Only thing that I would like to see different is an additional elevator for the staff to use. Things get pretty congested when staff and visitors are using the same one.

Check-in was a disaster, the entire hotel smelled like cheap weed—other strangers were all commenting to each other it was so obvious. No towels at the pool, when staff was aware they still didn’t put any out. No bedding for the pull out couch, went downstairs and was told they didn’t have any extra blankets—did eventually get a new blanket I guess they aren’t supposed to hand out. Breakfast was mediocre, staff helped but wasn’t friendly. An extra night was added at check-in without my knowledge and charged to my card and was an entire ordeal to get refunded. Would absolutely never stay here again.

We picked the hotel for the pool because we k ow Memphis is super hot right now, it wasnt open because it was dirty. That sucked! Ths hotel smelled like humidity even tho the pool was outsde. Other than that, i would def stay again

The front desk staff was nice. Check in was very easy. The room was clean but had huge red stains on carpet, old hard to clean stains in tub, no tissue holder in bathroom, light/vent made noise when in use. Definitely an outdated facility. Housekeeping did not come to get trash or replace towels although I asked front desk. They also didn’t have any clean towels the second morning. Breakfast options are small but good. My key card deactivated during the stay. Pool needed to be cleaned. Housekeeping opened my door before I departed(still had two hours) even tho I said, “one second” when she knocked.

The room did not feel clean. It was hot when we entered the room. The tub was not clean. There was a wadded up sheet that did not appear clean on the cold out bed from the couch. My 8 month old daughter’s feet and knees were filthy from crawling on the floor.

The bathroom was disgusting. Not disgusting in a not clean way, but seemed like someone stayed in the bathroom created major stains in the tub and shower area. The housekeeping can't get rid of the stains. Also the bed spread had holes in it.

We have stayed at Comfort Inn before but this was by far the worse one. As soon as we got out the vehicle there were people standing outside getting high. The scent in the hotel was terrible. The elevator smelled like marijuana. When we got to the room there were bugs in our room and a lady bug on the floor. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work. The shower wasnt clean and had stains. I had to ask for some more sheets because there was blood stains on them

The front desk staff was amazing! Friendly and pleasant but the condition of the room was terrible. The room was dusty; the shower curtain was damaged and useless and there were rust stains in the bathtub. I'm not sure if the room has not been slept in for a while but the furniture was dusty and unkept. You can tell the bedding was changed only and unused towels left. Everything else was overlooked.

This hotel was not very clean. Lobby and elevator floors were dirty. Our room had hair in the tub and on the bed. Walls were dirty, carpet stained, and bathroom was in disrepair. We stayed the night and got out early.

Room 122 has a bright spot light outside that shines through the window and there is no way to close the curtains. Super bright in the room. The AC unit is very very noisy. It needs to be changed out.

As i entered our room, i noticed the king bed with what appeared to be 4 throw pillows on top at the head. I later discovered they were undersized pillows bunched up in a 15"x15" square. Not very comfortable either. The bathroom had a broken tile behid the door. The anti- skid application on the tub was eroded off.

We really enjoyed our room. The AC was set low and worked well, the shower had nice water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaint is that the pillows were lumpy.

Nice property overall good value. Building looks new on the outside. Inside building is much older. Our bathroom tub had rust with drip stains. Bed was just ok, acceptable. The breakfast was lacking, but acceptable.staff was friendly.

I didn't sleep well my entire stay, bed wasn't comfortable and the room was super humid even with A/C turned down. There was also an oder that was always there that activated my allergies terribly. Sofabed mattress is also not comfortable for use with teens or adults .

We stayed for 2 nights. We were gone all day on the 2nd day and no one came in to change out towels or straighten the room. When we asked the front desk attendant she said we had to tell them ahead of time if we wanted housekeeping to come in. I asked for new towels, and she said they were completely out of towels since the hotel was completely booked. She was very rude and not helpful. She told us we had to bring all of our dirty towels down, they would wash them and then return them to us. When she brought them back to the room she only brought 2 towels, 2 wash cloths and 1 hand towel even though we had 3 people staying in our room. I would not recommend staying here.

I had 6 in my family. 2 teenagers & my 72 yr old mother n law. On our 1st night there the key pad broke on 11 different rooms. The hotel manager couldn't be reached for 4 hrs. The other rooms pad got fixed. Ours did not. We had to sleep in another room with nothing. No clothes, medication, no money. 15 hours later they got the door opened

We had to persist on getting a room key that actually worked for the room. The desk clerk was very unfriendly when asked to give us a correct working key. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The breakfast was not appeasing at all.

Did a fast overnight there in prep for an early flight. Very close to the airport. Felt safe. Staff was so kind, even at our 3am checkout. Didn’t get to stay long enough to experience amenities, but l highly recommend it for a safe, clean and comfortable stay before a flight.

About the only positive I can say are the rooms are large. Other than that the stay was terrible. It was a two-night stay and even though we were not in our room from 9A-6P after the first night, our room never got cleaned. When I went to the front desk to ask for clean towels they could only find two when four of us were staying in the room. When we arrived the TV didn’t work only to find the HDMI cable was disconnected. The room was dirty and in need of some TLC. Breakfast was underwhelming as the options were almost always in need of refills so unless you want a waffle don’t get your hopes up.
