled I’d definitely recommend staying here. I didn’t eat breakfast here so I can’t comment on it. Parking was well lit at night and safe. The only thing I didn’t like was the coffee pot but it was the same as most hotels.

I enjoy staying at this property. For those who are on a budget and wants a clean, safe hotel, please book here. I prefer the non smoking room because they’re way more cleaner than the smoking rooms! This property needs to extend their parking lots, though.

The room looked like it had not been cleaned. There were handprint smudges on the windows. The carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed. The hotel looked to be in poor condition, nothing like the photos online. I paid money for what a decent hotel room should cost but instead got a cheap motel quality room. I felt like I was in a horror movie. The only reason we didn't leave and check in elsewhere is because we arrived at midnight after a 10 hour drive.

Upon arrival my husband asked if perhaps we could upgrade to a larger room since our grandchildren came with us. The male clerk explained that there weren't any other rooms. A female immediately began speaking to him in a foreign language about our request. This made me uncomfortable. Our room was described as having 2 queen beds. The beds were double and not queen. It was also described as accommodation for 4, yet there were only two sets of towels. We had to request towels amd tissue. There was s smell of Marijuana in the elevator and hall.There was a ring around the bathtub. Although the room appeared clean we noticed a roach climbing the wall. With the exception of the female at the registration desk on our arrival, the staff was cordial. It was a pleasant stay regardless.

The room walls were nasty and carpet coming up. The bathroom floor was so dirty. When I put a towel down to step on it was so many dirty stains. The sheets had minimal stains. I won’t stay there again

I wasn’t given the room I booked! I was given a smoking room that smelled like cigarettes! I was in there three minutes with my daughter and couldn’t breathe properly! A total of about ten minutes in the room my chest started hurting with every breath! I couldn’t breathe the phone in the room didn’t work! Called the front desk and he said he has some spray, he came with a bottle of blue solution! I told him we cannot stay in that room or I would be in the hospital soon! The ventilation was horrible the system on the wall didn’t work and had a thick layer of black dust (looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in twenty years). Very disappointing I will never book a hotel in Ridgeland ever again! I learned my lesson with that! The hotel and restaurant industry is plummeting and has plummeted!!! All down hill from here! Please find somewhere else to stay!

Had to get 5 different key cards and the WiFi was terrible and the breakfast wasn’t fresh at all and the smell of pot was constant and horrible. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had so far

Poor maintenance being done. Bathroom had a broken light so hard to shower, toilet wasn't properly secured to floor, dented doors, dirty floors, broken fridge. Ac worked great, beds fairly comfortable, clean bedding. Overall a solid "meh".

Was very unsafe. When we got to our floor they were painting so the fumes were bad. People were fighting in a room close to ours. We ended up leaving after an hour. Front desk didn’t seemed concerned and would refund our money. Very unsafe and in comfortable place to stay.

Check in was quick and easy, only problem was is that we were put in two different rooms that were already occupied. The third time was the charm and we finally got settled. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had an overall good stay. We will be back.

What I like was they had breakfast for us to eat.When they ran out of breakfast when you come down to eat and everything was mostly gone and when I ask them to put out more food they got an attitude!And breakfast wasn’t even over yet.So I want be staying there anymore.
