The hotel and the room were discussing and dirty. I refused to stay there. Asked for a refund, the manager was rude. Then, made me walk back up to the room to show him how filthy it was. I sent photos and video to hotels.com. And they refunded my money. However, I have not received a refund in my $50. deposit from the hotel itself.

The check in process was quick. They did try to ask for a $50 deposit after I already booked and paid with hotels.com. We were excited they had a pool but it was more like a duck pond literally with a duck in it.

Refrigerator did not work . Tried to tell front desk but was no respinse to situation after being told. Handle drawer broke. Towel left on shower from last guest. And bugs & mold
