Our room floors were very dirty, fridge and freezer doors would not stay shut. Faucet in bathroom was coming off. Pool was closed for cleaning for three of the days we were there.

Nice hotel with great amenities for extended stays. Breakfast was acceptable, could use a meat option other than the thin piece of ham on a sandwich. Breakfast staff were not the friendliest. Hallways were hot and muggy with a bit of a smell. Not necessarily a bad smell, but not a pleasing smell... Hallways border a line of chic and modern and sketchy all at the same time. Hard to explain... Indoor pool was inop, which there was something that denoted this before I booked, as the kids were really wanting to swim. Overall property could use some minor upkeep. A number of cushions on outdoor furniture were ripped. Sliding door to our bathroom drug the ground and would not slide all the way. Trim from base boards cracked and missing. Overall, just an OK stay.

Check in was quick. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and well laid out. Plenty of bedding and pillows. Kitchenette had everything we needed. The only issue was the sliding barn door on the bathroom which led to zero privacy. Hot water in the shower was pretty much nonexistent. The breakfast was good, plenty to eat and area was very clean. The staff worked hard to ensure the food never ran out and that the area remanded wiped down. Unfortunately the pool was out of commission. Check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay again.

Room clean but bathroom missing some tile. Breakfast: limited- no yogurt. Lobby had towels on the floor everywhere from leak or flooded from something. Large fans everywhere trying to dry lobby floors. Not what you want to see.

My only dislike was the lack of lighting in the parking lot on the sides and back of building. It was just my son and I getting in late one night and I did not feel safe even though the area is nice, it was very dark.

This property was really great as far as staff and cleanliness, however, we did run into a few problems like the elevator had stopped working for a few hours and the key card wasn’t working. The staff was super helpful in understanding and accommodated us with another wheelchair accessible room on the first floor. Would highly recommend someone stay here.

Absolutely disgusting… I will supply pictures to support the quality. Not even close to a Hilton quality- worse than a motel 6. Bed sheets had blood stains, couch bed was FILTHY and no one wanted to sleep on it, floor had multiple large stains and was wet in one spot, hairs on toilet and shower, old fruit loops on the floor, entry way unmopped. We would have turned around and walked out but it was midnight when we arrived from a delayed flight. The only good thing about our hotel stay was the breakfast. $200 needs to be refunded - so gross!

we stayed at this hotel as we were on a long drive passing through. I booked it weeks in advance because it looked like it would comfortably fit all 6 of us and the pictures appeared to be nice and clean. The room did in fact comfortable sleep 6 of us, but the property is not clean at all. It was fine for a one night stay, but I wouldn’t suggest staying for more than a night or if cleanliness is a priority. It is near the highway and lots of shops so it is a convenient location. Other guest were extremely loud, which isn’t a reflection of the hotel, but it was easy to hear others through the walls and in the hallway. Overall it’s a 3 star for us. Functional, but cleanliness is pretty paramount when I’m staying somewhere.

Not what I expected for the price. Property is run down, dingy, smells of mold and is in serious need of an upgrade. The dishes in the room were dirty. Staff was very friendly but I would not stay here again.

Wonderful room in a nice location. We were pleased with how spacious the room was, and it was very clean. Breakfast is busy, but we found a table without an issue. Would definitely stay again.

We had two cockroaches in our room with food particles on the counter. I went and showed a picture to Evita she didn’t seem to care but moved us from a double bed room to a king size bed room. We made it work. Our new room had half used milk in the fridge and trash behind the microwave. I paid more for this place than the SpringHill suites we came from in a nice part of town in Atlanta. Very disappointed.

Not the cleanest: There was a dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain rod that was not ours. Dirty streaks on the shower wall from a previous guest. Also, the bathroom door was a sliding door that did not block the view of the bathroom. With the door closed, you could still see through the side of the door directly into the shower. Not a great feature for a room that can house 6 people!

In the first room they put us in, the fridge had used food left in it and the kitchen trash can was overflowing. The beds were made but didn't look like new sheets or blankets. The bathroom sink stopper was stuck so it would not drain. We asked them to fix it, but they couldn't until the next day so they offered us a room on a different floor. The next room was better, but never gave me a good, clean feeling. It felt like it was a quick clean to get the next person in and not as if they were changing it over.

Too terrible to give any rating. Had to ask for room swap and still I had to check out immediately due to 2 horrible rooms conditions and book a room at another hotel. Uncleaned toilet, cracked toilet seat and unclean shower, ants everywhere, running water in the tub and unclean linen. Wasn’t even a one star hotel. I am reaching out to both Expedia and Hilton corporate headquarters for my refund.

Location was great and good area. I dont Recommend staying on the first floor - extremely noisy with the lobby being near by. There was some sort of party while I was There, so loud music until 10pm and fire alarms set off. Cops showed up multiple times.

This hotel is the best hotel I’ve visited so far. The rooms are very clean, roomy , aesthetically pleasing and comfortable!!! The tv’s got Netflix, tubi , YouTube , Disney+, etc !!! Front desk has the most genuine and reliable service ever.. I will be staying here again.

Staff was amazing! Easy parking in a really good spot for shopping or restaurants. Big down fall is there is an airport close so you’ll hear planes all night. Not super bad, but it kept us up most of the night. Pretty nice hotel however.

No idea as our rooms were given away! After traveling all day from Texas, first stop on family vacation and we were free by “Alex”, a young lady who informed us she did not have the rooms we reserved. They were given to guests who wanted to extend their stay! I had to find other accommodations at 7 pm for to replace a confirmed reservation made in July!

My reservation was canceled and I was never notified of this. The front desk told me they canceled it at 1 pm. This was 9 hours before I arrived. I had five kids in the car waiting on me to check in. I have used orbitz for over 15 years and I’m thinking to switch to Expedia. Please confirm I was not charged anything and make this right for me and my family. We had to go from hotel to hire to find a room at 11 o’clock at night. I may have to switch to Expedia.

Daughter and family checking in. Hotel Could not find reservation. Found the reservation under a different name. Parents of groom stopped by to ensure room ready early. Were told will receive call if ready early otherwise 3 pm. There at 2:50. Room not ready. Rehearsal dinner at 4. Did not receive room until 4 after mother went to check on problem. Grandparents of bride received key to room already occupied. Friends room fridge did not work and made noise all night. WORSE part: Bride and groom paid and reserved their room 3 months before. Reservation not found night of! Ended up staying with family!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It was the first time that we stayed at this hotel and we would definitely visit again. We had some hiccups along our road trip before arriving at the hotel and it was lovely to be greeted with a smile and OUTSTANDING customer service by Alex when we made it in. She set the tone for our visit at the hotel. Housekeeping was great, breakfast was good, and the hotel is close to many stores.

Location is perfect for restaurants and shopping. Close to Memphis and easy to get into the city. I love Southaven area. The staff was so friendly and helpful maneuvering the surroundings.

We had a wonderful stay for our family vacation to visit Graceland. Everything as clean, they had a great breakfast, the front desk workers were great. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and stores for shopping, which make it very convenient to do anything you want. If we ever are back that way we definitely will stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff. Property was clean but the carpet looks pretty worn and there was a large hole in the hallway and a few other maintenance things that needed attention. Breakfast was pretty disappointing.
